从人体肩部的形态、结构以及功能方面的特点和要求出发,对针织服装垫肩存在的一些问题进行了分析,并设计了一种新型的针织服装垫肩。详细阐述了在设计这种垫肩过程中肩的形态修正、肩头点的设定、肩的基本尺寸、垫肩的厚度、垫肩的基本大小等。通过与旧式垫肩的比较,得出该垫肩在形态和运动功能方面均能达到良好的效果。 相似文献

为了给女装肩部结构设计提供理论参考,探究女装肩部结构与袖窿结构的关系并建立二者的理论研究模型,运用立体裁剪的方法,利用不同厚度的垫肩改变肩斜度从而改变肩部结构,通过三维到二维的转换,在衣片平面展开图上对肩斜度、袖窿夹角进行精确测量,并对数据相关性进行分析,通过制作成衣,对比用传统比例制图法与用实验结果制图的成衣合体度。结果表明:垫肩厚度与肩斜度之间存在线性相关关系;女装肩部结构变化影响袖窿夹角大小,且肩斜度与袖窿夹角大小呈线性相关关系;运用线性回归关系辅助制图进行女装结构设计,其合体性优于单一的比例制图法。 相似文献

Force attenuation capacity and thermophysiological wear comfort of vertically lapped nonwoven fabric

Hip-protective pads are designed to prevent hip fracture in elderly women. Two types of vertically lapped nonwoven fabrics were evaluated for suitability as materials for hip-protective pads. The force attenuation capacity of pads made from these fabrics was studied using drop impact tests, and performance relevant to thermophysiological wear comfort measured using a sweating guarded hot plate. The results indicate that vertically lapped nonwoven fabrics are suitable materials for soft hip-protective pads. They provide effective protection for the hip bone, and have similar force attenuation capacity to closed-cell foam. The inter-fibre and voids in nonwoven structures enable moisture to escape to the environment, and the experimental vertically lapped nonwoven fabric pads had significantly higher ability to transfer moisture than closed-cell foam pads. 相似文献

为减轻托盘包装冷鲜肉贮藏期间的品质降低,本实验利用静电纺丝结合热诱导交联技术制备了一种高吸湿性抑菌吸水垫。首先,比较了市售无尘纸吸水垫与静电纺丝吸水垫的溶胀率和溶胀损失率,然后在4 ℃托盘包装条件下对两种吸水垫的冷鲜肉保鲜效果进行验证,并与空白组(不使用吸水垫)进行对比。结果表明,静电纺丝吸水垫的溶胀率显著高于无尘纸吸水垫(P<0.05),当柠檬酸添加量为9%(以聚乙烯醇质量计)时,静电纺丝吸水垫具有较高的溶胀率和较低的溶胀损失率。在贮藏期内,3 组样品的菌落总数、挥发性盐基氮含量、挥发性气味等指标随贮藏时间的延长而呈上升趋势,但静电纺丝吸水垫组样品的增幅明显小于空白组和无尘纸吸水垫组。3 组样品的颜色随冷藏时间的延长而加深,其中静电纺丝吸水垫组冷鲜肉的L*值和a*值显著高于空白组和无尘纸吸水垫组(P<0.05)。结论:本方法制备的抑菌吸水垫能有效吸收包装内肉汁积液,抑制微生物繁殖,提升托盘包装冷鲜肉的感官品质。 相似文献

Active antimicrobial packaging interacts with packaged food and headspace to reduce, retard, or even inhibit the growth of spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms. Sachets and pads are one of the most successful applications of active food packaging. This review discusses recent developments of antimicrobial active packaging focused exclusively on emitting sachets and absorbent pads, including elaboration techniques, characterization methods, and applications for food preservation purposes. Advantages, drawbacks, and future trends are also discussed, as well as the antimicrobial compounds incorporated in emitting sachets and absorbent pads, including ethanol, chlorine dioxide, a variety of plant essential oils and their main active compounds, and nanoparticles. 相似文献

Subjective wear trials to evaluate thermal comfort of the foot clothing system including a sweat pad
Subjective wear trials were conducted to evaluate effects of disposable antibacterial sweat pads on foot thermal comfort. Sweat pads were produced with polypropylene and polylactic acid nonwoven topsheet layers which were treated with different herbal antibacterial materials. Trials were carried out with 10 male subjects under 10 °C and 50% relative humidity simulating sweating during a moderate activity in cold environments. Besides microclimate temperature and relative humidity measurements, subjective thermal (coolness, dampness, and comfort) and other sensations (stickiness, slippiness, etc.) were obtained by five point rating scales. Bending rigidity, friction coefficients, and moisture management properties of the topsheet fabrics and pads were tested. Results show that foot sweat pads enabled drier microclimate, warmer sensations, and higher comfort evaluations. Antibacterial treatments did not affect bending rigidity values of the nonwoven topsheet fabrics, but some applications decreased spreading speed, increased roughness of the pad surfaces, and wetting time values which are not preferable. 相似文献

Static headspace gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (SHGC–MS) was used to identify aroma compounds in coffee pad powder. Based on the peak areas of these aroma compounds, the influence of the type of original package on the time of evolution was studied. Statistical ANOVA indicated that coffee pads which were individually packed and hermetically sealed lost less aroma compounds than did pads which were enclosed together in an open package. In addition, coffee pads from an open package were stored in closed plastic bottles at two different temperatures. Storing the pads at 4 °C instead of keeping them at room temperature had a positive influence on the evolution of aroma compounds with time. 相似文献

针对服装衣身肩斜角的测量不方便、不准确等问题,通过分析衣身肩斜角的影响因素,确定身体质量指数(BMI 指数)作为代表影响肩部结构的肩部厚度的实验参数,通过SPSS 分析衣身前后肩斜角之和与人体肩斜角和BMI 指数之间的关系,得出了衣身肩斜角和人体肩部结构的主要影响因素之间的回归关系。实验结果显示:不同个体之间肩斜角的差异较大,其中大部分个体的左右肩斜角有一定的差异;不同的人体肩部结构的实际衣身肩斜角的数值基本在一个范围内上下波动,差异并没有人体肩斜角那么明显;衣身肩斜角与人体肩斜角和BMI 指数为线性相关关系,且线性关系良好,其中人体肩斜角是衣身肩斜角最主要的影响因素且影响较大。 相似文献
