The stability analysis problem is considered for linear discrete‐time systems with time‐varying delays. A novel summation inequality is proposed, which takes the double summation information of the system state into consideration. The inequality relaxes the recently proposed discrete Wirtinger inequality and its improved version. Based on construction of a suitable Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional and the novel summation inequality, an improved delay‐dependent stability criterion for asymptotic stability of the systems is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problems of passivity and passification for a class of discrete‐time switched stochastic systems with time‐varying delay. Based on the average dwell time approach, the piecewise Lyapunov function technique, and the free‐weighting matrix method, a new Lyapunov functional is proposed and sufficient conditions for mean‐square exponential stability and stochastic passivity are developed under average dwell time switching. Moreover, an estimate of state decay can be calculated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then, the solvability condition for passification is established and the corresponding controller is designed. Two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

In this note, we deal with the exponential stability and stabilization problems for quadratic discrete‐time systems with time delay. By using the quadratic Lyapunov function and a so called ‘Finsler's lemma', delay‐independent sufficient conditions for local stability and stabilization for quadratic discrete‐time systems with time delay are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Based on these sufficient conditions, iterative linear matrix inequality algorithms are proposed for maximizing the stability regions of the systems. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the methods presented in this paper.  相似文献

This paper considers the stability analysis of reset control systems with time‐varying delay. Based on sector reset conditions, delay‐dependent exponential stability and finite gain stability conditions are proposed, and piecewise Lyapunov functions are used such that less conservative results can be obtained, moreover, gain performance improvement results are presented to show the advantage of reset control. This paper investigates robust exponential stability for discrete‐time delay impulsive systems with parametric uncertainties. The parametric uncertainties in the systems are assumed to be time varying and norm bounded. Using Lyapunov functionals, some robust exponential stability criteria are given. It is shown that the time interval between the nearest two impulses should be small enough, i.e., impulses must act frequently, when the impulses are employed to stabilize the original impulse‐free system that is not robustly stable. Conversely, when the original system without impulses is robustly stable, the time interval between the nearest two impulses should be large enough to let the system with impulsive perturbations retain its stability property. It should be noted that this is the first time that impulsive robust exponential stabilization results are given via Lyapunov functionals for discrete‐time uncertain delay impulsive systems. Some examples, including an example which cannot be studied by the existing results, are also presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.  相似文献

讨论一类连续时间不确定切换奇异区间时变时滞系统的鲁棒指数容许性问题. 通过定义衰减率依赖李亚普诺夫函数并利用平均驻留时间法, 给出一个时滞区间依赖充分条件保证标称系统正则、无脉冲且均方指数稳定. 同时该准则也被推广至不确定系统. 本文获得的结论为连续时间切换奇异时滞系统的基本问题提供了一个解, 即识别切换信号使得切换奇异时滞系统正则、无脉冲且均方指数稳定. 数值例子说明本文结果的有效性.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with establishing robust stability and stabilization criteria for discrete singular time‐delay linear parameter varying (LPV) systems. Firstly, a robust stability criterion is obtained for this class of systems by a delay‐partition approach, and thereby a less conservative sufficient condition which guarantees discrete singular time‐delay LPV systems to be admissible is given. Secondly, a class of state feedback controllers for stabilizing discrete singular time‐delay LPV systems is designed. Finally, compared with existing results, the numerical results of several examples illustrate the effectiveness of the approach proposed in this paper. This paper considers the stabilization problem for a class of switched systems with state constraints based on mode‐dependent average dwell time (MDADT) in discrete‐time context. An improved average dwell time method is proposed, which is less conservative than the common average dwell time method. The sufficient conditions and stabilizing state feedback controllers for stabilization of discrete‐time switched systems with state constraints under MDADT switching are derived. Finally, the simulation results show that the approach designed by this paper is effective.  相似文献

