设计合成了两个以对硝基苯为受体的纯有机光敏染料(2Z,4E)-5-[4-(二苯基氨基)苯基]-4-(4-硝基苯基)-2-氰基戊-2,4-二烯酸(S-TPNC)和(2Z,4E)-5-{4-[(E)-4-(二苯基氨基)苯乙烯基]苯基}-4-(4-硝基苯基)-2-氰基戊-2,4-二烯酸(L-TPNC),并用HRMS、1HNMR及13CNMR对其结构进行了表征。研究了两个染料的光物理和电化学性质,并将其应用于染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSCs)的制作中。在100 mW/cm2(AM 1.5)模拟太阳光的照射下,由染料L-TPNC所制作的敏化太阳能电池的光电转化效率为1.59%;开路电压(Voc)、短路电流密度(Jsc)、填充因子(FF)分别为0.65 V、3.49 mA/cm2和0.70。而在同等条件下,由染料S-TPNC所制作的染料敏化电池光电转化效率为1.23%。 相似文献

对6种用于染料敏化太阳能电池的二元离子液体电解质进行了考察,电池的光电转化效率在1.39%~4.98%,其中,1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐/碘化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑类电解质具有最高的光电转化效率。对这种二元离子液体电解质体系进一步优化,测试了不同碘浓度下相应染料敏化太阳能电池的效率、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)。结果表明,随着碘单质浓度的增大,铂-电解质界面的传荷电阻(RPt)、TiO2-电解质表面的传荷电阻(Rct)和瓦尔堡阻抗(Zw)逐渐减小,而电解质对紫外光的吸收逐渐增大,在AM1.5的条件下,当碘单质的浓度为0.25 mol/L时电池效率最高,达到5.20%。 相似文献

采用全息定量构效关系(HQSAR)方法建立了染料敏化太阳能电池香豆素类染料敏化剂结构信息与光电转化效率(PCE)之间的定量结构性质关系(QSPR)模型。构建的最有效HQSAR模型(qcv2=0.895,R2=0.946)的片段参数为:fragment size “2~7”:hologram length “97”,fragment distinctions“B”。两种验证方法,外部测试集验证和留一法交叉验证(LOO-CV)用于检验开发的最佳HQSAR模型的质量。结果表明,HQSAR方法可以作为一种快速有效的工具,来预测香豆素染料敏化太阳能电池的PCE值。 相似文献

Effectiveness of two strongly basic anion exchange resins of the gel (Dowex PSR-2) and macroporous structure (Dowex PSR-3) was compared in order to remove three hazardous dyes such as C.I. Acid Orange 7 (AO7), C.I. Reactive Black 5 (RB5), and C.I. Direct Blue 71 (DB71) contained in water and textile wastewaters. Batch adsorption experiments were carried out to analyze the effect of phase contact time, initial dye concentration, and the presence of auxiliary materials (anionic and cationic surfactants, Na2CO3, and Na2SO4). The Langmuir model better described the adsorption process of the dyes onto both resins than the Freundlich model. The monolayer adsorption capacities (qe) of Dowex PSR-3 were calculated as 336.4 mg/g for AO7, 317.9 mg/g for RB5, and 150.4 mg/g for DB71 at 25°C. Dowex PSR-2 of the gel structure is characterized by considerably lower values of qe (50.1 mg/g for AO7, 17.2 mg/g for RB5, and 9.7 mg/g for DB71). Of special importance are high values of the working ion exchange capacities of Dowex PSR-3 determined from the breakthrough curves towards AO7 and RB5 equal to 127 and 85 mg/cm3, respectively. The pseudo second-order kinetic model described the experimental sorption data better than the pseudo first-order model. Methanol addition to the 1 M HCl and 1 M NaOH solutions improved the effectiveness of dye desorption. 相似文献

In this article, we have successfully synthesized polyurethanes (PUs) with a covalent bond of dye molecule via a coupling agent of epichlorohydrin. The structure is proven by infrared (IR) spectra, which exhibits the absorption peak of dye molecule, as we expected. The dye‐grafted polyurethanes were used to evaluate their inherent viscosity, mechanical, and thermal properties and, also, their dyeing behavior. For the inherent viscosity, the PUs with the grafting of the dye molecule demonstrate a lower value of viscosity than those without grafting of the dye molecule. The tensile strength is found to decrease with the grafting of the dye molecule due to the further separation of intermolecular distance of the grafted PUs. But the elongation at break is increased with the grafting of the dye molecule. In consideration of the thermal properties, PUs with the grafting of dye molecule exhibit higher Tgh than those without dye molecule. However, their Tgs and Tms of soft segment between dyed and undyed PU seem to be similar. For dye migration property, the PUs with the grafting of dye molecule are proven to be much lower thermal migration values (Mp%) than those of simple mixing of PU and dyestuff. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
