This article presents data on the prevalence of different types of sanitary violations, caused by failure to comply with sanitary regulations, on 573 enterprises that produce bakery products, confectionery, dairy, meat and fish products, drinks in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It is shown that the greatest number of sanitary offenses are committed at manufactures of milk, fish and meat products. Finished goods at 21-37% of these enterprises do not meet the requirements of hygiene standards. The proportion of deposits of factors (such as type of food product, a form of ownership of the enterprise, the type of locality, where manufacture is) in the frequency of sanitary violations has been determined.  相似文献

Significantly higher nitrate content was detected in drinking water and vegetables grown by the rural population in the regions where industrial enterprises producing chemical fertilizers are located, as compared to the control regions. It has been concluded that a special attention should be paid to the daily level of nitrates ingested by the population (especially by children) in the industrial regions of the Republic and to their health state.  相似文献

目的 分析评价广西抽验水产品的兽药残留风险。方法 以2018~ 2019年广西-东盟食品检验检测中心食品抽验中的水产品为样本 ,以问题检出率和不合格度构建食品安全指数,应用扇状模型评价法,对水产品中重点项目开展风险评价。结果 水产品总体食品安全指数R为0.090;水产品中不同类别食品安全指数R依次为:贝类:0.52、其他水产:0.14、鱼类:0.031、虾蟹类:0;兽药残留风险大小依次为:贝类>其他水产>鱼类>虾蟹类。广西水产品中6种兽药残留的食品安全指数依次为:氯霉素:0.0691、恩诺沙星:0.0485、硝基呋喃类:0.0457、孔雀石绿:0.0429、磺胺类:0.0427、氟苯尼考:0.0424;风险危害程度由大到小依次是:氯霉素>恩诺沙星 >硝基呋喃类>孔雀石绿>磺胺类>氟苯尼考。结论 目前广西水产品总体兽药残留风险不大,鱼类、虾蟹类,其他水产类安全状态是可以接受的,贝类的安全性有待进一步提高。  相似文献

Current European Commission Directives on foods for infants and young children places emphasis on the control of pesticide residues at levels below 10 μg kg(-1). In the present work, a liquid chromatography electrospray ionisation ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (LC-Ion Trap-MS/MS) has been developed for the multiresidue of 10 multiclass fungicides (carbendazim, thiabendazole, imazalil, tridemorph, triadimefon, bitertanol, prochloraz, flutriafol, myclobutanil and diphenylamine) in fruit-based baby food. The developed method is based on a simple sample treatment (QuEChERS), which consists of a liquid-liquid extraction using acetonitrile, followed by a clean-up step based on dispersive solid-phase extraction with primary secondary amine (PSA). Subsequent identification and quantitation was accomplished by liquid chromatography/electrospray tandem mass spectrometry using an ion-trap mass spectrometer in the product ion scan MS/MS mode. Matrix effects were evaluated in LC-MS and LC-MS/MS mode experiments, obtaining a reduction of these effects when working in MS/MS mode for most of the analytes. Limits of detection (LOD) were between 0.5 and 3.0 μg kg(-1) depending on the pesticide studied, all being within European Union regulations for baby food. Finally, the proposed method was applied to 25 baby food samples obtained from local supermarkets. Imazalil, thiabendazole and carbendazim were detected in the studied samples. However, none of the samples tested were found to be upper the EU standard.  相似文献

目的 了解2015~2018年红河州监测的18种农产品杀菌剂残留污染水平。方法 采集4种类共计161份农产品样品, 依据《国家食品污染物和有害因素风险监测工作手册》规定的标准操作程序, 对18种杀菌剂残留进行检测。结果 样品总检出率为58.4%(94/161), 超标率为3.73%(6/161); 18种杀菌剂中检出率最高为二硫代氨基甲酸酯(以CS2计), 其次为多菌灵; 食用菌中杀菌剂检出率高, 二硫代氨基甲酸酯(以CS2计)存在超标情况。结论 红河州市售农产品中存在一定程度的杀菌剂残留污染, 同一件样品多种杀菌剂同时检出的情况比较普遍, 应引起相关部门重视。  相似文献
