The changes in surface topography of thin conducting Ag films under high-density current condition are studied by optical and scanning tunnelling microscopy (STM). It is established that the loss of conductivity in specimens occurs through depletion of the material due to their overheating and electromigration process. It has been shown that the r.m.s. roughness, the fractal dimension of voids and the fractal dimension of the surface allow complete numerical characterization of surface topography changes in thin Ag films.  相似文献

Si1-x-yGexCy ternary alloy films were grown on monocrystalline silicon substrates by C ion implantation and subsequent solid phase epitaxy (SPE). Two-step anneal-ing technique was employed in the SPE. The structure and electrical properties of the alloy films were determined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and van der Pauw Hall measurements, respectively. With the optimization of two-step anneal-ing technique for the implanted Si1-x-yGexCy layers, a certain amount of C atoms occupied substitutional sites and no SiC was formed.  相似文献

Evaluation of adhesion of PVD Ti and TiN films on steel A_3 was carried out withconstant rate pulling test(CRPT)at 0.05 mm/min under simultaneous SEM observation.As a criterion,the critical elongations of the film/substrate system for the initial crackingand spelling of the film may be applied to evaluate the plasticity and adhesion of the filmto substrate.The conventional scratch test was also made for evaluation of the adhesionfor the same systems.Both methods give the coordinate assessment for all the systems.In addition,the influence of the films on the ultimate yield strength of the substrate wasdiscussed and another criterion of conherent work was proposed for the evaluation.  相似文献

The aging response,tensile and impact properties of two kinds of Al-Li based alloys havebeen studied.The microstructure,deformation as well as fracture behaviour in the alloys wereobserved with SEM and TEM.It was found that the mechanisms of deformation and fracturefor different heat-treated alloys with the same chemical composition are quite different.Thecauses leading to the drop of ductility,toughness as well as anisotropy in peak-aged alloyshave been analysed.Finally,possible methods to improve the ductility and toughness of the al-loys have been discussed.  相似文献

在分析了空气锤噪声组成及其特性的基础上,明确指出对空气锤进排气噪声进行控制是极其重要的。应用声学理论,深入地分析了空气锤进排气噪声产生机理及其特性,首次深入地分析了空气锤四种不同工作循环进排气噪声的大小及频率特性上的差别;首次提出了空气锤进排气噪声控制用消声器应满足的条件,建立了该消声器的结构并对其滤波降噪机理进行了理论探讨和实验研究,所建立的消声器达到了34dB(A)的降噪量,寿命长,性能稳定,并不影响空气锤正常工作,是一种较为理想的进排气噪声控制用消声器。  相似文献

本文研究了由力—行程曲线求得的卸载梯度和包括模具在内的系统刚度对冲裁加工振动与噪声的影响,探讨了卸载梯度和系统刚度之间的关系对冲裁加工振动的影响,理论上给出了有效降低冲裁加工中振动时两者之间的最佳关系值。通过在不同刚度的压力机上进行同样的冲裁加工,对上述理论结果进行了噪声实验验证。  相似文献

研究了淬火、正火、淬火+低温回火及淬火+高温回火状态下38CrMoAl钢的超声纵波速度以及150-600℃范围内回火温度与超声波速度之间的关系,实验表明,超声波速度按照淬火、淬火+低温回火、正火、淬火+高温回火的顺序由低到高变化,超声波速度与回火温度之间有很好的线性相关性,随着回火温度的升高,超声波的速度增加。  相似文献

基于电化学噪声(EN)技术建立了适合现场应用的铝合金大气腐蚀测量系统。研制了铝合金大气腐蚀传感器,构建了零阻电流(ZRA)模式的EN测量系统和软件。利用该系统在实验室模拟和户外大气环境下进行了EN测试,研究结果表明,通过电位和电流噪声信号及噪声电阻变化可以对铝合金大气腐蚀过程进行有效检测。  相似文献
