根据汽泡动力学原理及可视化试验结果,分别构建了球形燃料孔隙内的汽泡滑移和脱离模型,并对汽泡受力及传热进行分析,通过计算得到了汽泡滑移临界曲率半径、汽泡脱离半径的变化规律。汽泡滑移时的临界半径主要受颗粒大小影响,颗粒越大,汽泡的相对临界半径rcr/Rp越小。颗粒半径对汽泡脱离半径的影响最大,颗粒半径越大,汽泡的相对脱离半径rd/Rp越小。流速、压力、壁面过热度对汽泡脱离半径也有影响,其他条件相同时,流速越大,汽泡脱离半径越小;压力越大,汽泡脱离半径越大;壁面过热度越大,汽泡脱离半径越大。 相似文献

可视化研究窄缝通道内汽泡生长和脱离对于揭示窄缝通道内的沸腾传热机理具有重要意义。本文采用高速摄影仪从宽面和窄面可视化观察了常压条件下矩形窄缝通道内汽泡核化生长和脱离规律。研究结果表明,汽泡在核化点生长时,汽泡底部与加热面存在一小的接触面,总体而言,汽泡在生长过程中基本呈球状。在相同热工参数下,不同核化点处汽泡生长规律基本相同,但汽泡脱离直径相差较大。窄缝通道内汽泡生长速率小,脱离时间较长,可采用修正的Zuber公式预测窄缝通道内汽泡生长直径。在同一拍摄窗口内,统计分析了热工参数对汽泡平均脱离直径的影响规律。随热流密度的增加,汽泡平均脱离直径减小;随入口欠热度的增加,汽泡平均脱离直径减小;随主流速度的增加,汽泡平均脱离直径减小。 相似文献

To clarify the relation between the liquid–vapor behavior and the heat transfer characteristics in the boiling phenomena, the structures of transparent heaters were developed for both flow boiling and pool boiling experiments and were applied to the microgravity environment realized by the parabolic flight of aircraft. In the flow boiling experiment, a transparent heated tube makes the heating, the observation of liquid–vapor behavior and the measurement of heat transfer data simultaneously possible. The heat transfer coefficient in the annular flow regime at moderate quality has distinct dependence on gravity provided that the mass velocity is not so high, while no noticeable gravity effect is seen at high quality and in the bubbly flow regime. The measured gravity effect was directly related to the behavior of annular liquid film observed through the transparent tube wall. In the pool boiling experiment, a structure of transparent heating surface realizes both the observation of the macrolayer or microlayer behavior from underneath and the measurements of local surface temperatures and the layer thickness. It was clarified in the microgravity experiments that no vapor stem exists but tiny bubbles are observed in the macrolayer underneath a large coalesced bubble at high heat flux. The heat flux evaluated by the heat conduction across the layer assumes less than 30% of the total to be transferred. The evaporation of the microlayers underneath primary bubbles just after the generation dominates the heat transfer in the microgravity, not only in the isolated bubble region but also in the coalesced bubble region. 相似文献

The authors have been investigating geysering, which may appear during start-up of a natural circulation boiling reactor. From the results, it became clear that a large slug bubble covering the entire channel and its condensation in the upper plenum were indispensable for geysering to occur. In this work, an image processing unit has been developed in order to measure the coalescence process of multiple slug bubbles. The proposed system was used to measure the coalescence process of multiple slug bubbles flow in vertical circular channel on air-water system. It was shown that a following slug bubble was influenced by the preceding slug bubble as the distance between the slug bubbles became 5 times inner channel diameter. The rise velocity of the following slug bubble increased due to the pressure drop induced by the wake behind the preceding slug bubble. The bubbles coalesced together in a fraction of a second. 相似文献

以空气和水为工质,应用高速摄像仪,对竖直窄矩形通道(3.25 mm×40 mm)内气液两相弹状流进行了可视化实验研究。气、液相表观速度分别为0.1~2.51 m/s和0.16~2.62 m/s,工作压力为常压。实验中发现窄矩形通道内弹状流与圆管中存在较大差别,气弹多发生变形,高液相流速时变形更为严重。窄边液膜含气量较高,在高液相流速时窄边液膜不下落,宽边液膜中含有由气弹头部进入和气弹尾部进入的气泡。气弹速度受气弹头部形状和宽度影响较大,受气弹长度影响较小。气弹速度可由Ishii & Jones-Zuber模型计算,但在低液相折算速度时偏差较大,其主要原因为漂移速度计算值较实验值偏小。 相似文献

单蒸汽泡尾流特性是影响窄缝通道内蒸汽-水两相流流型形成与演变的关键因素,本文采用粒子图像测速仪PIV和Insight3G后处理软件,对窄缝通道内过冷条件下单蒸汽泡的尾流特性进行研究,获得窄缝通道内单蒸汽泡的尾流特性。实验结果表明,单蒸汽泡冷凝上升过程中,其尾流均为涡交替脱落的不对称尾流结构;汽泡直径越大,涡越细长,涡强度越大,大直径蒸汽泡的尾流对周围汽泡的作用更强;流道间隙减小,则尾流中涡强度降低,流体速度减小,尾流对周围汽泡的影响会相应减弱。单蒸汽泡尾流特性为构建窄缝通道内蒸汽-水两相流模型提供基础支持。 相似文献

对窄空间内自然对流条件下的沸腾空泡演化行为进行了可视化实验研究。液相工质为去离子水,实验段采用聚碳酸酯材料,窄小空间尺寸为2 mm×10 mm×250 mm。加热片采用FTO导电玻璃,从而实现从汽泡底部观察其生长特性。本文得到了不同热流密度下的汽泡生长特性曲线,发现在汽泡生长过程中,其长度与宽度的变化均符合指数规律,且长宽比在生长末期在一个固定值附近波动。汽泡生长速度随热流密度的变化不呈线性关系,受多种因素共同影响。同时,还分析了窄空间流道内汽泡聚合过程的受限界面演化特性。 相似文献

A coalescence model is developed for the production of creep cavity nuclei. Small pre-existing bubbles situated in the grain boundary are swept by the dislocations responsible for grain-boundary sliding. The bubble motion induced by the dislocations results in bubbles continuously impinging and coalescing. The distribution of bubble sizes is calculated and the nucleus spacing is found for that part of the distribution with sizes above the critical radius. The spacing of nuclei is related to the high-temperature creep ductility of irradiated metals. 相似文献
