The problem of determination of the equivalent surface impedance of a rectangular groove is considered. The solution is obtained by the integral equations method. The Krylov–Bogoliubov method is used to solve integral equations numerically. The obtained dependence of the impedance value on the groove depth is compared to the dependence calculated using an approximate formula for different groove widths. The limits of applicability of the approximate formula are determined.  相似文献

针对金属微纳结构在表面增强拉曼光谱领域的应用,研究了金属基底亚波长单槽结构产生的电磁场增强。采用全矢量方法严格计算了平面波照明下金属槽外部区域电磁场的分布情况。建立了法布里-珀罗(F-P)半解析模型,该模型能够精确预言全矢量方法的计算结果,能够节省设计最优槽深的计算量。基于该模型分析了金属槽外部区域电场增强的物理机制,结果表明达到相长叠加共振状态的金属槽内基模在槽外空间中激励的透射电场是金属槽外空间中电场增强的主要来源。研究了槽外空间电场增强的范围,结果表明对于不同的槽宽和入射波长,在垂直距离槽口0.1倍波长的范围内电场增强较为明显,在该范围之外,电场增强因子迅速衰减到1的数量级。  相似文献

设计基于圆形槽波导的元件经常会用到圆形槽波导到矩形波导结.应用有限元法(FEM)分析了N端口波导结.采用完全匹配层(PML)将槽波导的开放边界截断为有限区域,然后对圆形槽波导到矩形波导结的散射特性进行了数值计算,得出的散射参量为圆形槽波导振荡器输出结构的优化设计提供了依据.  相似文献

A new Fourier's expansion-differential method for analyzing groove guide with arbitrary shape is firstly presented in this paper. It is convenient to solve practical application problems of arbitrary groove guides. The calculated results of the guide wavelengths of typical groove guides are in good agreement with ones in references, and its computing precision is fairly high. Hence the computational correctness of the new method is verified. The new method has the advantages of clear conception, direct-viewing expression, simple and easily feasible computation, etc. So it is of important application values for enriching groove guide theory and is solving actual engineering application problems for millimeter waves.  相似文献

In this paper, an improved structure of symmetric groove nonradiative dielectric (GNRD) guide, the mono groove NRD (MGNRD) guide is presented, which keeps the similar performances of the symmetric groove structure, but is more easy to fabricate in millimeter waveband. The dispersion characteristics of the MGNRD is analysed using the transverse resonance method, then a MGNRD leaky-wave antenna is constructed, calculated and tested. The theoretical and experimental data are agreement with each other, and shows a attractive prospect for application.  相似文献

为了设计W波段的圆形槽波导中径向盘结构,采用有限元分析方法和完全匹配层(PML)的概念,对W波段的圆形槽波中径向盘处于非中心位置时输入阻抗随径向盘直径的变化进行了计算,并给出了变化曲线。在94GHz时径向盘直么在0.6mm~0.8mm范围内输入阻抗最小。计算结果能够为设计w波段圆形槽波导振荡器提供参考。  相似文献

设计了一种由磷化铟(InP)、砷化铟(InAs)和锑化铟(InSb)3种半导体材料复合而成的槽深线性渐变的光栅型超宽带远红外线吸收器。其吸收机理是表面等离子共振效应和电介质腔共振效应。利用频域有限差分法(Finite-Difference Frequency-Domain,FDFD)计算的结果表明,凹槽个数的改变对吸收率的影响相对较大,而凹槽深度、凹槽宽度、涂层厚度和光栅周期的变化对吸收率的影响相对较小。在采用优化的结构参数条件下,以及入射角为0~80°和入射波长为28~75 m的范围内,此吸收器的平均吸收率可达到92%以上。本文所设计的吸收器有望在远红外探测等方面得到应用。  相似文献

采用衰减测试法,对双光栅准光学谐振腔的 Q值进行数值计算与分析,得到匹配槽高度和宽度、光栅槽深度等参数对Q值的影响。通过分析 W波段谐振腔各参数与Q值的关系,总结出 W波段双开槽准光学谐振腔Q值的经验公式,为准光学谐振腔的设计提供了理论依据。同时模拟计算分析了双光栅结构的加入对谐振腔 Q值的影响。结果表明,相比普通准光腔,双光栅准光学谐振腔能够降低光栅引入对Q值的影响。  相似文献

