高流动性共聚聚丙烯的开发与应用现状 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
介绍了高流动性共聚聚丙烯在注塑制品中的应用优势以及国内外高流动性共聚聚丙烯开发生产及应用现状。高流动性共聚聚丙烯在流动性提高的同时,产品刚性和韧性达到了很好的平衡,综合性能优异,在注塑过程中可缩短加工周期,降低加工温度、注塑压力和能耗。成型相同的薄壁制品时,熔体流动速率为65g/10min的该类产品比传统熔体流动速率为35g/10min的产品注射温度可以降低20~50℃,成型周期减少27%,由于其优良的加工性,可满足大型薄壁注塑制品的生产及应用需要。 相似文献

利用Moldflow对Taguchi法和L16(45)正交表所设计出的聚丙烯(PP)薄壁制品注塑方案进行仿真,研究发现:注射时间、保压时间、保压压力是影响PP薄壁制品翘曲变形的主要因素,并且得到最优注塑参数为:注塑机料筒温度180℃,模具温度75℃,注射时间3.0 s,保压时间3.5 s,保压压力65 MPa。另外,通过CAE模流分析软件中PP薄壁制品注塑加工的翘曲变形进行仿真发现,正交试验所获得的优化工艺的总翘曲变形量为1.417 mm,翘曲变形百分比约为3.30%。其中由于冷却引起的翘曲变形量约为0.159 mm,而由收缩和取向引起的翘曲变形分别约为1.853 mm和0.904 mm。 相似文献

Multifunctional mobile products, such as cellular phones, laptop computers, personal media players, etc., have become smaller and lighter; so the technology of thin‐wall injection molding (TWIM) has been highlighted for making lightweight and compact mobile electronic products. Regarding mechanical properties, many portable electronic products should pass the so‐called “drop test”; therefore, the evaluation of the dart (or impact) property of the housing that is made by the TWIM process is crucial for commercializing a product. However, extant research on the effect of injection molding process parameters on the physical properties of TWIM plates is insufficient as yet. Therefore, in this study, the pressure and temperature inside the cavity during the injection molding process are monitored by varying the injection molding process parameters, i.e., the gate size, injection speed, and melt temperature, and the effect of the average flow rate of the molten resin inside the cavity on the dart property of thin‐wall injection‐molded plates is examined. The dart property of thin‐wall injection‐molded plates is evaluated by the instrumented dart impact test to differentiate various responses of the load‐displacement data during dart tests. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The catalytic degradation of polypropylene has been investigated in this study. Solid acid catalysts, such as silica-alumina
and zeolites (HZSM-5, natural zeolite, Mordenite etc.), were screened for polypropylene degradation in the range of 350-450‡C.
The degradation products of polypropylene, especially a liquid fraction, formed over solid acid catalysts, were analyzed by
GC/MS. The degradation products are distributed in a narrow range of carbon number compared with those obtained by thermal
degradation. The liquid fraction contained large amounts of iso-paraffins and aromatics as are present in the gasoline traction
of petroleum. The natural zeolite catalyst (clinoptilolite structure, occurring in Youngil area of Korea) was an efficient
catalyst for the polypropylene degradation. The acidity and characteristic pore structure of this zeolite appear to be responsible
for the good performance. The effects of temperature and reaction tune on the product distribution have also been studied

采用间歇式管式反应器进行了超临界水降解聚丙烯实验,研究了影响聚丙烯降解的因素。实验结果表明,在温度400-450℃、压力23-35MPa及反应时间60-120min的条件下,超临界水能有效地降解聚丙烯。反应温度和反应时间是影响聚丙烯降解的主要因素,温度越高、时间越长,聚丙烯降解越彻底;聚丙烯颗粒度越小降解速率越快,粉末原料在温度400℃、反应时间60min时,以油相产物为主;在温度450℃、反应时间120min时,有利于得到气相产物。 相似文献

Atactic polypropylene was oxidized in solution with radical initiator in the absence and presence of metal catalyst to considerably high conversion over the temperature range of 70° to 125°C, and oxidation products and the change in molecular weight distribution were measured. The unoxidized polypropylene had no ultraviolet absorption at 253.7 nm, whereas the oxidized polypropylene showed distinct absorption over a wide range of molecular weights. It was found that oxygen was incorporated into the polymer chain as hydroperoxide, acid, carbonyl, and hydroxy groups. Much of the absorbed oxygen was found to be involved in smaller fraction of low molecular weight products. Although the average molecular weight of the oxidized polypropylene decreased significantly, the formation of low-boiling products was quite small. 相似文献
