装备制造企业突破性创新与技术创新绩效的关系研究

市场需求快速变化和技术变革动荡的双重诱因,使得突破性创新成为我国装备制造企业实现技术跨越的战略工具。装备制造企业开展突破性创新可以获得技术优势、产品优势、市场优势及竞争优势,提升企业的创新管理能力和隐性知识吸收能力,进而影响装备制造企业技术创新的产出绩效与过程绩效。完善突破性创新政府政策机制、完善突破性创新支撑体系和强化企业突破性创新主体地位等能有效提升我国装备制造企业技术创新绩效。     

制造企业的产品创新与知识管理

分析了制造企业所面临的变革与挑战，探讨了“知识”在产品创新过程中作为一种独特而又无限的资源必须进行有效的管理和充分利用的观点，认为知识已经成为产品创新和帮助客户创造价值的源泉，传统制造企业能否向知识型制造企业过渡，在很大程度上取决于在其业务过程中是否能有效地获取和应用知识。在构建了知识型制造企业总体构架的基础上，根据知识管理的目标、构架特征和系统结构，研究了知识型企业的知识共享空间基础的建立。通过案例分析了建立知识管理系统的主要过程及其应用。     

Design By Additive Manufacturing: an application in aeronautics and defence

Additive Manufacturing (AM) is a major challenge for the deployment of Industry 4.0 in companies. Thus, it becomes essential to control the potential contributions of this innovative process from the early stages of design. In this paper, previous Design and Creativity For/With/Through AM approaches are first reviewed comprehensively and classified into distinct categories according to their main purpose and application. Then, they are integrated into a modular framework as part of a global 5-step design approach to promote AM in the whole design process: the Design By Additive Manufacturing (DBAM) methodology. A validation of the method is then proposed on an industrial case study from the aeronautics and defence sector, thereby fostering the complete exploitation of AM potentials and the development of AM-conformal designs.

在分析我国包装工业现状的基础上,提出加入WTO有利于包装市场的扩大,但会形成不利于中国包装产业发展的竞争结构;在分析ERP的概念和管理思想、管理模式的基础上,探讨在我国包装企业引入ERP推动创新问题。     

Innovation Strategy Complexity and Scope in Automotive Component Manufacturing in Developing Economies

Abstract:

Associations between complexity of innovation strategy and scope of innovation were investigated in automotive component manufacturing in the developing economy contexts of South Africa and India. Understanding how strategy complexity relates to scope of innovation enables engineering managers to select the appropriate level of complexity for their firms' market access strategy. An empirical study was conducted in South Africa and in the Pune region of India. The India data yielded several significant associations between strategy complexity and scope of innovation, but the South African data yielded none. It indicates that engineering managers should consider more complex market access strategies if an increased degree of novelty or increased diversity of innovation is required; however, a simpler strategy should be considered in developing country automotive component manufacturing with a foreign vehicle manufacturer's subsidiary as the customer.     

中小型制造业企业技术创新的实证研究

采用问卷调查和统计分析等实证方法对上海102家中小型制造业企业技术创新现状进行了调查研究.运用相对重要性指标(RII)技术,对企业技术创新的障碍因素,政策需求因素和信息来源因素的相对重要性进行了测度和识别.研究结果表明,缺乏技术创新人才(RII=O.706)是中小企业进行技术创新最大的障碍因素,税收减免(RII=0.722)是其最为迫切的政策环境,客户与消费者的需求信息(RII=0.831)是其最主要的信息来源.     

硬同轴线制造工艺创新设计

介绍了某雷达馈线系统90°同轴线弯头设计改进过程,分析了其结构工艺特点,在加工过程中采用创新设计思路和方法进行工艺创新设计,结合自身条件充分发挥数控加工的高效精密优势,兼顾了质量、周期、成本.工艺实施后取得了较好的效益,对类似问题的解决提供了有益的参考.     

我国家具制造企业产品设计创新战略定位研究

目的研究我国家具制造企业设计创新战略的定位状况及利弊。方法针对家具设计的特点,建立评价指标,利用Likert量表法和专家评价法,从企业间的差异度和企业内产品的多样性两个层面对企业设计战略进行分析。结论我国家具企业的设计战略在企业内多样化程度上普遍较低,并且多数企业的企业间差异度值也偏低,反映了企业设计创新能力较弱,设计创新对企业发展的驱动力并不明显,但同时少数企业也已经开始重视设计创新的重要性,并且在企业间的差异度上有所体现。

制造业企业技术标准创新研究--以辽宁为例

技术标准创新对制造业具有重要影响。技术标准创新是“辽宁制造”向“辽宁创造”转变的必由之路。创新的重点内容包括观念创新、质量创新、模式创新和机制创新4个方面;基本思路是基于产业集群,以技术标准联盟为核心平台,以联盟标准的制定与推广为基本手段,打造区域集群技术创新系统。     

Innovation Through Vertical Relations Between Firms,Suppliers And Customers: A Study Of German Firms

Interfirm cooperative R&D agreements are becoming more frequent, as firms seek to avoid market failures and exploit the competitive advantages of collaborating vertically with suppliers on the one hand and customers on the other. This paper investigates the phenomenon of vertical R&D linkages in the context of German manufacturing firms, based on a survey conducted at the Centre for European Economic Research, Mannheim. The major finding is that vertical linkages have high prevalence, and that the most common mode of linkage involves informal exchange of technical knowledge, with formal linkages such as joint development teams and contractual R&D cooperation being less common.

The Difference Effect of Environmental Regulation on Two Stages of Technology Innovation in China’s Manufacturing Industry

This paper divides technological innovation into two stages: technology development and technology transfer. Then the authors use the panel data of 28 manufacturing industries during 2003–2012 to test the econometric regression model for the industry of the sub stages, which is a regulation on technological innovation in the environment. The results show that: (1) environmental regulation has a significant role in promoting China’s manufacturing technology research patent achievements, and technology into new products, and this indicated that “Porter hypothesis” in the manufacturing sector has been verified; (2) R&D and transfer expenditure have a positive impact on technological innovation. Finally, the authors put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for industry of the environmental regulation on the impact of technological innovation in phases.     

中小制造企业发展先进制造技术现状及对策研究

制造技术创新是制造企业生存和发展的前提和保障，结合中国国情，具体分析中国中小制造企业运用先进制造技术的现状，从宏观和微观层面提出了促进中小制造企业技术创新，发展运用先进制造技术的方法和措施。     

虚拟制造中仿真技术的应用

虚拟制造系统是现实制造系统在虚拟环境下的精确映射,是利用计算机模型仿真真实系统中的物理和逻辑活动。本文指出仿真是实现虚拟制造的主要手段。仿真在制造系统中的应用按照人的介入与否分为一般仿真层和虚拟现实层。分析了两层之间的联系与区别,列出了各层仿真的主要内容和可实现的程度;介绍了目前主要的虚拟制造仿真软件;最后,给出了三维动画表示的生产线虚拟仿真的一个实例。     

延迟制造技术在制造业中的应用研究

在分析延迟制造技术的理论基础上，提出基于延迟制造技术的供应链结构模型，并结合延迟制造技术理论与某企业具体条件和特点，探讨延迟制造技术在该制造业中实施的方法和效果。
