在经典的Gidaspow无黏性双流体模型中考虑离散颗粒对流体和固体动量守恒方程的影响后,建立了一个具有模拟大规模流化床内气固两相流体动力学特性潜在优势的简化数学模型。在CFX4.4商业化软件平台上通过增加用户自定义子程序考察了二维气固流化床(高2.00 m、宽0.30 m)内射流气速、喷嘴尺寸、环隙气速和静床高度对射流穿透深度的影响,并以树脂颗粒(粒径670 μm、密度1474 kg·m-3)为研究对象在厚度为0.025 m的矩形床内进行了对比实验。结果表明,选取空隙率为0.8的等高线作为射流边界比较合适;射流穿透深度随射流气速或射流喷口尺寸的增加而增大;射流周围环隙气速由0变到最小流化速度时,射流穿透深度随环隙气速增加而增大,在最小流化速度时达到最大值,然后随环隙气速增加单调减小,当环隙气速大于2.5倍最小流化速度时,射流穿透深度减小程度变缓;在相同射流气速下射流穿透深度随着静床高度的增加而减小,静床高度对射流穿透深度的影响随着射流气速增加呈现扩大的趋势。  相似文献

The solid circulation pattern, the voidage profile, and the jet penetration height have been investigated experimentally and computationally in a cold-flow model of jetting fluidized beds (JFBs) of a binary mixture in this paper. This rectangular two-dimensional bed is 0.30 m wide and 2.05 m high with a central jet and a conical distributor, which roughly stands for the ash-agglomerating fluidized-bed coal gasifier. A video camera and coloured particle tracer method were employed to explore the fluid dynamics in the bed. In terms of the average physical properties of binary mixtures, a hydrodynamic model describing the gas-solid flow characteristics in a jetting bed is resolved by using a modified Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure-Linked Equation (SIMPLE) algorithm. This paper focuses on three features of the fluid dynamics—solid circulation pattern, voidage profile, and jet penetration height. The solid circulation pattern is composed of three regions: the jetting region, the bubble street, and the annular region. Above the central nozzle the time-averaged isoporosity contours are almost elliptic, while near the walls of the bed, the voidage in high solid concentration region is approximately equal to that at the minimum fluidization state. The jet penetration height increases with increasing jet gas velocity and with decreasing average particle diameter. The increase in weight percentage of the lighter component in the binary system reveals that reduction of average density causes the enlargement of jet penetration height. The simulated results show good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

A simple two-fluid model is validated by comparing single-jet fluidization experiments and numerical predictions. Subsequently, flow pattern and jet penetration depth are explored numerically in the bed with double jets under equal and unequal gas velocities. Glass balltoni with a density of 2550 kg/m3 and a diameter of 275 μm is employed as solid phase. The model used in this study considers the effect of the dispersed solid phase on both gas and particle momentum equations of the inviscid model A (Gidaspow, 1994). Numerical simulations are carried out in the platform of CFX 4.4, a commercial CFD code, together with user-defined FORTRAN subroutines. Both jet penetration depth and jet frequency predicted are in good quantitative agreement with measurements in an incipiently fluidized bed with a single jet. By combining solid volume fraction distribution and particle-phase velocity vector profile, three flow patterns (isolated, merged and transitional jets) are identified in the gas-fluidized bed with double jets, which depend more on the nozzle distance than the jet gas velocity. For the equal jet gas velocity, the jet penetration depth decreases with increasing nozzle distance in the merged-jet and transitional-jet regions, then reaches a minimum value in the transitional-jet region, and finally keeps steady in the isolated-jet region. For the unequal jet gas velocity, the merged jet penetration depth increases with increase in the velocity of one jet as the other jet gas velocity is fixed, whilst the jet penetration depths change a little in the transitional-jet region and remain a constant in the isolated-jet region.  相似文献

