分析了制造企业所面临的变革与挑战,探讨了“知识”在产品创新过程中作为一种独特而又无限的资源必须进行有效的管理和充分利用的观点,认为知识已经成为产品创新和帮助客户创造价值的源泉,传统制造企业能否向知识型制造企业过渡,在很大程度上取决于在其业务过程中是否能有效地获取和应用知识。在构建了知识型制造企业总体构架的基础上,根据知识管理的目标、构架特征和系统结构,研究了知识型企业的知识共享空间基础的建立。通过案例分析了建立知识管理系统的主要过程及其应用。 相似文献

Additive Manufacturing (AM) is a major challenge for the deployment of Industry 4.0 in companies. Thus, it becomes essential to control the potential contributions of this innovative process from the early stages of design. In this paper, previous Design and Creativity For/With/Through AM approaches are first reviewed comprehensively and classified into distinct categories according to their main purpose and application. Then, they are integrated into a modular framework as part of a global 5-step design approach to promote AM in the whole design process: the Design By Additive Manufacturing (DBAM) methodology. A validation of the method is then proposed on an industrial case study from the aeronautics and defence sector, thereby fostering the complete exploitation of AM potentials and the development of AM-conformal designs. 相似文献

Abstract:Associations between complexity of innovation strategy and scope of innovation were investigated in automotive component manufacturing in the developing economy contexts of South Africa and India. Understanding how strategy complexity relates to scope of innovation enables engineering managers to select the appropriate level of complexity for their firms' market access strategy. An empirical study was conducted in South Africa and in the Pune region of India. The India data yielded several significant associations between strategy complexity and scope of innovation, but the South African data yielded none. It indicates that engineering managers should consider more complex market access strategies if an increased degree of novelty or increased diversity of innovation is required; however, a simpler strategy should be considered in developing country automotive component manufacturing with a foreign vehicle manufacturer's subsidiary as the customer. 相似文献

采用问卷调查和统计分析等实证方法对上海102家中小型制造业企业技术创新现状进行了调查研究.运用相对重要性指标(RII)技术,对企业技术创新的障碍因素,政策需求因素和信息来源因素的相对重要性进行了测度和识别.研究结果表明,缺乏技术创新人才(RII=O.706)是中小企业进行技术创新最大的障碍因素,税收减免(RII=0.722)是其最为迫切的政策环境,客户与消费者的需求信息(RII=0.831)是其最主要的信息来源. 相似文献

目的研究我国家具制造企业设计创新战略的定位状况及利弊。方法针对家具设计的特点,建立评价指标,利用Likert量表法和专家评价法,从企业间的差异度和企业内产品的多样性两个层面对企业设计战略进行分析。结论我国家具企业的设计战略在企业内多样化程度上普遍较低,并且多数企业的企业间差异度值也偏低,反映了企业设计创新能力较弱,设计创新对企业发展的驱动力并不明显,但同时少数企业也已经开始重视设计创新的重要性,并且在企业间的差异度上有所体现。 相似文献

Interfirm cooperative R&D agreements are becoming more frequent, as firms seek to avoid market failures and exploit the competitive advantages of collaborating vertically with suppliers on the one hand and customers on the other. This paper investigates the phenomenon of vertical R&D linkages in the context of German manufacturing firms, based on a survey conducted at the Centre for European Economic Research, Mannheim. The major finding is that vertical linkages have high prevalence, and that the most common mode of linkage involves informal exchange of technical knowledge, with formal linkages such as joint development teams and contractual R&D cooperation being less common. 相似文献

This paper divides technological innovation into two stages: technology development and technology transfer. Then the authors use the panel data of 28 manufacturing industries during 2003–2012 to test the econometric regression model for the industry of the sub stages, which is a regulation on technological innovation in the environment. The results show that: (1) environmental regulation has a significant role in promoting China’s manufacturing technology research patent achievements, and technology into new products, and this indicated that “Porter hypothesis” in the manufacturing sector has been verified; (2) R&D and transfer expenditure have a positive impact on technological innovation. Finally, the authors put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for industry of the environmental regulation on the impact of technological innovation in phases. 相似文献
