研究经化学镀镍的聚丙烯腈导电纤维填充的高抗冲聚苯乙烯复合材料的导电性与导电填料浓度的导电性与导电填料浓度的关系及加入有机钛酸酯偶联剂的影响,为了进一步提高复合材料的导电性,在PAN/Ni-P纤维填充的复合材料中又加入不同量的碳黑,由于碳黑粒子的加入改善了纤维间的接触状态,更有利于导电网络的形成,从而大大提高了复合材料的导电能力。 相似文献

在各种温度和时间条件下,将本实验室纺的KPAN原丝进行连续化学改性处理,借助IR光谱、DSC、TG、X射线衍射等分析方法,选出了最佳的改性温度和改性时间,并对化学改性的原丝、预氧丝的性能进行了初步探讨。得出结论:化学改性能缩短预氧环化时间,缓解纤维的放热和吸热,优质原丝应具有高纯度、高强度、高取向度性质。本课题希望通过对原丝进行化学改性的方法,获取具有在商业上有广泛应用前景的预氧化纤维和炭纤维。 相似文献

用盐酸羟胺溶液对静电纺聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维进行化学改性,制得偕胺肟PAN(AOPAN)纳米纤维,并用作吸附金属离子的基材。用SEM、FT-IR对化学改性前后PAN纳米纤维的表面形貌及分子结构进行表征。采用原子吸收分光光度计(AAS)测试溶液中金属离子的浓度,以此研究AOPAN纳米纤维对铜和铁金属离子的吸附性能。结果表明,AOPAN纳米纤维对Fe3+、Cu2+的饱和吸附量分别为206.36mg/g和118.38mg/g,且其吸附过程非常符合Langmuir吸附等温模型。此外,在1mol/L的硝酸溶液中反应60min后,Fe3+、Cu2+的洗脱率分别达到了90.6%和86%。 相似文献

实验采用单体5-氨基邻苯二甲酸(AIA)与苯胺(aniline)单体通过氧化聚合法共聚合成新型的aniline/AIA共聚物及其与碳纳米管(CNT)组成的复合材料。红外光谱和拉曼尔光谱研究表明,共聚物具有与聚苯胺类似的化学结构,但AIA的加入可以提高共聚物中醌环的相对含量,有助于提高导电性。碳纳米管也能促进醌环的形成,可与AIA协同提高材料导电性。 相似文献

Polymer-amino acid composites are a new class of polymer materials with unusual electrical property. Novel polyaniline-threonine composites combining the synthesized polyaniline and proteinogenic amino acid threonine have been prepared. The samples were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectra, UV-vis absorption spectra and atomic force microscopy. The unusual electrical response was found from the d.c. conductivity measurement. The carboxyl group of the amino acid threonine played an important role in the electrical conductivity. Analysis of d.c. conductivity data revealed that in the temperature range of 300 K-200 K, the d.c. conductivity was governed by Mott's 3-dimensional variable range hopping. 相似文献

Based on new modified couple stress theory a model for composite laminated Reddy plate is developed in first time. In this theory a new curvature tensor is defined for establishing the constitutive relations of laminated plate. The characterization of anisotropy is incorporated into higher-order laminated plate theories based on the modified couple stress theory by Yang et al. in 2002. The form of new curvature tensor is asymmetric, however it can result in same as the symmetric curvature tensor in the isotropic elasticity. The present model of thick plate can be viewed as a simplified couple stress theory in engineering mechanics. Moreover, a more simplified model for cross-ply composite laminated Reddy plate of couple stress theory with one material’s length constant is used to demonstrate the scale effects. Numerical results show that the present plate model can capture the scale effects of microstructure. Additionally, the present model of thick plate model can be degenerated to the model of composite cross-ply laminated Kirchhoff plate and Mindlin plate of couple stress theory. 相似文献

Based on a modified couple stress theory, a model for composite laminated beam with first order shear deformation is developed. The characteristics of the theory are the use of rotation–displacement as dependent variable and the use of only one constant to describe the material’s micro-structural characteristics. The present model of beam can be viewed as a simplified couple stress theory in engineering mechanics. An example as a cross-ply simply supported beam subjected to cylindrical bending loads of fw = q0 sin (πx/L) is adopted and explicit expression of analysis solution is obtained. Numerical results show that the present beam model can capture the scale effects of microstructure, and the deflections and stresses of the present model of couple stress beam are smaller than that by the classical beam mode. Additionally, the present model can be reduced to the classical composite laminated Timoshenko beam model, Isotropic Timoshenko beam model of couple stress theory, classical isotropic Timoshenko beam, composite laminated Bernoulli–Euler beam model of couple stress theory and isotropic Bernoulli–Euler beam of couple stress theory. 相似文献

This investigation was designed to compare in vitro dissolution profiles from sodium iodide capsules with radioiodide thyroid uptake in hyperthyroid cats using sodium iodide capsules prepared with a formulation exhibiting a complete release of radioiodide (I-123) in vitro and a formulation with an incomplete release of radioiodide. In vitro dissolution profiles for I-123 sodium iodide capsules with two different formulations were determined using the USP XXIII dissolution test. The two formulations studied in vitro were sodium phosphate dibasic powder with 1% magnesium stearate and calcium phosphate dibasic powder with 3% magnesium stearate. By 20 min after initiation of the dissolution test, over 95% of the I-123 was released from capsules of sodium phosphate dibasic powder. The capsules of calcium phosphate dibasic powder reached 75% at 65 min, with no further release occurring thereafter. There was a statistically significant difference in the dissolution profiles of the two formulations. The thyroid uptake of I-123 from capsules exhibiting complete release and incomplete release of radioiodide was determined in hyperthyroid cats. At 4 hr, the mean percentage thyroid uptake value for sodium phosphate dibasic powder with 1% magnesium stearate (complete release formulation) was 12.0% compared to 9.4% for calcium phosphate dibasic powder with 3% magnesium stearate (incomplete release formulation); at 24 hr, the values were 34.4% compared to 23.7%. The data suggest that the incomplete dissolution profile observed in vitro may correlate with a reduction in the bioavailability of the radioiodide in vivo. However, using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, statistically significant differences did not occur between the complete release formulation and incomplete release formulation at either 4 hr or 24 hr (p >. 05). The results of the in vivo study with five hyperthyroid cats were not conclusive due to the variability in response between individual cats. 相似文献
