制造业的产品和过程集成技术体现在各个不同的层面,为此,研究了全生命周期产品和过程模型的集成技术。采用面向对象方法,构建全生命周期虚拟产品模型,对全生命周期的产品信息进行表达,并对全生命周期的涵义进行阐述。虚拟产品模型由实体对象和联系对象组成,它是一个动态模型,在产品全生命周期中不断进化。通过面向对象Petri网模型(OPN),描述产品全生命周期的各种过程。在虚拟产品模型和OPN模型的基础上重点讨论产品模型和过程模型的集成技术,并结合实例进行研究。产品和过程模型集成为产品信息的重用和追溯提供支持。  相似文献

分析了项目管理、流程管理和产品数据对象的生命周期管理的底层一致性和相互关系.将产品数字化开发过程的管理在粒度上分为项目管理、流程管理和产品数据对象的生命周期管理三种,分别对应任务、活动和操作三种不同粒度的过程单元,不同粒度的过程单元使用不同策略.基于此建立了过程管理的模型,给出了过程管理在PDM系统中的初步实现,实现了过程和数据动态管理的集成.  相似文献

目的 从产品的全生命周期角度解释大数据对可持续设计的驱动作用.方法 通过文献综述法,首先介绍数据驱动的设计和产品可持续设计,并阐述产品全生命周期中各个阶段的特点及其对资源的使用情况.基于数据驱动应用生命周期思维对产品进行可持续设计,解释大数据在产品全生命周期各个阶段的作用,以及产品的全生命周期如何在大数据的帮助下,实现资源的高效利用和更加低碳的产品生产流程,影响产品的生产模式以及人们的生活方式.结论 在数据驱动的可持续再制造机制基础上,提出了在产品设计规划到产品原型制作的过程中运用大数据对产品设计的各个阶段提供指导的框架.该框架可用于指导设计师将可持续和低碳设计的思想贯穿在设计过程中,进而促进资源在生产与回收过程中的高效利用,优化产品生产模式.  相似文献

Traceability is the ability to follow a product along its lifecycle. It ensures product safety and quality along the supply chain, managing information generated by several players. Even though regulations establish the information that has to be traced, each player generates much more product (and process) information, which could be used to add value to products, with respect to, not only traceability, but also the lifecycle approach. However, the concepts do not appear to be immediately related in scientific panorama. This paper aims to explore the relationship between traceability and lifecycle through a systematic literature review. Six industries (Software, Manufacturing, Automotive, Automation, Aircraft, and Aerospace) and seven subject areas (Software engineering; System engineering; Industry 4.0; New product development; Process management; Data Management; and Environmental sustainability) were identified through bibliometric analysis. To better explore this relationship in the context of the food industry, a content analysis on lead papers’ sample was performed to identify traceability and lifecycle definitions, methodologies and technologies and their relation. The results of the work, synthetised in a proposed research map, will be of interest to those who are approaching the subject for the first time, and for companies involved in product lifecycle management and food traceability.  相似文献

Information availability is a key factor for business success and competitive advantage. While created by design engineers, product structure is accessed and referenced by other users involved in product lifecycle from various departments. However, there is a lack of efficient ways of managing product structure information for enterprise business process integration. This study proposes a unified product structure management model to fill in this gap. With this proposed model, the product structure is managed in a unified way and can be accessed by different people with various disciplines in the right formats throughout the entire product lifecycle, including business processes of quotation, sales order processing, design, planning, scheduling, production, and delivery. This research is part of the enterprise business information management system project whose purpose is to streamline the information management for key business processes to integrate multi-disciplines in an enterprise for product development. A prototype system has been implemented to verify the model developed by taking real cases in a mould-manufacturing company. The results show the potential for substantial improvements in industrial competitive advantage.  相似文献

Nowadays, requirements management (RQM) is mostly not included in the current structures of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, although RQM has become a critical activity throughout the PLM. Customer requirements with all related product information need not only be integrated with each other, but with all processes and stakeholders involved through the related business functions of product lifecycle. In this paper, we examine the various challenges of RQM, especially related to PLM. Company-specific challenges are identified, when integrating RQM with PLM in a case company acting in the automotive industry. The objective of this study is to find out how product-related information on customer requirements could better be utilised and integrated with PLM. We propose a new integration framework according to which the challenges at different integration levels are categorised. As a final conclusion, the study shows the core points where and how the concepts of PLM and RQM should be developed, as to create requirements integrated solutions for extended products and systems through the lifecycle.  相似文献

Today companies face the unprecedented challenges of a global market, collaborative environments and the concept of management of the entire product life cycle. In supporting this, the challenge is not only how to utilize information management policies, but also how to develop product representation methods to meet the new demands including platform/application independence, support for the product lifecycle, assisting generation of viewpoint-specific representations, rapid sharing of information between geographically distributed applications and users, and protection of commercial security (intellectual property). This paper proposes a product representation approach using the strengths of lightweight representation and annotation and markup practices to allow the association of product data from throughout the lifecycle with the geometric form of the product. The approach, called Lightweight Model with Multi-layer Annotation (LIMMA), integrates the concept of lightweight representation with annotation of boundary-representations (b-rep) of a product and the use of a formalised markup language (XML). Examples of annotation layers and development of models through-life are given, based on the LIMMA approach.  相似文献

The relevance of integrating the features of product operation and disposal in product design is growing very strongly in the business-to-business sector, as the purchasers of long-life products increasingly base their buying decision on a lifecycle ??prism??. Within the lifecycle several relationships exist, which may be of oppositional or complementary nature and face the designer with the problem of making decisions crucial to the entire lifecycle. This paper suggests an approach to modelling several cost interdependencies between different lifecycle stages, as available models of lifecycle design do not include these relationships. This developed approach was validated in a case study focused on the design improvement of an investment good aiming at the lowering of operating costs. The case study confirms the structure of the modelled relationships and delivers the first detailed analysis of the relationship between design costs and operating costs.  相似文献

The capture of manufacturing best practice knowledge in product lifecycle management systems has significant potential to improve the quality of design decisions and minimise manufacturing problems during new product development. However, providing a reusable source of manufacturing best practice is difficult due to the complexity of the viewpoint relationships between products and the manufacturing processes and resources used to produce them. This paper discusses how best to organise manufacturing best practice knowledge, the relationships between elements of this knowledge plus their relationship to product information. The paper also explores the application of UML-2 as a system design tool which can model these relationships and hence support the reuse of system design models over time. The paper identifies a set of part family and feature libraries and, most significantly, the relationships between them, as a means of capturing best practice manufacturing knowledge and illustrates how these can be linked to manufacturing resource models and product information. Design for manufacture and machining best practice views are used in the paper to illustrate the concepts developed. An experimental knowledge based system has been developed and results generated using a power transmission shaft example.  相似文献
