拉伸速率及时效对HRB400热轧带肋钢筋拉伸性能的影响

对不同规格HRB400热轧带肋钢筋在不同拉伸速率和同一规格不同时效处理条件下的拉伸性能变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:拉伸速率和时效对热轧带肋钢筋抗拉强度无明显影响,而对屈服强度会产生明显影响;综合考虑拉伸速率及时效的影响,为确保用户和监督部门的抽查合格,热轧带肋钢筋出厂检验时钢筋的屈服强度应具有30MPa以上的余量。     

HRB400细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋的时效性能分析

通过对昆钢试验生产的HRB400细晶粒热轧带肋钢筋的自然时效和人工时效性能试验分析,得出昆钢生产的HRB400细晶粒钢筋时效后力学性能呈一定的规律性变化,主要表现为钢筋时效后屈服强度有一定下降,抗拉强度的变化不明显,伸长率平均升高了3个百分点,时效不影响钢筋的使用,并且自然时效后,钢筋的综合性能得到了提高.     

含铌HRB400E钢筋无屈服强度的原因分析及对策

针对八钢生产的HRB400E(Nb)热轧带肋钢筋的无屈服强度现象,从缺陷钢筋的金相组织、化学成分、力学性能等方面进行分析,并与力学性能正常的钢筋进行了比较。经过分析认为金相组织存在大量贝氏体是造成带肋钢筋性能无屈服强度的主要原因,并提出了改进措施,取得明显效果。     

热轧带肋钢筋的矫直工艺研究

提出了一种新的热轧带肋钢筋的矫直方式，使得矫直后的钢筋表面无划伤，强度与塑性均有提高，消除了矫直后的钢筋屈服点不明显现象。并对经过不同矫直工艺后的热轧带肋钢筋的金相组织分布、力学性能进行了研究。

根据对邯钢热轧带肋钢筋性能长期的统计分析,找出了屈服强度、晶粒度、碳当量等因素之间的定量关系。

用化学分析、力学性能测试、热处理、金相检验等手段探讨了直径为Ф10mm、牌号为HRB335的钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋屈服现象不明显的原因。     

屈服点不明的20MnSi热轧带肋钢筋金相组织分析

对 2 0 Mn Si热轧带肋钢筋在拉伸试验中屈服点不明显 (亦称无屈服点 )的试样进行了化学成分测定、断口观察及金相组织检验 ,并与机械性能正常的试样做了对比分析。结果表明 :2 0 Mn Si热轧带肋钢筋中出现的魏氏组织、上贝氏体及马氏体组织是使屈服点消失的主要原因。并指出应通过适当控制加热温度、终轧温度及冷却速度防止异常组织的出现