在Ф0 .5m× 8m大型双射流流化床中 ,通过摄像、放像逐帧分析法和sthVCD软件分析录像转换的VCD ,得到了不同管间距下双射流典型的运动图像 .同时研究了两射流独立存在区、过渡区和射流合并区 3种流型的相互转变 ,得出了流型转变的关系式 .不同射流管间距下相同射流气速的射流深度相比 ,管间距减小则射流深度减小 ;在较小的管间距和相对高的射流气速下 ,两射流在射流深度之内始终合并 ,表现为射流合并高度 .得出了射流深度、射流合并高度的定量关系式 .分数维关联维数表明大型双射流流化床是一个确定性混沌系统 ,考查了管间距、静床高度对关联维数的影响  相似文献

本文利用图像处理技术,得到了二维流化床内垂直向上射流深度的时间序列。基于R/S分析方法,得到了表征射流脉动强弱的Hurst指数和分数维。研究了流化数、射流初始速度、颗粒平均粒径及静态床层高度对射流脉动特性的影响。结果表明:垂直向上射流的脉动随射流初始速度、流化数、静态床层高度以及颗粒平均粒径的增加而减弱。  相似文献

A rectangular fluidized bed setup was developed to study the evolution of inlet gas jets located at the distributor. Experiments were conducted with varying distributor types and bed media to understand the motion of particles and jets in the grid-zone region of a fluidized bed. Particle Image Velocimetry and Digital Image Analysis were used to quantify the parameters that characterize these jets. A grid-zone phenomenological model was developed to compare these parameters with those available in the literature. It was determined from this study that jet penetration length behavior is consistently different for fluidization velocities below and above the minimum fluidization. For velocities above minimum fluidization, jet lengths were found to increase more rapidly with increase in orifice velocity than for operating conditions below minimum fluidization.  相似文献

在高 8m、直径 0 .5m的大型射流流化床中 ,通过摄像分析法 ,研究了射流、喷流两种流型的转变 .结果表明在低静床高、大射流气速下易出现喷流 ;喷流出现时 ,功率谱主频射流气速曲线上出现一转折点 .转折点射流气速与摄像法得出的流型转变射流气速相同 .提出了射流、喷流流型转变关系式 .同时发现射流深度随射流气速变大而增大 ,结合二维射流床射流深度的研究结果 ,得出了射流深度的预测式  相似文献

Aiming to understand biomass-related pyrolysis and gasification processes, which have received particular interests recently due to increasing concerns over fossil fuels and carbon emissions, this work conducts a detailed experimental study of the fluidization characteristics and jet dynamics of biomass mixtures in a fluidized bed. Both single jet and two jets dynamics are investigated, and a parametric study of the influence of particle properties and operational conditions on the dynamic performance of the bed, especially on the jet penetration depth and jet frequency of the binary mixtures, is conducted. Detailed frame-by-frame image analysis coupled with physical parameters reveals many interesting phenomena, which includes multistage flow pattern development and a stochastic nature of jet dynamics, as well as a strong dependence of the jet penetration depth and jet frequency on the bed materials.  相似文献

Experiments to investigate the jet penetration depth were carried out. The jet penetration depth increases with the increase of spouting gas velocity, spouting nozzle diameter and carrier gas density, but decreases with the rise of the static bed height, particle density, particle diameter and fluidized gas rate. The intelligent model to predict the jet penetration depth has been established based on least square support vector machine and adaptive mutative scale chaos optimization algorithm. The prediction performance of the intelligent model is better than empirical correlations and neural network.  相似文献

采用欧拉-欧拉双流体模型,在CFX4.4软件上增加用户自定义子程序模拟了高2.0 m、宽0.3 m的二维射流床内空气和玻璃珠体系的流体动力学特性. 考察了网格尺度、最大颗粒堆积率和时间步长对射流的形成及发展过程、射流穿透深度及射流频率的影响,并与实验数据进行了对比. 结果表明,对于本研究的气固体系,当床层下部纵向网格数为100、时间步长0.0005 s时,不仅可以满足网格尺度和时间步长的无关性要求,而且模拟的射流穿透深度和射流频率与实验测量值的误差分别为5.7%和3.8%. 最大颗粒堆积率在本研究范围对模拟结果的影响可以忽略.  相似文献

