考察了超声强化超临界流体萃取(USFE)薏苡仁中的薏苡仁油和薏苡仁酯的效果。以 CO2作为超临界流体分别研究了萃取过程中萃取温度、萃取压力、原料颗粒大小、超临界流体流量、超声参数、萃取时间等因素对萃取率的影响,并与超临界流体萃取(SFE)进行对比。结果表明,超声强化超临界流体萃取过程,最适宜的萃取温度为 40℃,比超临界流体萃取的最适宜的萃取温度降低了 5℃;最适宜的萃取压力为 20Mpa, 比超临界流体萃取的最适宜的萃取压力降低了 5Mpa;最佳萃取时间为 3.5h,比超临界流体萃取的最佳萃取时间缩短了 0.5h;萃取率提高约 10%左右。若萃取率相同时,流体流量可减少 0.5L·h-1 ,原料粒径的要求可放宽。  相似文献

设计了超临界流体萃取塔系统,并对其流体力学特性和传质性能进行了研究,为工业设计提供了理论依据。在连续逆流操作的超临界填料萃取塔、筛板萃取塔和喷淋萃取塔中,应用超临界二氧化碳-异丙醇-水、超临界二氧化碳-乙醇-水两种实验体系对流体力学模型和传质模型进行了实验验证,计算结果与实验数据符合较好。  相似文献

In many applications related to Supercritical-Fluid (SCF) technology, solids are dissolved in SC fluids. Experimental data are now available for many systems but cannot cover all cases of potential practical interest. The prediction of solid solubilities in SC fluids, often in the presence of co-solvents, is useful for rational design of SCF extraction and related processes. Recently, thermodynamics has made considerable steps towards describing complex systems (gases with polar compounds) at high pressures using the so-called Equation of State/Excess Gibbs Free Energy (EoS/GE) models. The success of these models is so far restricted to Vapor–Liquid Equilibria (VLE) for which they have been primarily developed and tested. In this work we evaluate such a predictive model, the LCVM EoS, for solid–gas equilibria (SGE) including systems with co-solvents. LCVM is chosen due to its success for VLE of asymmetric systems such as CO2 with heavy alkanes and alcohols. Successful predictions are obtained for several solids as well as for some systems with co-solvents, but the results are less satisfactory for complex, multifunctional solids. A discussion of several factors, which affect modeling of SGE with cubic EoS, is included.  相似文献

High-strength-high-modulus polyimide (PI) cords reinforced natural rubber (NR) composites are prepared, and the PI cords are treated with resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex (RFL) adhesive to enhance the interfacial adhesion with NR matrix. The influence of RFL adhesive variables, such as the ratio of R/F and RF/L, on the adhesion between PI cords and NR is investigated. Furthermore, sorbitol glycidyl ether (SGE) and caprolactam blocked methylene diisocyanate (CBI) are adhered to the surface of the PI cords through a dip-coating procedure to introduce epoxy and NCO groups and graft with more RFL adhesive. The H pull-out force of SGE/CBI-RFL treated PI cords/NR composites reaches as high as 193.9 N, which is 580% higher than that of untreated PI ones. Additionally, the SGE/CBI-RFL treated PI cords/NR composites exhibit superior adhesion, aging, and fatigue resistance together with better mechanical properties as compared with SGE/CBI-RFL treated poly(para-phenylene terephtalamide) (PPTA) cords/NR composites.  相似文献

浓差流动电池依靠法拉第电极和存在浓度差的两股盐溶液之间可逆的反应,可将盐差能转化为电能;其与传统膜基盐差能提取技术相比具有成本低、寿命长和体积小等优点。然而已报道的浓差流动电池用电极需要预充电处理而且可能产生有毒离子。铵钒青铜是一种对环境友好的法拉第电极材料。它作为电极与普通滤膜组成浓差流动电池,在不需要预充电处理的前提下,平均输出功率密度高达194.3 mW·m-2(20和500 m mol·L-1的NaCl溶液),相比于石墨烯水凝胶基盐差发电器件(141.4 mW·m-2)提升了37%。此外,盐离子价态和尺寸对盐差发电性能存在一定的影响。铵钒青铜的引入,为设计浓差流动电池中的电极材料提供了新思路。  相似文献

