D700—13风机主电机异常振动的分析与处理

１情况简介凌钢竖炉分厂新安装一台Ｄ７００—１３风机，鼓风机直接由异步直动接带动，靠弹性柱销联轴器联接。配用电机型号为ＪＫ１３４－２，４４０ｋＷ、６ｋＶ。地脚螺栓固定方式原设计为直埋式，后因电机与风机的地脚螺栓中心线存在比较大的误差，故将电机一侧原有地脚螺栓去除，加设一个二底座，二底座地脚螺栓利用环氧树脂砂浆粘结法埋设。试车时，发现风机主电机存在异常振动，表１是三种状态下，空负荷试车时风机及主电机的振动情况，各测点位置参见附图，测量结果见表１。为判断风机故障性质，将风机的工作负荷调整到额定载荷时，…

Memory variance in the peak procedure of timing in pigeons.

Pigeons were rewarded on a fixed interval (FI) schedule. On occasional unrewarded tests, they usually showed a break–run–break pattern of responding. Across trials, the start of the run correlated positively with the end, suggesting variance across trials in (1) clock speed, (2) the delay to start the clock, or (3) a single criterion time used on a trial. If variance in criterion time exists, then a task in which the start and the end of the run are based on independent criterion times should produce a reduced start–end correlation. In 2 such tasks, the start–end correlation dropped to near zero, although other correlations were comparable to those found in the standard FI task. 粉末冶金皮辊轴承外圈

皮辊轴承是精纺机、粗纺机重要易损零件之一,使用面广、量大,每年消耗以百万计。其使用条件属于无沟道点接触滚动摩擦,带有滑动摩擦的性质,与其他纺机专用滚动轴承相比有更为苛刻的耐磨损要求。因此皮辊轴承的研制对于用粉末冶金制造纺机专用轴承具有一定的代表性。
本文论述了粉末冶金制件的冷热加工的工艺性;通过金相组织和电镜扫描分析,探讨了其耐磨机理。通过五年零十个月的纺纱实践,在同样条件下与轴承钢制件作对比,其磨损量大幅度下降,使用寿命延长2倍以上。而且,无论在工时、材料利用率、降低成本等方面均较轴承钢制件优越。     

竖炉球团配用不同进口精矿的试验研究

介绍了马钢配用7种不同进口精矿进行造球和工业投笼试验的情况.综合经济效益分析结果,得出以下结论:巴A与MBR 2种精矿为较适宜的进口高品位造球原料,其经济效益可观,其次为巴C精矿,随后是弗布卡、弗乔,巴B、沙马可精矿.     

The effectiveness of antiarrhythmic agents on early-cycle premature ventricular complexes

Twelve patients completed a double-blind, crossover antiarrhythmic drug trial in which 300 mg of quinidine, 500 mg of procainamide, 100 mg of phenytoin, or placebo was given four times daily on subsequent weeks. Analysis of 24-hour Holter tapes with a computerized analysis system (Argus/H) permitted accurate counting of premature ventricular complexes (PVCs) subclassified according to coupling interval. No antiarrhythmic agent demonstrated a significant overall reduction in the number of PVCs, but both quinidine and procainamide showed a statistically significant (p less than 0.05) reduction of PVCs with coupling intervals less than 400 msec. This effect was noted both in isolated PVCs (quinidine only) and in PVCs that were part of a couplet or run (both drugs). These findings demonstrate that clinically important effects of procainamide and quinidine can occur in the absence of an overall reduction in the number of PVCs.     

Comparison of numerical codes for simulation of powder injection moulding

Abstract

In this study the powder injection moulding process was simulated with commercial analysis packages, C-Mold, Moldflow and ProCAST. The simulated melt front advancement, temperatures and pressures were compared with the experimental measurements. The three codes correctly predict the positions of weldlines. C-Mold performs the fastest analysis with good predictions of the temperatures and pressures within the cavity, but it is limited to two-dimensional models. Predictions of the in cavity pressure made by Moldflow are less accurate than those calculated by ProCAST and C-Mold. Predictions of the temperatures made by Moldflow and ProCAST are comparable with each other and agree reasonably well with the experimental observations. However, ProCAST is superior in terms of the number of different output data and visualising capabilities. The disadvantage of ProCAST is that it does not permit simulating the filling and post-fill ingstages of the powder injection moulding process in one simulation run.     

Using Idiothetic Cues to Swim a Path With a Fixed Trajectory and Distance: Necessary Involvement of the Hippocampus, but Not the Retrosplenial Cortex.

Rats rapidly learned to find a submerged platform in a water maze at a constant distance and angle from the start point, which changed on every trial. The rats performed accurately in the light and dark, but prior rotation disrupted the latter condition. The rats were then retested after receiving cytotoxic hippocampal or retrosplenial cortex lesions. Retrosplenial lesions had no apparent effect in either the light or dark. Hippocampal lesions impaired performance in both conditions but spared the ability to locate a platform placed in the center of the pool. A hippocampal deficit emerged when this pool-center task was run in the dark. The spatial effects of hippocampal damage extend beyond allocentric tasks to include aspects of idiothetic guidance. Analysis of single trials in pigeons' timing performance.

Response distributions of pigeons on the peak procedure, averaged over many trials, were well fitted by a Gaussian function plus either a straight line or a ramp. But, each of 11 distributions analyzed showed a systematic positive skew. Response distributions on individual trials showed break–run–break patterns with abrupt transitions in the rate of responding. Within the run phase was an inner run phase at yet a higher rate. Intercorrelations among the starting time, ending time, middle, duration, and rate of the run showed a similar pattern in the outer and inner runs. A positive correlation between starting and ending times suggests variance across trials in clock speed, delay to start the clock, or expected time of reward. A negative correlation between starting time and duration suggests variance across trials in the threshold or thresholds to start and end the run.