为了获得36MnVS4连杆裂解槽最优的切割质量,采用正交实验法对裂解槽进行了激光切割理论分析和实验验证,通过激光共聚焦显微镜测量裂解槽的深度、宽度、张角及曲率半径等几何尺寸,同时采用扫描电镜观测裂解槽底部微观形貌及热影响区的厚度,采用极差分析法得到了峰值功率、脉冲宽度、切割速率和脉冲频率对裂解槽几何尺寸的影响,并获得了最优实验参量组合。结果表明,裂解槽热影响区厚度皆小于100μm且裂解槽底部存在微裂纹及气孔,各参量组合对裂解槽宽度、张角及曲率半径的影响较小,对裂解槽深度的影响较大;脉冲宽度和峰值功率对槽深的影响较大,脉冲频率和切割速率对槽深的影响较小;优化后切割速率为1.0m/min,峰值功率为700W,脉冲频率为1000Hz,脉冲宽度为50μs。这一结果对实际生产具有重要意义。  相似文献

针对光栅对压缩器刻线平行性失调会对压缩器色散特性造成严重影响这一问题,对刻线不平行的光栅对压缩器的衍射特性进行了分析,推导出了脉冲光束通过光栅对的光程。数值计算了2阶、3阶和4阶色散量,以及与光栅对严格平行相比的色散差。计算了输出脉冲的垂直谱位移,并将其作为刻线夹角的函数进行了分析。结果表明,存在刻线失调时,低刻线密度的光栅具有更好的优越性。  相似文献

Loss and dispersion characteristics of groove guide are two practically important factors in the design for millimeter wave system consisting of groove guide. In this paper, a new method is presented for analyzing loss and dispersion characteristics of the groove guides with arbitrary groove cross-sections. The method is based on the combination of an equivalent active transmission line equation and the staircase approximation. Numerical results of dispersion and attenuation properties for some groove guides with different groove profiles are given. The effectiveness and practicality of the present analysis are confirmed by the data given in the literature.  相似文献

In this paper, the dominant mode in groove guide is analyzed by finite element method. For the guide with a shallow groove, the electric field lines (abbreviated as E lines) are perpendicular to the parallel plate, which is different from the literatures, and the dominant mode distribution is irrelevant to the groove width; for the guide with a narrow but deeper groove, the E lines are parallel to the plate region, which represents the characteristics of lower attenuation, for the guide with a deeper and wider groove, a complicated E lines are obtained. These results reveal that the dominant mode distribution in groove guide is varied, which replenish our understanding of groove guide, and the results have important values in design, manufacture, and application of groove guide.  相似文献

To enhance the strength of beam-wave interaction and improve the performance of gain, the double-groove loaded folded-waveguide slow-wave structure (SWS) is proposed for millimeter traveling-wave tubes (TWTs). In the first part, the expressions for the dispersion and the interaction impedance of this novel structure are obtained by using matching conditions of the RF fields. Ansoft HFSS is also used to calculate the high frequency characteristics. The simulation results from HFSS agree with the theoretical results. Numerical calculation for different combinations of the groove width and depth is carried out to study the influence of groove loading on the properties of this novel circuit. In the second part, a linear theory of a double-groove loaded folded-waveguide TWT is developed and calculated for analyzing the effect of groove dimensions on the property of small signal gain. The investigation results indicate that the interaction impedance is obviously raised up and the small signal gain are enhanced by loading groove in the FWSWS.  相似文献

An arbitrarily cross-sectional groove guide is analyzed by using the method of lines and its characteristic equations are gives for TE and TM modes. Some numerical results show that correctness of the method of lines compared with the relevant results in the references is verified, and it is convenient to solve groove guide with arbitrary shape in practical application problems. A novel cocoon-shaped groove guide is firstly presented and its transmission characteristics are analyzed and discussed. The new type of cocoon-shaped groove guide has the good performances. The obtained results are of important application values in theoretical studies and practical applications of groove guides for millimeter waves.  相似文献