Binary fluidization finds wide application in a variety of gas–solid catalytic and non-catalytic industrial fluidization systems. In the present study, a three-dimensional transient computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was used to model the binary fluidization of coal and ash in a laboratory-scale cold flow fluidized bed. In parallel, phase velocity measurements using radioactive particle tracking (RPT) and gamma-ray densitometry were performed, which provided a rich database for validation of the CFD model. RPT being a time-resolved Lagrangian technique, it was possible to extract velocity fluctuations and their correlations in addition to the mean velocity profiles. The latter provided additional validation for the CFD model, in addition to the typical validation that is done with time-averaged profiles of phase velocity and volume fraction. The robust validation procedure opens up the possibility of expanding this model to a pilot plant-scale fluidized bed.  相似文献

The effect of an air distributor on the fluidization characteristics of 1 mm glass beads has been determined in a conical gas fluidized bed (0.1 m-inlet diameter and 0.6 m in height) with an apex angle of 20‡. To determine the effect of distributor geometry, five different perforated distributors were employed (the opening fraction of 0.009–0.037, different hole size, and number). The differential bed pressure drop increases with increasing gas velocity, and it goes from zero to a maximum value with increasing or decreasing gas velocity. From the differential bed pressure drop profiles with the distributors having different opening fractions, demarcation velocities of the minimum and maximum velocities of the partial fluidization, full fluidization, partial defluidization and the full defluidization are determined. Also, bubble frequencies in the conical gas fluidized beds were measured by an optical probe. In the conical bed, the gas velocity at which the maximum bed pressure drop attained increases with increasing the opening fraction of distributors.  相似文献

Particle image velocimetry was used to investigate the evolution of multiple inlet gas jets located at the distributor base of a two‐dimensional fluidized bed setup. Results were used to estimate the solid circulation rate of the fluidized bed as well as particle‐entrainment into the individual jets. The effects of fluidization velocity, orifice diameter, orifice pitch, particle diameter, and particle density were studied. It was determined from this study that the solid circulation rate linearly increased with an increase in the fluidization velocity until the multiple jet system transitioned from isolated to an interacting system. In the interacting system of jets, the solid circulation increased with fluidization velocity but at a much lower rate. For multiple jet systems, this phenomenon may indicate the presence of an optimum operating condition with high circulation rate and low air input in the bed. © 2011 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 58: 3003–3015, 2012  相似文献

在内径90mm、静床高800mm的高床层流化床中,用动态压力传感器检测了不同气速条件下普通流化床和振动流化床中沿轴向的压力脉动信号,通过小波变换对信号除噪后,用混沌理论对信号进行了分析.通过关联维数和Kolmogorov熵定量表征振动流化床中的流动结构特征.结果表明:压力脉动信号的关联维数和Kolmogorov熵能够描述振动流化床中的流化状态;振动流化床中床层的流动结构存在两个区,在近分布板区域为射流区,床层主体部分为均匀流化区.  相似文献

本文研究了内径为148mm振动圆柱床中等密度和不等密度的双组分颗粒流化特性,考察了不同振动强度对双组分颗粒的床层空隙率、最小流化速度及相图的影响,给出了床层空隙率和最小流化速度的计算式,此计算值与实验值基本相符,且对振动流化床的实际操作和工程设计起到一定的指导作用。  相似文献

在D99mm×1000mm的圆柱流化床中,选用不同粒径的沙子/锯末、沙子/菜籽双组分混合物,研究了不同沉积组分含量,尤其是富沉积组分情形下床层表观气速、静床高度对流化床二组分混合物的混合与分离的影响.实验结果表明:静床高度对生物质惰性颗粒混合物分离指数无影响,沉积组分适宜的粒度及床层高和表观气速有利于生物质惰性颗粒混合物的混合.  相似文献
