根据万向节机构的运动原理,采用解析法推导出了万向节机构中主动轴角速度,ω1与从动轴角速度ω2之间的关系表达式。并对主、从动轴的角速度比i12与主动轴转角φ1及2轴间的夹角α之间的关系进行了分析和讨论。其结果可供从事机械设计的人员参考。 相似文献

为了得到连续卧式混捏机专用齿轮箱中的冲程式万向节输出主轴机构的运动学规律,以ANSYS Workbench和Origin软件为分析平台,建立了机构运动学仿真模型,进行了数值分析,并对数值分析结果进行了非线性曲线拟合,得到了冲程式万向节输出主轴机构的主要运动学参数的计算公式。结果表明:此专用齿轮箱具有1个自由度;输出主轴的运动方式为旋转和往复直线运动的复合运动;冲程式万向节输出主轴机构的关键部件的位移、速度和加速度方程为三角函数形式。所得到的分析结果为连续卧式混捏机专用齿轮箱的设计和制造提供了一定的参考依据。 相似文献

The pure global buckling and vibration of four sides simply supported as well as clamped anisotropic laminates having an arbitrary shape cut off region that is symmetric with respect to mid-plane have been studied by treating the remaining cut off regions as uniform plates with reduced stiffness. The reduced variation of stiffness of the plate is represented by Fourier series. Computational solutions of the energy principle for the Ritz method in a plate having arbitrary shape of typical cut off regions under biaxial compressive loads are obtained. Some numerical results for the pure global buckling load prediction due to its reduced flexural stiffness for the circular cut off regions and elliptical cut off regions are presented. We find the normalized pure global buckling load ratio decreases as the cut off regions size increases, and the non-dimensional fundamental frequency value decreases as the cut off regions size increases. 相似文献

Samples of mild steel have been cut on a CO2 laser machine using the principle of laser assisted oxygen cutting (LASOX). The combined effects of input process parameters (cutting speed, gas pressure, laser power and stand off distance) on cut quality (heat affected zone (HAZ) width, kerf width and surface roughness) have been studied. Regression analysis has been used to develop models that describe the effect of the independent process parameters on cut quality. Using the developed model, we attempted to optimize the input parameters that would improve the cut quality (minimization of HAZ width, kerf width and surface roughness), increase the productivity and minimize the total operation cost. We found from the study that the gas pressure and cutting speed had pronounced effect on cut quality. Low gas pressure produces lower HAZ width, lower kerf width and good surface finish whereas increase in speed results in higher HAZ width, lower kerf width and good surface finish. 相似文献