The K2C03-catalysed steam gasification of coal chars, obtained by the Supercritical Gas Extraction (SGE) process, is studied. Kinetics experiments used a gravimetric technique at atmospheric pressure and at temperatures ranging from 700 to 800 °C. It was found that K2C03 is an effective catalyst for steam gasification of solvent extracted residue. The catalytic effect was similar to that observed for gasification of the unextracted parent coal. The gasification-time curves exhibited a sigmoid shape, which reduced to a single master curve for the various reaction temperatures studied and fitted well the predictions of the random capillary model. Activation energies, calculated using this model, varied from 155 to 173 kJ mol?1 for the various chars studied.  相似文献

目的:采用HPLC法同步测定三七粉中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1含量。方法:采用SGE protecol C18(5μm,4.6×250mm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈—水梯度洗脱(0~12min,19∶81;12~60min,19~36∶81~64),检测波长为203nm,流速1.0mL/min,进样量20μL。结果:人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1分别在25.625~430mg/L、26.875~410mg/L、10.625~170mg/L范围呈线性,相关系数r分别为0.9999、0.9998、0.9996;该方法重复性及回收率均符合要求。结论:本法用于同步测定三七粉中人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1及三七皂苷R1的含量,具有简便、准确、高效等特点。  相似文献

A reliable, simultaneous analysis of palm oil polyol esters using capillary column GC is described. The polyol esters were esterified from palm oil methyl esters (POME) and palm kernel oil methyl esters (PKOME) with trimethylolpropane [2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol; TMP] to produce the biodegradable base oil for lubricant production. Analysis was performed using a high-temperature capillary column, SGE HT5 operated at a temperature gradient of 6°C/min starting from 80 to 340°C. Before injection, the sample was derivatized with N,O-bis (trimethylsilyl)trifluoroacetamide in ethyl acetate at 40°C for at least 10 min. This procedure provides a complete separation of reaction products: TMP, methyl esters, monoesters (ME), diesters (DE), and triesters (TE). As expected, the ME from palm kernel oil was resolved into five major peaks, DE into seven peaks, and TE into 10 peaks. Since no standard was available for this sample, the identities of the peaks were established by a secondary standard that was derived from pure methyl esters. This GC method has made possible the simultaneous determination of reaction product compositions in order to assess the extent of reaction.  相似文献

采用正交实验法对超临界CO2萃取中药青皮挥发油的最佳工艺条件进行优选。以挥发油得率为考察指标,探讨了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间三因素在不同水平下对青皮挥发油得率的影响,并与水蒸气蒸馏法进行了比较。研究表明,萃取压力对挥发油得率有显著影响,萃取温度及时间影响不显著,各因素作用主次关系为:压力>温度>时间。优选得到的最佳工艺为:萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间1.5 h,得率为1.3197%,比水蒸气蒸馏法提高2.4倍,时间减少78.57%。超临界CO2萃取收率高、耗时短、品质好。  相似文献

系统研究了以加勒比松树皮为原料提取原花青素的方法及工艺条件。研究对比了常规溶剂浸提、超声波提取及微波辅助提取等方法对原花青素提取得率的影响。实验结果表明,溶剂浸提采用 70% 乙醇溶液时原花青素的得率最高。在3种提取方法中,超声波提取法和微波辅助提取法提取效果较优。前者能在短时间内取得较高的提取得率,而后者需进一步延长微波辅助作用后溶剂浸提的时间才能达到较好的提取效果。超声波提取法的适宜提取条件为: 提取温度 50℃,功率 100 W,料液比1:11,提取时间 1.5 h;微波辅助提取法的适宜提取条件为: 功率 200 W,微波处理时间 30 s,料液比1:11,提取温度 50℃,提取时间 6 h。在上述条件下原花青素得率分别为 7.47% 和 7.69%。  相似文献

考察了12种不同种类的溶剂对儿童胶画颜料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物萃取效率的影响,发现乙酸乙酯作为溶剂时,萃取效率最高.比较了微波萃取、索氏提取、超声萃取、快速溶剂萃取这4种前处理方法对萃取效率的影响,发现微波萃取效率最高.进一步优化了微波萃取的方法,萃取效率随着微波萃取温度的升高而提高.但是,当萃取温度从100 ℃提高到120℃时,萃取结果增加不明显,说明在100℃时,萃取已经相对完全.该前处理方法简单快速、提取效率高、使用的试剂毒性小、对环境友好,能够满足儿童胶画颜料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的检测要求.  相似文献
