Waste rubber powder (RP) was subjected to chemical modification by using different concentrations of oxidizing agents such as nitric acid and 30% hydrogen peroxide solution. This treatment leads to introducing some functional groups onto the surface of RP. The chemically modified RP was incorporated in natural rubber mixes either alone or in combination with carbon black (HAF). The physicomechanical properties of NR vulcanizates obtained were studied and compared to NR vulcanizates filled with untreated RP. It was found that the chemically modified RP improves tensile strength and aging resistance of NR vulcanizates compared with untreated RP. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper is concerned with studying the effect of electrolyte characteristics on the production process of electrolytic
copper powder from partially depleted Cu containing synthetic electrolytes by electrowinning technique. The main electrolyte
characteristics are temperature, circulation rate, Cu and H2SO4 concentrations, residence time in the cell, and utilization of organic bath additives. The process is positively affected
by increasing the values of all of the studied parameters except for the addition of organic bath additives, which causes
a negative effect. However addition of organic bath additives remarkably increases the degree of refinement of the produced
powders. In most cases pure and fine copper powders were obtained with a dendritic shape, as indicated by scanning electron

对聚氯乙烯(PVC)/再生胶(RR)/硫化胶粉(VRP)共混型热塑性体的配方和加工工艺进行了研究。结果表明,在160 ̄170℃条件下,采用二阶一段动态硫化法制成的热塑性弹性体,其拉抻强度为8.2MPa,扯断伸长为290%,邵尔A型硬度为70.5±5,撕裂强度为43kN/m Brabender Garvey口型挤出均得到了外观较好的挤出物,共混物的热塑性级别为4级。 相似文献

研究了以甘油作为还原剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为分散剂,在液相甘油体系中还原醋酸铜(或氧化铜、氢氧化铜)制备纳米铜粉的方法。通过实验探索得到了最佳制备工艺条件:50 mL甘油体系中加入适量铜盐并使铜盐和甘油的物质的量比达到1∶[KG-*2]40、同时加入分散剂PVP 0.4~0.6 g,控制温度为475~505 K,快速搅拌反应50~60 min。所得产物通过化学分析,粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)表征,结果表明产物铜粉纯度比较高,粒径符合纳米材料的要求,并且粒子呈球型分布。 相似文献

A suspension of carbon nanotubes in natural latex was obtained by liquid mixing and then was used to prepare powder natural rubber composites modified with carbon nanotubes by means of spray drying process. The composite powders were round‐like and fine, with an average diameter of less than about 5 μm. The dispersion of carbon nanotubes in the rubber matrix was improved remarkably compared with that obtained by the mechanical mixing method. By means of vulcanization tests, it was found that the addition of vulcanizing agent necessary for the powder rubber containing carbon nanotubes should be evidently greater than that in rubber prepared by mechanical mixing, there evidently existed vulcanization reversions for the natural rubber prepared by mechanical mixing, which disappeared in the powder rubber containing carbon nanotubes prepared by the spray drying process. The mechanical properties of the powder natural rubber containing carbon nanotubes were much improved because of the modification effect of carbon nanotubes in rubber. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
