政策法规经济研判财经数据相关行业……污染环境入罪门槛降低最高人民法院6月18日举行新闻发布会,公布《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理环境污染刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》,《解释》共12条,将于6月19日正式实施。《解释》结合办理环境污染刑事案件取证难、鉴定难、认定难等实际问题,对环境污染犯罪的定罪量刑标准作出了新的规定,进一步加大了打击力度,严密了刑事法网。

从6月3日开始,依据《刑法》有关规定,非法采矿、破坏性采矿将受到法律惩处。最高人民法院5月29日公布的《关于审理非法采矿、破坏性采矿刑事案件具体应用法律若干问题的解释》,6月3日开始实施。
