The most attractive spot of the 11th Five-Year Plan is to change China's present mode of economic growth and take a road of circulative economy based on effective utilization of resources and environmental protection. Electric power as a basic industry, energy conservation and environmental protection will become one of its working emphases in a period of time to come. In this connection, the journalist (Zhao Ran) from China Electric Power has exclusively interviewed Tang Yunlin, the former president of the China Electric Power Planning and Engineering Institute. He thought that the most important thing for power industry to save energy and protect environment is to bring about the energy conservation and environmental protection in thermal power plants rather than first develop hydropower, nuclear power and renewable energy. The Three Gorges Hydropower Plant is the one with the largest installed capacity in the world today and has a decisive and important influence upon the security of the national power grids. It has been operated stably and supplied the East China, Central China, South China, Sichuan and Chongqing with clean renewable energy. This paper presents the management of the project’s dispatch, operation and maintenance and puts forward new ideas and new methods for the plant management, which may provide valuable references for the operation of oversized hydropower plants.  相似文献

There have always been various arguments regarding advantages and disadvantages of development of hydroelectric power plants. Concerns and arguments from all circles have accompanied the exploitation of each river in China. When hydroenergy is utilized to certain degree in a country, it will naturally be brought into a stage of sane exploitation. In this stage, the two sides that support and oppose hydropower development constantly declare their opinions. Since the institutional reform of power industry in 2002, power sectors, in particular electricity generation enterprises in China have been greatly changed, not only in institution and industrial pattern but also in operational environment. The year 2006 is a turning point of tense power supply lasting for three years and a half. The change of power supply situation in the 11th Five-Year Plan period and in-depth reform of power institutional system have placed serious challenges in front of power generation groups. After four years' extensively scrambling rivers' exploitation rights by power companies, the countable hydropower resources are almost shared up. In water-abundant southwestern region, five large generation groups delimited their own spheres on large rivers. Sharp private enterprises availed themselves of every opportunity to grasp the targets on small and medium rivers. As numerous investors swarmed, hydropower construction entered a real high tide period. "At present, the proportion of exploited hydroenergy is approximately 20% of the exploitable water energy in China. It will be enough for the datum to be close to 60% in China, otherwise more problems with ecological environment would follow. The hydropower to be developed shall be limited within 350 GW, and this is the top," said Wang Shucheng, Minister of Ministry of Water Resources . "Excessive marketization is likely to lead endless trouble in hydropower construction. In case the investment in a hydropower project fails, the destroy to ecological environment are very difficult to be restored," said Peng Tubiao, chief engineer from China Hydropower and Water Resources Planning and Design institute.  相似文献

Disadvantages existing in current automation systems of HPP (hydropower plants) are analyzed. Based on Fieldbus and IAM (i ntelligent actuation and measurement) technologies, a type of ICMMS (intelligent control maintenance technical management system) for HPP is presented, and its structure, functions, characters, implementation methods are discussed. For the sake of current technical feasibility and future development, HSAS(hybrid smart automation system) as a new type of automation systems is proposed for HPP. T he overall structure of this system is based on fully distributed Fieldbus archi tecture. Not only the Fieldbus based IAM components, but also the traditional a utomation devices can be integrated into this system. So the HSAS is a fully dis tributed and realizable solution for the automation system of HPP. A HSAS sol ution for large scaled hydropower generating units is also presented, with int egrated, distributed, open, and intelligent features.  相似文献

This article reviews the problems of Russia-made 800-MW coal-fired supercritical boilers in Suizhong Power Plant, such as burner burnout, water-wall leakage, slag screen I explosion, crack happened on the desuperheater outlet of reheater and welding degct of economizer; tells the process of renovating these units by modifying the original de.sign and adjusting the operation parameters. In recent years,along with the rapid expansion of power grids,the increasing complication of grid structures,and the development of smart grids and energy technologies,the lightning protection of power grids becomes increasingly prominent.Power grids of China have acquired significant achievements on lightning protection technologies,which are reviewed in this paper.A technical route of lightning protection is introduced in detail; it allows us to find problems through detection and measurement of lightning,to analyze problems through evaluation and simulation of lightning,to solve problems through lightning protection measures,and to prevent problems through hazard risk warning of lightning.Following the route,the technical breakthroughs of these four aspects in China are presented,including the chinese lightning detection network(CLDN),natural lightning observations,lightning faults detection at transmission lines,lightning current measurements,progresses in lightning distribution maps,lightning fault replays,lightning hazard risk evaluations,and lightning simulated experiments,as well as novel lightning protection measures.The practical devices and systems corresponding to the technologies mentioned above are also introduced and discussed.Due to the progress of lightning protection technologies in recent years,despite the rapidly growing length of transmission lines in China,the lightning accident rate is controlled at a certain level.  相似文献

In recent years,China has made significant achievements in optimizing its energy structure and tapping into renewable energy.Wind power,in particular,has been doubled in its development year by year between 2005-2009.However,wind power develops too fast,which is not harmonious with the power system,the industry structure and the policy mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to find the fundamental causes for the issue.Based on the inherent features and practical issues of wind power development in China,the role of wind power in energy development is put forward through probing logically into three perspectives,i.e.energy utilization,energy development and the ultimate objectives of wind power development.The current wind power development should be grounded on the improvement of wind power industrialization system,the smart grid and the research on new energy storage technology so as to lay firm foundations for large-scale development of wind power in the future.  相似文献

This article describes the basic conditions of nuclear power plants or projects in China, which have been built up, or under construction, or approved by the State Council. Excellent operating indexes of the existing nuclear power plants and the capability of independent design, manufacture, construction and operation are briefly enumerated. There are over thirty nuclear power plant sites in the coastal and inland areas, which have been checked or preevaluated. This proves that a solid foundation for large-scaled development of nuclear power industry has been laid and nuclear power will certainly play an important role in power supply and environment protection of China.  相似文献

Electrical power transmission is dominated by overhead line systems at present.This is mainly based on more than hundred years of experience of utilities in running overhead lines.Furthermore,overhead lines have proven their operational reliability and functional assurance.In the past,cables were used in distribution networks in urban areas for the most part with the exception of direct current submarine cables.New developments of high voltage XLPE cables make it possible to use this technology for EHV level applications in transmission networks.Within this paper,mixed network configurations,consisting of overhead lines and high voltage cables,are investigated.An exemplary EHV transmission line with a total length of about 100 km,which is quite typical for Central Europe,has been studied.Several different line combinations are discussed with varied rates between overhead line sections and cable sections length in practice.The length of the cable sections are ranging from several kilometers up to lengths of 100 km.In this paper the work focuses on the transient behavior of combined 400 kV overhead and cable lines during switching processes and lightning impacts.A number of calculations were carried out to get an overview of the transient stress in numerous network nodes along the transmission system.Numerical programs like ATP/EMTP have been used for these simulations.Peak values and wave shapes of the transient voltage stress have been evaluated,based on different systems and within possible combinations.In respect of the insulation coordination and transient stress at network nodes,the voltage-time trends are also analyzed.The combination of high voltage overhead and cable transmission systems,especially such with lengths of more than about 50 km,are making tightened and extended demands to the network design,to the operational management and of course to the network protection also.As an output of this investigations,the results might influence the strategy in running this new type of combined transmission systems.  相似文献
