Stability Analysis of Complex Soil Slopes using Limit Analysis 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The limit equilibrium method is commonly used for slope stability analysis. Limit equilibrium solutions, however, are not rigorous because neither static nor kinematic admissibility conditions are satisfied. Limit analysis takes advantage of the lower- and upper-bound theorems of plasticity theory to provide rigorous bounds on the true solution of a stability problem. In this study, finite-element models are used to construct both statically admissible stress fields for lower-bound analysis and kinematically admissible velocity fields for upper-bound analysis of soil slopes. While limit analysis of relatively simple slopes, typically homogeneous and of simple geometry, has been done previously, limit analysis of slopes with complex geometries, soil profiles, and groundwater patterns could not be effectively done in the past. In this paper, the theoretical basis and procedure for limit analysis of such slopes is presented. Various examples of slopes are selected from the literature and analyzed using both limit equilibrium and limit analysis. Factors of safety from limit equilibrium and limit analysis are compared. A comparison is also made, for each example, between the critical slip surfaces from limit equilibrium with the velocity field and plastic zone from the upper-bound solution and with the stress field from the lower-bound solution. 相似文献

马钢120 t转炉应用烟气分析动态控制技术冶炼低碳钢,终点碳和温度命中率达到88.6%,实现不倒炉直接出钢新模式。与倒炉测温取样补吹出钢传统模式相比,其冶炼周期缩短4~6 min,钢水终点φ(O)低(200~300)×10-6,终点w(P)≤0.012%,终点w(S)≤0015%,残w(Mn)高003%~005%,喷溅率小于4%,吨钢石灰消耗小于50 kg。 相似文献

The construction space scheduling problem has received relatively little attention from researchers and practitioners. We now have sophisticated methods of planning and analyzing the sequence of tasks within the work breakdown structure through time, but the problem of planning where on site those tasks are to be executed is not well-supported especially as those spaces are dynamic as the project progresses. We know that congestion on site reduces output and generates hazards, yet construction planners presently have to rely upon experience and intuition. The research reported here presents a decision support tool for construction project planners to help them address the space scheduling problem. After a review of recent developments in construction space scheduling, the concept of critical space analysis is presented. This forms the basis of decision support tools presented for marking up available space, allocating tasks to spaces, and analyzing and optimizing space loading in relation to the critical path—what we call space-time broking. Requirements capture and evaluation reports from construction planners suggest that the tools presented here have immediate practical relevance. The paper will, therefore, be of interest to both practitioners and researchers. 相似文献
