本真空控制保护系统是为北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)上的3W1高功率(总功率为2.54W)扭摆磁铁(Wiggler)光束线(包括前端区、3W1A和3W1B)而设计和建造的。主要建造目的是,保护北京正负电子对撞机(BEPC)电子储存环的超高真空系统和其它光束线不要受到在某一条光束线上突然发生的灾难性真空事故的破坏,以及保护无水冷却和冷却水意外中断了的光束线部件不要被扭摆磁铁发射出来的高功率同步辐射所损坏。此外,在活动水冷挡光罩关闭之前,为了防止快速阀的阀板因过热而被损坏,在快速阀中使用了一种熔点温度为1680℃的钛合金阀板。为了给扭摆磁铁光束线提供一个可靠的真空控制保护系统,系统设计是以F1-60MR型可编程序控制器(PLC)为基础的,PLC负责管理系统的状态监测、真空联锁、控制、自动记录和故障报警等。本文叙述了系统的设计。 相似文献

This paper describes the magnetic field measurement system for pulsed magnets in SSRF.The system consists of magnetic probes,analog active integrator,oscilloscope,stepper motor and a controller.An application pro- gram based on LabVIEW has been developed as main control unit.After the magnetic field mapping of a septum magnet prototype,it is verified that the test results accord with the results of theoretical calculation and computer simulation. 相似文献

The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) is a proposed 3rd generation light source with 3.5 GeV in energy. It is composed of 20 DBA celis resulting in a ring that is about 10 nm-rad in emittance and 396 m in circumference, and provides 10 straight sections of 7.24 m and other 10 straight sections of 5.0 m for the inclusion of insertion devices, injection components and RF cavities. The lattice has high flexibility, and the tunes and beta func-tions can be easily adjusted within a wide range to meet the requirements for different operation modes, including high beta mode and hybrid beta mode with and/or without dispersion in straight sections. The Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF), a third generation light source, comprises a 3.5GeV electron storage ring, a full energy booster, a 150 MeV linac, and seven beamlines in Phase I of the project. Beginning at the end of 2004 with a groundbreaking ceremony, the accelerators were installed in ten months from November 2006, and were successfully tested and commissioned in the past a couple of months. On December 21, 2007, storing electron beams in the storage ring was realized, and the first synchrotron radiations were observed three days later on the front-end of Beamline BL16B of the facility. Now, it runs 3 GeV 100 mA beams with a lifetime of 8-10 hours. Meanwhile, construction of the first seven beamlines (five ID beamlines and two bending magnet beamlines) is progressing on schedule. 相似文献

Photoneutrons, emitted by means of photonuclear interactions when gas bremsstrahlung interacts with beam- line components, can be another potential radiation source needed to be considered for shielding design and dose assessment of beamline. In this paper, simulations and measurements of photoneutrons dose rate at beam- line BL09U are carried out when Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) running at Top-up mode (3.5 GeV, 235 mA). A geometry model is constructed for the beamline BL09U with considerations of the scattering process of the major optical components. The model is compiled into Monte Carlo simulation code FLUKA to calculate photoneutron dose distribution. Measurements of the photoneutrons dose rate were per- formed by using Environmental Neutron Monitor (ENM). Observation points were arranged uniformly along the inside and outside of the optical enclosure (OE) of BL09U. The calculation results agree with experiments within the measurements uncertainties. It is verified that photoneutrons dose simulation is reliable. The simula- tion and measurement methods can be applied to evaluate the neutron dose level of other beamline stations, and provide references for the shielding design of the beamlines at SSRF in the near future. 相似文献

In this paper, we report the development of a bunch-by-bunch beam current acquisition system. Through a waveform-reconstruction algorithm, the system realizes high equivalent sampling rate with a relatively low inherent rate. Based on the EPICS environment, information communication with other systems can be achieved. Preliminary test results in commissioning the SSRF storage ring show that the system can reconstruct the beam waveform of single bunch, providing a convenient and reliable method for the top-up operation in the future. 相似文献

Conventional radiotherapy remains to be one of the most useful treatments for cancer, but it is not the best strategy to maximize the effects on the tumors and minimize the damage to the surrounding tissues because of its physical and radiobiological characteristics. Synchrotrons represent a unique method for an innovative anti-cancer treatment due to the physical features (i.e. high fluence, tunable and collimated) of X-ray induced by synchrotron, so photon activation therapy and microbeam radiation treatment have been developed, but it is very imperative to understand the radiobiological mechanism of synchrotron radiation before we could transfer the strategy into the clinic.This paper is to summary the results of in vitro and in vivo experiments with synchrotron radiation, and review the advances of molecular and cellular radiobiological mechanism involved in synchrotron radiation. Since Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) has produced the first synchrotron, it will provide the unique opportunity for the study of radiobiological effects of synchrotron radiation. 相似文献

A fast orbit feedback system is designed at SSRF to suppress beam orbit disturbance within sub-micron in the bandwidth up to 100 Hz.The SVD (Singular value decomposition) algorithm is applied to calculate the inverse response matrix in global orbit correction.The number of singular eigenvalues will influence orbit noise suppression and corrector strengths.The method to choose singular eigenvalue rejection threshold is studied in this paper,and the simulation and experiment results are also presented. 相似文献