In this paper, a new approach for stability analysis of time‐dependent switched linear systems is proposed. System equivalence is the main idea in this new approach, which derives a switched discrete linear parameter‐varying system from the switched continuous‐time linear switched system with interval dwell time, and the stability properties of the two corresponding systems are proved to be equivalent. Then, by applying a quadratic Lyapunov function approach for the equivalent switched discrete system, the stability of the switched continuous‐time linear system can be established without checking any average dwell time condition. Finally the computation complexity is analyzed, and mode incidence matrix is introduced to reduce the computation cost.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of the robust stochastic stability for a class of singular systems with uncertain Markovian jump and time‐varying delay. Sufficient conditions on the stochastic stability are presented. The obtained results are formulated in terms of strict linear matrix inequalities. The issue of exponential stability analysis of continuous‐time switched singular systems consisting of a family of stable and unstable subsystems with time‐varying delay is investigated in this paper. It is very difficult to analyze the stability of such systems because of the existence of time‐delay and unstable subsystems. In this regard, on the basis of the free‐weighting matrix approach, by constructing the new Lyapunov‐like Krasovskii functional, and using the average dwell‐time approach, delay‐dependent sufficient conditions are derived and formulated in terms of LMIs to check the exponential stability of such systems. This paper also highlights the relationship between the average dwell‐time of the switched singular time‐delay system, its stability, exponential convergence rate of differential states, and algebraic states. This paper is concerned with the stability and stabilization problem of a class of discrete‐time switched systems with mode‐dependent average dwell time (MDADT). A novel Lyapunov function, which is both mode‐dependent (MD) and quasi‐time‐dependent (QTD), is established. The new established Lyapunov function is allowed to increase at some certain time instants. A QTD controller is designed such that the system is globally uniformly asymptotically stable (GUAS) and has a guaranteed performance index. The new QTD robust controller designed in this paper is less conservative than the mode independent one which is frequently considered in literatures. Finally, a numerical example and a practical example are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed results.   相似文献

The robust exponential stability of a class of discrete time impulsive switched systems with structure perturbations is studied. Based on the average dwell time concept and by dividing the total activation time into the time with stable subsystems and the time with unstable subsystems, it is shown that if the average dwell time and the activation time ratio are properly large, the given switched system is robustly exponentially stable with a desired stability degree. Compared with the traditional Lyapunov methods, our layout is more clear and easy to carry out. Simulation results validate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

This paper studies the robust exponential stability of uncertain discrete linear time‐varying (UDLTV) systems. The key tool is the recently proposed generating functions. It can be found that a class of improved generating functions (IGFS) can fully characterize the robust exponential stability of UDLTV systems, and the maximum exponential decay rate of system trajectories can be computed by the radius of convergence of the IGFS. Moreover, the application of convex optimization technique and dynamic programming method provides an effective algorithm for the computation of the IGFS. Finally, the numerical example illustrates the efficacy and advantage of the proposed approach.  相似文献

本文引入一类新的系统模型—具有脉冲作用的切换线性广义系统. 应用驻留时间(Dwell time)方法和平均驻留时间(Average dwell time)方法研究其稳定性问题, 并给出系统指数稳定性的充分条件. 证明了当平均驻留时间足够大且重设律是允许的, 那么系统是指数稳定的. 利用广义系统的受限等价性质, 具体给出允许的重设律的设计方法. 数值例子说明本文方法的有效性.  相似文献

Analytical computation methods are proposed for evaluating the minimum dwell time and the average dwell time guaranteeing the asymptotic stability of a discrete‐time switched linear system whose switchings are assumed to respect a given directed graph. The minimum and average dwell time can be found using the graph that governs the switchings, and the associated weights. This approach, which is used in a previous work for continuous‐time systems having non‐defective subsystems, has been adapted to discrete‐time switched systems and generalized to allow defective subsystems. Moreover, we present a novel method to improve the dwell time estimation in the case of bimodal switched systems. In this method, scaling algorithms to minimize the condition number have been used to give better minimum dwell time and average dwell time estimates.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the robust stability of time‐varying delay systems with structured uncertainties. Stability conditions are provided through a Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional (LKF) method. The proposed method introduces a linear function of the time‐varying delay to construct the LKF. With this function, two‐dimensional partition is conducted on the integral domain in the derivative of LKF. Quadratic convex combination then is employed to present stability criteria in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The method not only exploits the information of delay at different time instants, but also enables the handling of its derivative to reduce conservatism. Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of our method.  相似文献

The exponential H filtering problem of discrete‐time switched state‐delay systems under asynchronous switching is considered in this paper. The objective is to design a full‐order or reduced‐order switched filter guaranteeing the exponential stability with the weighted H performance of the filtering error system. A sufficient condition for the exponential stability with the weighted H performance of the filtering error system is provided based on delay‐dependent multiple Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functionals. The gains of the filter can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed results.  相似文献

This paper studies the exponential stabilization of switched discrete‐time systems whose subsystems are unstable. A new sufficient condition for the exponential stability of the class of systems is proposed. The result obtained is based on the determination of a lower bound of the maximum dwell time by virtue of the multiple Lyapunov functions method. The key feature is that the given stability condition does not need the value of the Lyapunov function to uniformly decrease at every switching instant. An example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.  相似文献
