为实现毫米波雷达组件高效可靠的散热,根据前端电讯热控需求,文中提出均温板–翅片一体化风冷热控结构设计方案,并采用仿真设计软件对热设计方案进行了分析和仿真优化。研究结果显示:组件各芯片温度均在安全温度以下,发射芯片的最高结温(最高温度)为141.1?C,与传统风冷散热器相比,采用新型风冷散热器可使芯片最高温度降低9.8?C,强化散热效果明显。此外,也对风冷散热器结构参数和界面接触热阻进行了分析,确定均温板翅片高度30 mm、翅片间距3 mm为该热设计的优选方案。该研究结果可供高效风冷散热和毫米波组件热设计工程应用参考。 相似文献

Parametric uncertainty associated with unmodeled disturbance always exist in physical electrical–optical gyro-stabilized platform systems, and poses great challenges to the controller design. Moreover, the existence of actuator deadzone nonlinearity makes the situation more complicated. By constructing a smooth dead-zone inverse, the control law consisting of the robust integral of a neural network (NN) output plus sign of the tracking error feedback is proposed, in which adaptive law is synthesized to handle parametric uncertainty and RISE robust term to attenuate unmodeled disturbance. In order to reduce the measure noise, a desired compensation method is utilized in controller design, in which the model compensation term depends on the reference signal only. By mainly activating an auxiliary robust control component for pulling back the transient escaped from the neural active region, a multi-switching robust neuro adaptive controller in the neural approximation domain, which can achieve globally uniformly ultimately bounded (GUUB) tracking stability of servo systems recently. An asymptotic tracking performance in the presence of unknown dead-zone, parametric uncertainties and various disturbances, which is vital for high accuracy tracking, is achieved by the proposed robust adaptive backstepping controller. As a core component of a hydropower station, hydro turbines play a vital role in the integration of a power station. Research on the technology of hydro turbine is continuously increasing with the development of water electricity. It is effective and successful to design a Francis turbine runner blade with good performance by one-dimensional hydraulic design method. For the one-dimensional hydraulic design, the runner blade angle at leading and trailing edges can be defined by calculation of Euler’s head. Design of the runner blade profile at several cross sections is needed to design a runner shape. In this study, there are three different blade loadings conducted to compare the internal flow characteristics and performance. The result shows that the front loading achieves the best efficiency in comparison to other loadings, which is good at suppressing the loss at draft tube. 相似文献

针对ZW系列自吸排污泵存在易堵塞叶片和耐磨板不易更换的问题,进行了改进设计。简述了新型无堵塞自吸污水泵的特点和设计思想,分析了该泵的结构特点,提出了该泵的水力设计和结构设计方法,并研究了前置供水通道仓、转子部件以及回流孔对自吸污水泵的影响。最后,设计试制了新型无堵塞自吸污水泵的样机,并对其进行了试验。研究结果表明,新型自吸排污泵具有无堵塞性能好、自吸时间短、耐磨性强、可靠性高、使用维修方便等特点,泵的性能曲线符合设计要求,达到了预期设计目标,为今后相关工作提供了有益的参考。 相似文献

Design methods for quality generally help to improve quality over time, but do not consider change of system performance over
time, resulting from degradation in components. As design methods for quality over time (performance reliability), which minimizes
effects of unavoidable component degradations as well as component variations on system performance change, system model-based
sampling methods using Monte-Carlo simulations have been used. But, there are main concerns related to computational efficiency
and optimization in applying the sampling methods. To overcome the concerns, we propose a non-sample method for quality over
time. Based on the proposed method, the process of allocating design parameters, which could minimize the noise effects with
the consequence that both quality and performance reliability are optimized, is discussed. Reliability metrics such as mean
time to failure and standard deviation of time to failure are optimized simultaneously for reliability improvement. Desirability
functions for the metrics are introduced to perform the simultaneous optimization. The proposed method is applied to an electrical
