一、防水卷材 按原材料性质分类的防水卷材主要有:沥青防水卷材、高聚物改性沥青防水卷材和合成高分子防水卷材三大类。其分类和常用的品种见图1。 (一)沥青防水卷材 沥青防水卷材的传统产品是石油沥青纸胎油毡。按油毡胎体单位面积重量分为200号、350号、500号三种规格;按物理性能不同分为优等品、一等品与合格品三个等级。其中350号油毡的合格品是我国纸胎油毡中产量最大、应用最多的一个大宗产品。这种油毡由于沥青和胎体材料性能的限制,低温  相似文献

通过近年来建材行业抽查结果看,沥青类防水卷材接缝剥离强度不合格率较高,且各地区对沥青类防水卷材施工的政策不统一,这对工程中卷材搭接施工方法的选择造成困难。本文研究了热熔焊接、热风焊接、冷粘搭接三种不同搭接施工方法对卷材接缝剥离强度的影响,从而为沥青类防水卷材施工工艺的改进提供参考。  相似文献

本文对比了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料对几种常用的防水卷材的剥离粘结性,探讨了非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的粘结特性,结果表明使用非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料可实现满铺粘结,与沥青类防水卷材粘结效果最好,合适的拌和温度可以提高初期的粘接强度,保油性好的产品可以更好地保障涂料的使用寿命。  相似文献

Hollow fiber and flat sheet membranes were compared in side-by-side bench-scale experiments to evaluate whether the configuration has an impact on the rate of membrane fouling. Both microfiltration (MF) and ultrafiltration (UF) membranes were evaluated. In general, flat sheet membranes fouled more rapidly than hollow fiber membranes. Pretreatment such as coagulation generally affected both configurations similarly, but in some cases coagulation reduced fouling on hollow fiber membranes but increased fouling on flat sheet membranes. Prefiltration to remove foulants above 1microm in size had a consistent effect on both configurations. A bench-scale apparatus employing a single-fiber module that allows testing over multiple filter runs with integral backwashing capabilities was demonstrated to provide more detailed information about fouling, which can be applied to full-scale applications. When bench-scale tests are to be used to screen treatment options for full-scale applications, the use of a backwashable hollow fiber system is recommended.  相似文献

Fresh air ventilation is central to indoor environmental control. Total heat exchangers can be key equipment for energy conservation in ventilation. Membranes have been used for total heat exchangers for more than a decade. Much effort has been spent to achieve water vapor permeability of various membranes; however, relatively little attention has been paid to the selectivity of moisture compared with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) through such membranes. In this investigation, the most commonly used membranes, both hydrophilic and hydrophobic ones, are tested for their permeability for moisture and five VOCs (acetic acid, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, toluene, and ethane). The selectivity of moisture vs. VOCs in these membranes is then evaluated. With a solution-diffusion model, the solubility and diffusivity of moisture and VOCs in these membranes are calculated. The resulting data could provide some reference for future material selection. PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS: Total heat exchangers are important equipment for fresh air ventilation with energy conservation. However, their implications for indoor air quality in terms of volatile organic compound permeation have not been known. The data in this article help us to clarify the impacts on indoor VOC levels of membrane-based heat exchangers. Guidelines for material selection can be obtained for future use total heat exchangers for building ventilation.  相似文献

Shear stress has been recognized as an important parameter in controlling particle back-transport from membrane surfaces. However, little is known of the relationship between transient shear conditions induced by air sparging and fouling control near membrane surfaces. In this paper, the different types of surface shear stress profiles that had beneficial effects on minimizing reversible surface fouling were examined. The relationship between different statistical shear parameters (e.g. time-averaged shear, standard deviation of shear and amplitude of shear) and fouling control that have been used by others were examined as well. It was found that the fouling rate for membranes subjected to transient shear conditions was lower than for membranes subjected to constant shear conditions. The magnitude, duration and frequency of the shear conditions were found to have an impact on the fouling rate of membranes. It was also found that although some statistical shear parameters could generally be used to relate shear and fouling, they were inadequate to relate surface shear stress to fouling, for all transient shear conditions examined.  相似文献
