The FDR automatic soil moisture sensor must determine reference frequency in the air and water. Experimental studies show that the water reference frequency is influenced by water temperature. The variation of the reference frequency of the sensor is measured with the change of the water temperature,then analysis the influence of the volume water content measurement of the sensor,analysis found that the error is not more than 3% for the measurement of the volumetric water content of the temperature. 相似文献

In the High Frequency (HF) field, the primary power standard is maintained through reference sensors calibrated in terms of effective efficiency ηe. These devices are in turn used to transfer the power standard by means of direct comparison on the same matched generator. For this kind of operation, the only knowledge of the effective efficiency of the device is not enough and additional parameters of the reference sensor are necessary.The paper describes the methods and techniques used at INRIM to disseminate the “HF power standard”, with emphasis to all the technical aspects involved, in order to provide a thorough explanation of the procedures implemented. 相似文献

Primary standard flowmeters are developed for the calibration of leak devices used in many applications in which is necessary to detect and quantify gas leakage from a material, a component or a system. At INRIM, a primary standard was designed and realized for the measurement of molar gas flow from 4 × 10−10 mol/s to 2 × 10−7 mol/s with reference to atmospheric pressure. The older-generation dead-weight type force standard machines (DWMs) at the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ) were recently renovated with four aims: improving calibration uncertainty, enabling calibrations conforming to the latest standard, automating the calibration work, and reducing maintenance costs. Calibration uncertainties have been improved by removing eccentricity due to the incomplete tare balancing mechanism of the older 20 kN DWM and by eliminating extrapolation of calibration forces from kgf to N in the 54 kN DWM. Insufficient dead-weight division of the 54 kN DWM has been reformed to enable 8-step calibrations, along with expansion of its capacity to 100 kN. Working efficiency has been improved by automating dead-weight actuation and rotational position changes of force measuring instruments. Maintenance costs and labor have been reduced by electrifying the dead-weight actuation mechanism in the 54 kN DWM. 相似文献

Since November 2010, NPL India’s force scale has been complemented in the range from 10 kN to 1 MN by a further force standard machine. This automatically working 1 MN force standard machine utilizes a lever amplification of a 100 kN mass stack and enables low relative expanded uncertainties of smaller than 9 × 10−5 on the lever, and 2 × 10−5 on the deadweight side. In this paper, the constructional design of the machine is described. According to the new EURAMET Calibration Guide, a model for the uncertainties is developed.Supplementary to this, results from comparison measurements of the new NPL India machine with PTB´s force standard machines are presented. 相似文献

为解决传统标准成本管理粒度较粗、差异分析的准确性和合理性存在不足的问题,提出一种基于作业的标准成本,阐述了基于作业的成本差异分析原理,提出作业差异的概念以便分析实际生产工艺变化导致的差异,并建立了基于作业的成本差异计算模型和分析模型。采用决策树CA.5算法研究了各种因素对成本差异的影响,根据生成的决策树提取控制成本的有意义的指导性规则。通过钢铁企业的应用实例,验证了基于作业的成本差异分析的有效性。 相似文献
