基于先进的内模控制理论,针对感应电动机交-交变频调速系统提出了一种双内模控制结构,并进行了调速系统的控制器设计。所设计的电流控制器为PI结构,具有对定子电流交叉耦合电势的动态解耦作用;所设计的磁链和转速控制器为PID结构,只有一个可调参数,结构简单,参数调整方便。计算机仿真实验表明,采用内模控制后,系统的输出动态性能优于工程设计方法设计的动态性能。 相似文献

提出了一种带PD输出电压瞬时值反馈内环的内模控制(internal model control, IMC)-PID电压型逆变电源控制方案:PD瞬时值反馈内环提高系统的动态性能,IMC-PID外环保证系统的稳态性能。给出了详细的基于极点配置的内环PD控制器和外环IMC-PID控制器设计步骤和方法。该方案只需检测输出电压,控制器结构简单,分析设计容易。仿真和实验结果表明该控制系统不仅具有优良的动、稳态性能,而且有很强的鲁棒性。相对电压、电流双环控制方案而言,该文提出的方案控制器结构和分析更加简单,成本更低,鲁棒性更强。 相似文献

为了解决一般解耦控制器参数整定比较复杂、解耦效果不理想的问题,探讨了用于VSC-MTDC系统的多自由度内模解耦控制方法。一自由度和三自由度内模控制可以实现有功、无功功率的解耦控制,但一自由度内模解耦控制只用一个内模控制器调节系统的跟随性、鲁棒性和抗干扰性,使系统的解耦效果和动态性能受到限制。针对其不足,文中提出一种用于柔性直流输电系统的三自由度内模解耦控制方法,其反馈控制器用于调节系统的鲁棒性、前馈控制器用于调节系统的抗干扰性、给定的内模控制器用于调节系统的跟随性能。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了一个三端的直流输电系统,进行仿真验证。结果表明,三自由度较一自由度内模解耦控制具有更好的跟随性、鲁棒性和抗干扰性。 相似文献

针对电液伺服马达控制系统,提出了一种PID内模控制器设计方法。内模控制作为一种先进控制策略,其设计思路是将对象模型与实际对象相并联,控制器逼近模型的动态逆。考虑到内模控制对系统模型精度要求不高的特点,本文降阶大大简化了电液伺服系统的模型。基于此模型所设计的控制器,以传统的PID为基础且使其只有一个可调参数,且该参数直接与系统的动态特性和鲁棒性相关,整定方便,避免了控制器整定的随机性与复杂性。SIMULINK仿真研究表明这种PID内模控制完全可以实现系统的控制要求,能够满足高精度电液伺服马达系统系统的性能要求。 相似文献

针对液压伺服系统固有特性和液压控制中存在的问题 ,提出了一种基于前馈神经网络的智能内模控制 (IMC) ,其设计过程分两步进行 :第一步 ,训练一个神经网络描述对象响应 ;第二步 ,训练一个网络描述对象的逆 ,并将此网络作为IMC控制器。将其用于某液压弯辊系统 ,仿真结果表明该系统的性能良好 ,鲁棒性强 ,优于常规IMC系统 ,这类智能控制器适合于对象参数变化、模型不确定和非线性的控制。 相似文献

The broad class of industrial processes has similar dynamical behavior that may be described by simple mathematical models
with the dead time. The most popular, a very effective and usual structure with a long dead time compensator in use today,
is the Smith predictor. However, during the last 20 years, three principal problems of the Smith predictor controlling structures
have been analyzed by many authors: (1) the robustness, (2) the disturbance rejection possibilities, and (3) the extension
of the idea of the Smith predictor to the case of integrative plants. Furthermore, in order to effectively use control in
industrial applications, simple tuning procedures must be developed. The mentioned problems may be solved more successfully
than before by use of internal model principle and control together (IMPACT) structure. In this paper, the previous modification
of the Smith predictor based on the IMPACT structure is improved and generalized for process control applications with the
long dead time. The crucial part of the structure synthesis is implementation of the absorption principle that is derived
and implemented in the general case of the continuous SISO systems with the dead time. The structure enables the extraction
of the known class immeasurable disturbances and easy setting of controller parameters in order to achieve robust stability
and performance. Both analytical analysis and simulation results show that tuning of the proposed structures is extremely
simple due to relatively small number of tuning parameters, all having clear physical meanings. 相似文献

According to the characteristics of the large time delay, nonlinearity and the great inertia of temperature control system in biomass pyrolysis reactor, a two-degree-of-freedom Smith internal model controller based on fuzzy control is proposed. Firstly, the mathematical model of the temperature control system is established by using the step response method, and then the two-degree-of-freedom Smith internal model controller is designed, and the good tracking per-formance and disturbance suppression performance can be obtained by designing the set value tracking controller and interference rejection capability. Secondly, the fuzzy control algorithm is used to realize the on-line tuning of the control parameters of the two-degree-of-freedom Smith internal model algorithm. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional internal model control, fuzzy internal model PID control and two-degree-of-freedom Smith internal model control, the algorithm proposed in this paper improves the influence of lag time on the control system, realizes the separation control of set point tracking and anti-jamming performance and the self-tuning of control parameters, and improves the control performance of the system. 相似文献

In this paper we have introduced as a model in the adaptive Internal Model Control (IMC) structure a fractional order system to obtain a fractional adaptive IMC scheme. We have shown that this adaptive control scheme always provides theoretical guarantees of stability when a stable fractional order transfer function is used as an IMC parameter and that the use of this fractional IMC parameter can improve the performances of the control system along with its robustness against noises. 通过摆角自动控制实现再热汽温的精细调控,一直是燃煤机组电厂的一大难题。通过德州电厂1号机组摆角再热汽温控制改造前后的系统分析,得出采用北京控软公司先进控制系统AECS-2000 IN-TUNE(建模、优化引擎)与MANTRA(运行引擎)中的IMC内模预测控制、MMC多变量解耦控制器、CC协调控制模块以及APC模块等先进控制技术及策略方法,能够解决再热汽温的精细控制,并能提高机组的安全经济运行和节能减排效果,对同类型电厂具有一定的应用参考价值。简单分析了该软件的新控制技术以及策略方法,展望未来电厂先进控制技术的发展方向和前景。 相似文献
