通过动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱,并结合SEM图,研究恒应力作用下1420Al-Li合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:随着应力增加,材料的腐蚀加剧;合金主要腐蚀类型为孔蚀,这是由于合金的主要时效强化相为δ'相(Al3Li),它作为阳极相均匀弥散分布在基体中,晶界处仅有少量的S(Al2MgLi)相.  相似文献

采用基于密度函数理论的缀加平面波加局域轨道方法和超晶胞方法对L12结构和六方结构(Co,Ir)。(Al,W)析出相的能量和电子结构以及L12结构(Co,Ir)。(Al,W)析出相的弹性常数进行了理论计算.研究了(Co,Ir)。(Al,W)析出相的稳定性和弹性性质.通过Voigt—Reuss—Hill方法计算出(Co,Ir)。(Al,W)析出相的杨氏模量和切变模量.能量和电子结构的计算结果表明,(Co,Ir)3(Al.W)析出相能以立方L1。结构稳定存在.弹性性质的计算结果表明,L1。结构(Co,Ir)s(Al,W)析出相的弹性模量较Co—Ir合金高.且能对Co—Ir合金起到强化作用;(Co,Ir)。(Al.W)析出相是一种脆性化合物.  相似文献

研究添加富铈混合稀土的ZM5合金在铸态和固溶处理后的显微组织与力学性能。结果表明,添加适量的混合稀土能显著提高ZM5合金强度,合适的RE添加量对铸态合金为1.5%,固溶处理合金合为0.75%。周溶处理使未添加稀土的ZM5合金偏析产生的晶界沉积相(β-Mg17Al12)和含Mn的中间相(Al6Mn,Al4Mn)溶解而改善合金的塑性。对添加稀土的ZM5合金,固溶处理不仅使β-Mg17Al12相溶解。还使粗大棒状的Al41RE3熔断而细化、球化,从而显著提高合金的强度和塑性。  相似文献

Al87Ni10Zr3纳米非晶材料的形成及其晶化行为   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用单辊旋淬技术制备快速凝固Al87Ni10Zr3合金。利用X-射线衍射,透射电子显微镜分析研究了合金薄带的急冷态和各退火态的显微组织。结果表明:急冷态组织为非晶态和纳米晶的复合体,晶态组织是细小的Al基固溶体(60-80nm)和Al3(Ni,Zr)相(<20nm),非晶的形成取决于合金成分和凝固速率。低温(200℃)退火导致了非晶的晶化,高温(350℃,2h)退火,过饱和Al基固溶体和Al3(Ni,Zr)相将析出或转变为亚稳Ll2-Al3Zr和Al3Ni相。Ll2-Al3Zr相尺寸非常细小(<20nm),退火时间达到20h,Ll2-Al3Zr相尺寸无明显变化,说明其具有良好的热稳定性。  相似文献

采用Al部分替代Mg2Ni中的Mg燃烧合成三元储氢合金Mg2-xAlxNi(x=0~0.5)。XRD分析表明当x=0.5时主相为Mg3AlNi2新相,电化学测试表明新相的引入明显地改善了合金的储氢性能,其放电容量和循环寿命均有不同程度的提高。球磨改性后的合金更易活化,放电容量也有较大幅度的提高。  相似文献

采用铸锭冶金法制备了含铒0%、0.4%、0.6%的Al—Zn—Mg-Cu合金,用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析以及透射电镜研究了Er对合金的组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明,含Er合金在凝固过程中形成一次Al3Er相,该相与α(A1)基体具有相同的晶体结构,晶格常数接近,可以有效的细化合金晶粒,提高合金的抗拉强度,在T6状态下含0.4%Er的2^#合金抗拉强度为577.12MPa,屈服强度为514.96MPa,延伸率为11.8%。  相似文献

研究了Al-1.42Li-2.41Cu-0.93Mg-0.073Zr-0.17Sc(wt%)合金在160℃和预变形(17%)+160℃不同时效时间下的室温拉伸性能。利用透射电(TEM)观察了合金的显微组织。结果表明:该合金具有较好的室温室性能,合金主要强化相为δ'(Al3Li)和δ'/β复合相。由于合金中同时加入Sc,Zr,尤其是添加了0.17wt%Sc导致大量的复合相出现(复合相粒径为24~32  相似文献

依据WC-Co硬质合金各相含量间的关系,推求出两相(WC+γ)合金中γ相成分极限和碳含量宽度。结果表明,对于两相WC-Wo合金,其γ相成分(钨和碳在γ相中的固溶度XW和XC)与合金钴配量和碳含量有关且存在关系:xw=1379xc+1.47-37.1xc,但其两相区上下限γ相成分与合金钴配量无关,分别为xw:0.0752和0.234,xc:0.00491和0.00248(Wt):WC-Co合金两相区上下限碳含量和γ相含量(wt.)与合金钴配量有关,其两相区的碳含量宽度与合金钴配量有正变关系。对上述结果进行了实验验证。  相似文献

设计了CoCrFeNi(Ni3Al)x(x=0.5,0.75,1,1.25)系列高熵合金,研究了合金的组织与性能,发现四种合金铸态时均为单相FCC固溶体。其中,铸态CoCrFeNi(Ni3Al)1.25具有最好的综合性能,屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率分别为420 MPa、867 MPa、21%。铸态合金经780℃、4h时效处理后,枝晶间析出大量40~50 nm的L12相,时效后,CoCrFeNi(Ni3Al)1合金时效后具有最好的综合性能,屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率分别为510 MPa、828 MPa、22%。研究表明Ni3Al的添加在适当范围内能够有效提高材料的强度,铸态时主要的强化方式是固溶强化,时效态主要是起析出强化作用。  相似文献

试验熔制了Mg-12%Li-1%Al合金,研究了添加少量的CaF2对合金组织和性能的影响。通过显微观察可知,被还原元素Ca对显微组织中的β相(bcc)有细化作用,Ca主要富集在晶界处,合金中的晶界网格为Ca和Al的富集物,为Al:Ca化合物。显微组织细化机理可以认为,由于Ca在晶界处的吸附作用极大的抑制了晶粒的长大而使其细化。室温下进行轧制板材拉伸测试,结果表明,置换出来的元素Ca可以提高合金的强度和塑性。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
