为研究生物质气微型燃气轮机的运行性能,构建了微型燃气轮机模型。基于C60微型燃气轮机的设计数据,首先以天然气为燃料,验证了模型的合理性。然后以沼气、松木气和干牛粪气等生物质气为燃料,在机组输出功率为60 kW及燃烧室出口温度为1 145 K两个工况分别得到燃气轮机的主要输出参数。结果表明:维持燃气轮机输出功率为60 kW时,所需生物质气流量增大,燃烧室出口温度降低,压比增大,压气机耗功减少,机组效率提高;维持燃烧室出口温度为1 145 K,燃料流量增加,引起燃气流量增大,透平的输出功增多,机组输出功率和机组效率增大;燃料初温从300 K升高到700 K,当保持额定输出功率时随着燃料初温上升机组热效率增大;当保持额定燃烧室出口温度时,随着燃料初温上升燃料流量减少,机组输出功率和机组热效率降低。  相似文献

主要研究如何在燃气轮机燃料量及组分信息缺失或不准确的情况下评估燃气轮机现场运行性能。首先回顾并深入分析了应用ISO2314进行性能试验数据分析的过程,评估了燃气轮机性能参数的分析方法,该方法依赖准确的燃料量和组分测量值。针对机组长期运行过程中燃料量测量值随涡轮流量计漂移而准确性大幅降低的问题,对ISO2314中的数据分析方法进行改进,放弃应用燃料量测量值,引入透平通流能力变化规律来进行数据分析。提出一种基于运行参数和透平通流能力退化规律来实时计算整机效率、流量及等效透平前温的方法。该方法计算出的燃料量准确性高于机组运行过程中未及时校准的涡轮流量计所得测量值,进而保证了实时评估性能参数的准确性。  相似文献

为了研究环境温度对微型燃气轮机关键部件与系统全工况运行特性的影响规律,针对100 kW级微型燃气轮机,通过模块化的建模方法建立了全工况计算模型,在环境温度-30~40 ℃、转速在75%~100%工况下,对机组与关键部件的运行特性进行了计算和分析。结果表明:随环境温度下降压气机压比与流量显著升高;燃气初温降低,回热器换热性能与压损均降低,机组功率、回热度与发电效率得到提升;当环境温度降低使机组功率高于设计功率时,随功率增加发电效率下降。  相似文献

对燃气轮机湿空气循环的性能进行了分析,建立了湿化工质的热物性计算模型,并对基于微型分轴燃气轮机湿空气循环装置的性能进行了初步试验.试验结果表明,空气加湿后燃气轮机系统的运行性能有明显改善,与简单循环系统相比,比功和效率都有很大的提高.根据试验条件进行的模拟计算结果与试验结果能很好地吻合.  相似文献

In this study, we first consider developing a thermodynamic model of solid oxide fuel cell/gas turbine combined heat and power (SOFC/GT CHP) system under steady-state operation using zero-dimensional approach. Additionally, energetic performance results of the developed model are compared with the literature concerning SOFC/GT hybrid systems for its reliability. Moreover, exergy analysis is carried out based on the developed model to obtain a more efficient system by the determination of irreversibilities. For exergetic performance evaluation, exergy efficiency, exergy output and exergy loss rate of the system are considered as classical criteria. Alternatively, exergetic performance coefficient (EPC) as a new criterion is investigated with regard to main design parameters such as fuel utilization, current density, recuperator effectiveness, compressor pressure ratio and pinch point temperature, aiming at achieving higher exergy output with lower exergy loss in the system. The simulation results of the SOFC/GT CHP system investigated, working at maximum EPC conditions, show that a design based on EPC criterion has considerable advantage in terms of entropy-generation rate.  相似文献

At present, geothermal energy is a promising research area but still has numerous areas to be explored. The thermal performance verification of U‐shaped closed geothermal heat exchange was proposed to improve the effective thermal conductivity value applying initial ignoring time (IIT). To verify the thermal performance of the underground heat exchanger in the rock layer according to the surrounding environment and groundwater conditions, verifications were conducted for the amount of circulating water, amount of heat input, and groundwater conditions. The circulating fluid flow rate of the system, supply of water into the ground, and influence of the change of supplied heat source were analyzed. The effective heat conduction characteristics were analyzed using the linear heat source model and initial exclusion time. Therefore, in the thermal response test, the main error occurs according to the determined initial removal time, and the reliability of the effective thermal conductivity value is increased by applying IIT to reduce this error.  相似文献

This study represents the influence on exhaust performance by active muffler valve spring. The main experimental parameters were engine speeds and torsion coil spring constants in the active muffler. When the muffler valve spring has a low spring constant of k = 0.75, the sound pressure level was low at the region of engine speed 2000 to 2500 r/min, and the velocity of exhaust gas was high at spring constant k = 0.75. When the engine speed was under 1500 r/min, the mean concentration of CO was high in case without muffler valve. When the engine speed in the range of 1600 to 2600 r/min with spring constant k = 0.75, the mean HC concentration showed the lowest value. Without muffler valve, the temperature in the muffler was higher than the case with muffler valve. This research represented that the performance of the active muffler valve spring constant k = 0.75 was higher than that without muffler valve and valve spring constant k = 0.70. A practical field study has been carried out with the intention to analyze and compare the performance of various types of commercially available solar panels under Malaysia's weather. Four different types of solar panels, such as mono-crystalline silicon, multi-crystalline silicon, amorphous silicon and copper–indium–diselenide (CIS) solar panels are used for the practical field study. A number of performance related parameters have been collected using data logger over a period of three consecutive days in the hope that this would give some initial information on the real performance of different solar panels. Results show that mono-crystalline silicon and multi-crystalline silicon solar module perform better when they are under hot sun, whereas the CIS and triple junction amorphous silicon solar panel perform better when it is cloudy and has diffused sunshine. Furthermore, the efficiency of crystalline silicon solar panel has been found to drop when the temperature rises higher. This phenomenon does not appear in the CIS and amorphous silicon solar panels, which shows that the performance of CIS and amorphous silicon solar cells are better in terms of power conversion efficiency and overall performance ratio. Better performance of thin film solar cells like amorphous silicon and CIS are observed from the initial results, which draws attention over the selection of solar panels and also may encourage the usage of these in tropical weather like Malaysia.  相似文献

根据模糊理论提出了一种燃气轮机可靠性分配的新方法。该分配方法的核心是应用模糊决策理论中的多级模糊综合评判方法评估部件之间的相对失效系数,然后依此对燃气轮机失效率指标或可转换为失效率的可靠性指标进行线性分配。特点是分配时能够综合考虑各种可靠性影响因素及其模糊性,尤其适用于燃气轮机这种复杂产品初始设计阶段的可靠性分配。  相似文献
