在进行疏水阀型式试验中,将组态软件应用于数据采集系统,取得了良好的效果。本文介绍了在MCGS组态与运行环境下,为试验数据进一步进行处理提供方便的试验数据存储格式的组态方法,解决了处理繁杂试验数据的问题。同时探讨了MCGS与各子系统的智能仪表用串口同步通信的方式来采集数据的组态方法。  相似文献

介绍了一种基于Web的嵌入式远程数据采集与监控系统(SCADA),该系统用于对无人值守的动力设备、环境状况、安防消防等进行信息采集、管理和监控.系统集成了现场数据采集、故障告警、联动控制、网络数据存储(黑匣子)、Web服务器、协议转换、图像采集等多项功能,采用了嵌入式技术和开放的网络平台,支持TCP(UDP)/IP、XML、Socket等多种协议标准和数据格式,支持二次开发,可替代专用的RTU、PLC或通用低速数据采集工控机等设备.在该系统基础上,可进一步构建通用、统一的信息采集与监控平台,实现现场监控与管理.  相似文献

为了快速采集并借助专用芯片对信号进行实时处理,设计并实现了一种以TI公司高效率、低功耗的数字信号处理器TMS320VC33为核心的信号采集系统.它能够实时获取声学信号,能够实现各种灵活多变的信号处理算法.采用即插即用的USB通信接口,能够以1MB/s快速传输数据,完全满足声学/音频信号的采集密度要求.该设计方案电路精简,可靠性好,具有一定的通用性.实验证明:系统做为采集设备可以独立工作,也可以结合LabVIEW应用于虚拟仪器.  相似文献

Computer automation of cathodoluminescence (CL) experiments using equipment developed in our laboratory is described. The equipment provides various experiments for CL efficiency, CL spectra, and CL time response studies. The automation was realized utilizing the graphical programming environment LabVIEW. The developed application software with procedures for equipment control and data acquisition during various CL experiments is presented. As the measured CL data are distorted by technical limitations of the equipment, such as equipment spectral sensitivity and time response, data correction algorithms were incorporated into the procedures. 提出压力差驱动爬行器携带漏磁传感器、超声波传感器、里程轮和磁力角传感器对海底油气管道状况及损伤位置数据进行采集的系统方案,采用漏磁和超声波两种信息融合技术,可以确保检测的准确程度.里程计数器和磁力角传感器记录数据可以给出损伤点的位置,对指导现场修复意义重大,并采用ARM嵌入式处理器完成数据的预处理和降噪与压缩存储,运算速度高,功耗低,可以实现远距离海底油气管道的状况检测.  相似文献

A powerful data acquisition and control system at a very low cost is presented. This is made possible by providing the interfacing hardware and supporting software to integrate the new and low-cost consumer-marketed 'personal computers' into a useful and powerful data acquisition system. This system can be configured to the user's need at any given time, simply by writing the appropriate software. In addition to its computing power, the system has been programmed for use as a transient digitizer-multichannel analyzer with a minimum of 12 microsec per channel, a data and curve fitter, a general x-y recorder and averager, and a general purpose lab equipment controller. The system developed is, in many respects, at least as powerful as a DEC-PDP 11/04 system--at a small fraction of the cost.  相似文献

针对传统单片机系统设计方法存在的硬件调试困难,研究了基于Proteus虚拟系统建模(VSM)仿真平台,并与Keil进行了联接调试,实现了在系统仿真的同时进行软件调试。对变量泵试验台的8路传感器输出信号进行了模拟,设计了基于AT89C52单片机的数据采集系统,并用串口与上位机进行通信。仿真结果表明,该数据采集系统的设计方案是可行的。  相似文献

传统PLC采集模块与传感器之间采用硬接线方式,线路连接复杂且故障不易排查。为此,设计了一种基于STM32的数据采集系统。该系统将不同传感器的输出信号采集至STM32处理器,并通过RS485总线将数据传输至PLC模块进行后续处理。对采集系统进行软、硬件设计,该系统成功应用于KJ416矿用水泵监控系统。为了验证该采集系统的正确性和测试数据传输的可靠性,对电机温度和水位进行了测量,并进行了误码率实验。实验结果表明:该采集系统能够对不同传感器进行准确测量,具有较高的通信可靠性,能够满足工业现场的数据采集要求。  相似文献

Wireless based data acquisition solutions are the focus of many researchers and have a huge impact in domains like structural analysis, medical telemonitoring, transportation or environmental studies. This paper presents an experimental General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) based remote data acquisition and analysis system which offers mobile phone control possibilities. Sensor voltage variations are sampled by the TI MSP430F2274 microcontroller and transmitted to a Web Server using the Cinterion MC55iT GSM/GPRS terminal. Collected data are available to authorized users, for visual inspection and analysis, by both a LabVIEW application and a mobile phone web interface. If recorded data values exceed established control limits the terminal is automatically instructed to send warning messages via Short Message Service (SMS). Experimental results performed over several weeks prove that the presented instrumentation was properly designed and implemented.  相似文献

Main components of the control data acquisition and communication (CODAC) system for process technologies of the ITER plant are described. The CODAC system demonstrates the state-of-the-art level of high-performance measuring and control systems. The solution to designing stationary ultrahigh-speed measuring channels (quantization frequency is ≥1 GHz) is proposed in the ITER project. 为了实现三维微细电解铣削加工过程的实时监测,建立了基于Labwindows/CVI软件平台的控制与检测系统。对该系统所采用的三维轨迹生成及控制策略,数据采集及抗干扰算法,加工时间误差补偿算法等进行了研究。首先,根据微细电解铣削加工的特点,分析了加工控制与检测系统的需求。接着,搭建了高精度的三维微细铣削加工实验硬件平台。然后,利用虚拟仪器平台建立了基于分层铣削加工方式的三维轨迹进给控制模块,并对刀具轨迹的优化进行了讨论。最后,介绍了数据采集及反馈控制模块以及实时控制的时间补偿函数。基于上述控制与检测系统,实验并成功加工出了单层尺寸为15μm×55μm×15μm的三层阶梯结构,结果表明,本系统可以满足微细电解铣削加工的高精度、快响应、稳定可靠等要求。  相似文献

In the present work, the design of an efficient, modular, and scalable data acquisition and control system is described. It consists of an array of microcontrollers and memories, which feed a single concentrating unit whose information can be accessed by means of a universal series bus (USB) interface to be processed later on. A structure of the data acquisition and control system (DAQC) in the MISS electronics standard for a multichannel detector on drift tubes is described. Its special feature is the use of the specialized LE-83 controller for communications with the computer and LE-83T controller-timer, which fulfills off-line all functions of storing data in its inner memory buffers in real time without an obligatory external trigger launching signal. The rewriting of stored data from the buffer into the computer memory and their transmission via the local network occur periodically in program-specified time intervals. The received data are processed on-line to control the equipment, alert, if a fault is detected, and produce physical results directly to the operator, who interacts with the system through the graphic interface with a possibility of the setup configuration. The system is built as a set of interacting processes, which can operate both on one computer or be distributed on several computers (within the frameworks of the local network).  相似文献
