离合器摩擦副表面温度对摩擦因数的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
通过对某型离合器摩擦副的摩擦学小样试验,研究了离合器在结合的滑动摩擦过程中,摩擦面温度对离合器摩擦材料摩擦因数的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),分析了样件的摩擦表面形貌,探讨了产生影响的机制,并从摩擦因数角度探讨了微车离合器起步发抖和烧蚀的主要原因.微车离合器摩擦材料摩擦因数随着摩擦面温度先升高,然后趋于稳定,最后再降低,其稳定工作的温度区间为130~220℃;在摩擦面温度较低的工况下,摩擦因数较低,微车起步时,离合器传递的扭矩不足以克服道路阻力,引起微车起步发抖的现象;而在摩擦面温度过高的工况下,离合过程中,摩擦因数较低,传递扭矩效率低,导致离合器滑磨时间过长,引起烧蚀现象. 相似文献

为了给人体介入式医疗器械的运动控制提供理论依据,测试了不同材料、不同表面状况的试样与猪结肠的摩擦特性。试块由电动机牵引,通过牵引力与电枢电流的标定关系来测量摩擦力,通过加载砝码来改变正压力。使用NI-6008USB数据采集器,在Labview软件平台上实现测试控制与数据处理。使用了铝、铜2种材料,每种材料的试块分为平面、圆弧表面、锯齿表面和三角表面4种,共8种试块。测试结果表明:猪结肠对铝、铜2种材料的摩擦因数在Q24-0.71之间;对同一种材料试块来说,表面形状对摩擦因数影响较大,从平面、圆面、直齿面到三角面摩擦因数逐渐增大;对同一种表面形状来说,铝试块比铜试块的摩擦因数要略大。 相似文献

齿轮、轴承、凸轮等重载接触副的性能受表面粗糙度的显著影响。高负载情况下的摩擦因数与润滑接触面粗糙度的各向异性相关。测量的表面粗糙度可以分解为一系列具有不同波长、幅值的正弦表面粗糙度,因此,考虑各向异性正弦表面粗糙度,构建粗糙表面点接触瞬态弹性流体动力润滑(TEHL)模型,提出基于多重网格算法的粗网格构造新方法,提高粗糙表面润滑问题求解的稳健性。研究表面粗糙度各向异性对高负载情况下摩擦因数的影响规律。结果表明,粗糙度的各向异性影响接触面压力、油膜厚度分布、粗糙度形变量,从而影响摩擦因数。提出一个组合函数来量化粗糙度各向异性对摩擦因数的影响,表明全膜润滑到混合润滑的过渡不仅与载荷、速度等工况参数相关,还与粗糙度各向异性相关。 相似文献

The paper presents the study of the operation of the prototype of the dual leaf spring that consists of a four-leaf main spring and a two-leaf auxiliary spring under the action of a cyclic load close to the actual operating conditions of a car suspension. The importance of friction in an operation of this type of structure has been mentioned; numerical methods and an experimental facility for studying the effect of friction on the spring operation have been considered. The investigation results have been presented in the form of summary tables, color-coded images, and diagrams of the temperature distribution for measuring points located on single leaves of the double spring. The methodology of experimental studies and the used equipment made it possible to evaluate the effect of friction and accompanying thermal stresses during the operation of the dual leaf spring. 相似文献

Electromagnetic radiation is emitted during the transient stage of elastic to plastic deformation of metals and alloys. In
the present work, aluminium plates were welded by friction stir welding (FSW) at different process parameters, such as tool
rotational speed, traverse speed and rake angle. The EMR fundamental frequencies emitted during the tensile failure of the
welds were measured and recorded. The variation in the fundamental frequency was analysed by fuzzy modelling using MATLAB
and it was observed that an increase in the first mode of metal transfer decreases the fundamental frequency. Further, the
fundamental frequency of a weld was estimated from the obtained model and found to be closer to the experimental results.
This work will be more useful for metal flow analysis as well as online condition monitoring of the welds which are used in

A test and heat friction based method for evaluation of the technical condition and residual service life of machinery is presented. It is applicable for mechanisms in which friction of the moving parts leads to wear and to increased heat release. The diagnostic parameter adopted is the peak point of the temperature change rate, observed on the machine casing during the starting stage. 在滚动摩擦磨损实验技术中,摩擦系数和摩擦力是影响摩擦的重要参数,为了测量环块摩擦的特性本文设计了环块摩擦磨损试验机。本试验机中负荷模块可以实现对摩擦系数的测量试验,减小了体积;机械传动部件简单,降低了润滑剂的使用;采用闭环反馈响应系统,运动精度和测量精度都得到了提高;采用单片机编程技术对摩擦后的反馈信号进行实时采集;该试验机能够在低温环境下运行;试样夹紧装置结构简单,为实验试样的装卸提供了方便;并按照标准选则装配零件和按标准绘出了机构装配图。 相似文献
