提出一种新的陶瓷材料磨削加工性评价方法——灰关联分析的有向图法。该方法首先应用灰关联分析方法确定影响陶瓷材料磨削加工性的各种性能因素间的相关关系。在此基础上结合有向图法进行陶瓷材料磨削加工性的综合评价。以SiC、Al2O3、ZrO2和Si3N4四种陶瓷材料为例。应用该方法进行评价。评价结果能够准确地反映各种陶瓷材料的磨削加工性。  相似文献

选择反映磨削加工性系统行为的加工过程/输出参数,作为系统特征变量,选择陶瓷材料的性能参数为相关因素变量,应用灰关联分析法,分别生成各变量的处理数据序列,建立系统特征变量和相关因素变量的绝对灰关联度矩阵,利用优势分析原则确定陶瓷材料各种性能参数对其磨削加工性的影响程度。以SiC、Al2O3、Si3N4和ZrO2 4种陶瓷材料为例,应用灰关联分析法确定出4种性能参数对陶瓷材料磨削加工性影响程度的排序。研究实例表明,灰关联分析法是确定陶瓷材料性能参数对磨削加工性的影响程度的一种合理、有效的方法。  相似文献

设计决策与分析评价是设计工作中密切相关的两项工作。提出了支持产品协同创新开发的决策模型,并分析其决策过程。建立了产品方案分析评价指标体系及灰关联分析评价模型,提供对产品的协同创新开发方案分析、优选的决策支持。研究了基于层次分析法的加权灰关联分析方法.改善分析评价的可信度和可靠性。研制方案分析评价系统,给出了断路器机构系统协同创新方案分析评价实例。应用表明了决策模型和分析方法的正确性及高效性。  相似文献

方案评价是产品服务系统设计的关键环节之一,评价结果的合理性对企业发展至关重要。基于最小平方和法,构建了云-TOPSIS-灰关联分析模型,对产品服务系统方案进行评价。引入云模型和相对偏好关系量化离散型指标,解决专家评价的模糊性和随机性问题。运用TOPSIS灰关联分析法确定正、负理想灰关联系数矩阵,集成指标权重和正、负理想灰关联系数矩阵建立正、负理想加权灰关联系数矩阵,兼顾了几何方案序列曲线的位置接近度和形状相似度。运用最小平方和法求解灰关联投影系数,确定方案排序。以某农业装备企业拖拉机产品服务系统方案评价为实例,验证了所提模型的科学性和可行性。  相似文献

分析了液压系统污染度等级评估标准中存在的不足 ,提出了一种污染度评估的加权灰关联分析方法。该方法克服了实际液压系统中颗粒尺寸分布难以满足原标准 5个尺寸范围规定的不足 ;通过权重的选择 ,综合考虑了实际液压系统的敏感尺寸、液压系统实际运行情况等因素的影响 ,使得污染度等级的评定更具针对性和灵活性。  相似文献

在基于实例推理的产品智能化设计中,实例检索是其实现的关键.本文结合最近邻法原理,利用改进的层次分析法确定实例属性权重,灰色关联分析计算属性相似度,由此求得实例之间的总体相似度.根据总体相似度排序与相似度阈值,得到需求解问题的最佳实例.最后,结合后装压缩式垃圾车装填装置的设计,给出了该检索模型的算例,证明其具有较好的实用性.  相似文献

This paper presents an experimental investigation on cryogenic cooling of liquid nitrogen (LN2) copper electrode in the electrical discharge machining (EDM) process. The optimization of the EDM process parameters, such as the electrode environment (conventional electrode and cryogenically cooled electrode in EDM), discharge current, pulse on time, gap voltage on material removal rate, electrode wear, and surface roughness on machining of AlSiCp metal matrix composite using multiple performance characteristics on grey relational analysis was investigated. The L18 orthogonal array was utilized to examine the process parameters, and the optimal levels of the process parameters were identified through grey relational analysis. Experimental data were analyzed through analysis of variance. Scanning electron microscopy analysis was conducted to study the characteristics of the machined surface.  相似文献

In this paper, an effective approach, Taguchi grey relational analysis, has been applied to experimental results of wire cut electrical discharge machining (WEDM) on Inconel 825 with consideration of multiple response measures. The approach combines the orthogonal array design of experiment with grey relational analysis. The main objective of this study is to obtain improved material removal rate, surface roughness, and spark gap. Grey relational theory is adopted to determine the best process parameters that optimize the response measures. The experiment has been done by using Taguchi’s orthogonal array L36 (21?×?37). Each experiment was conducted under different conditions of input parameters. The response table and the grey relational grade for each level of the machining parameters have been established. From 36 experiments, the best combination of parameters was found. The experimental results confirm that the proposed method in this study effectively improves the machining performance of WEDM process.  相似文献

This paper investigates optimisation design of an in-feed centreless cylindrical grinding process performed on EN52 austenitic valve steel (DIN: X45CrSi93). The major performance characteristics selected to evaluate the process are surface roughness, out of cylindricity of the valve stem and diametral tolerance, and the corresponding centreless cylindrical grinding parameters are dressing feed, grinding feed, dwell time and cycle time. In this study, since the process is with multiple-performance characteristics, therefore, the grey relational analysis that uses grey relational grade as performance index is specially adopted to determine the optimal combination of centreless cylindrical grinding parameters. Moreover, the principal component analysis is applied to evaluate the weighting values corresponding to various performance characteristics so that their relative importance can be properly and objectively described. The results of confirmation experiments reveal that grey relational analysis coupled with principal component analysis can effectively be used to obtain the optimal combination of centreless cylindrical grinding parameters. Hence, this confirms that the proposed approach in this study can be a useful tool to improve the centreless cylindrical grinding performance of valve stem in in-feed centreless cylindrical grinding process.  相似文献

Supplier selection is one of the critical problems in supply chain systems. Within the last decades, by the emergence of sustainability concept, companies have been motivated to enhance their supplier’s sustainability and move toward sustainable development. This paper proposes a structured and integrated decision model for evaluating sustainable suppliers in the context of telecom industry by combining analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and improved grey relational analysis (IGRA) approaches. The proposed model employs AHP for calculating sustainability criteria weights and IGRA for ranking suppliers. Moreover, a sensitivity analysis is also performed to demonstrate the robustness of the model. In this research, the sustainable supplier selection problem of the telecom industry in the southern part of Iran was investigated, showing the effectiveness and applicability of this proposed integrated approach.  相似文献
