根据水泥窑纯低温余热发电系统工艺特点及控制要求,设计了基于iFIX组态软件的余热发电监控系统。该系统具有强大的监视、控制和管理功能,能够实时地显示被监控设备的各种数据,同时完成报警、趋势曲线、历史记录、报表打印等功能。运行结果表明,该系统很好地满足了水泥生产线余热发电控制要求。  相似文献

为提高制造系统对市场和产品变化的快速适应能力,探求了制造系统可重组的理论、方法及其应用技术。提出了快速重组制造系统(RRMS)的基本构架及其特征;研究其科学基础,得出了RRMS的随机模型及其组态的优化方法,发展了用于布局规划优化的拟阵算法,提出了系统可诊断性原理并建立了经济可承受性的理论框架;初步研究了RRMS的使能技术,建立了规划与设计、快速集成、快速运行、快速拆卸与重复利用4个子系统。研制了组成RRMS的组态制造单元(CMS),研发的基于组态制造单元组成的新颖的阵列式布局的RRMS在汽车和计算机零件生产线上得到成功的应用,为发展新一代制造系统提供了理论基础和应用工具。  相似文献

可重组制造(RMS)是适应现在和将来先进制造发展的新一代技术群体中一种重要而适用的技术。为了使电机生产线能快速响应产品的批量变化和品种变化,将可重组制造技术应用于电机生产线。本文通过对电机生产线现状的分析,提出了电机生产线可重组的技术思路和系统总体框架,特别是对压轴工位和转轴校直工位进行重点改造,并增加了生产线上加工设备的反馈能力,从而使加工设备的加工能力和使用情况得到实时监控。最终达到整个电机生产系统对于产品的变化具有快速响应能力、品种的适应能力和质量控制水平。  相似文献

The product configuration modeling is a key technology to realize configuration design.Most of the researches were mainly conducted focusing on how to establish a product configuration model,but were short of the consideration about the application scope and dynamic change features.In this paper,the reconfigurable modeling technology of similar-structure products configuration design is studied to enhance the generality and diversity of product configuration models,and to facilitate the dynamic upgrade of configuration models.The configuration components of products with similar structures are divided into sharable configuration components,essential configuration components and optional configuration components,so the construction of reconfigurable model of configuration design can be converted into the set operation of configuration components.The horizontal adjusting reconstruction of configuration model is carried out through the adding,replacing and deleting of configuration components,the vertical adjusting reconstruction of configuration model is carried out through the parametric deformation of configuration components,and the variable topological configuration model reconstruction can be realized through the transformation of partial structure of configuration components.Finally,NC machine products are used as an example to analyze and verify the reconfigurable modeling technology of products with similar structures.The speed of NC machine configuration design is found to be improved,and the number of NC machine configuration design models is decreased.And the reconfigurable design system of NC machine products is developed.The proposed modeling technology provides references for the processes,methods and steps of model reconstruction.  相似文献

To be adapted in an easy and economical manner to several machining processes is a desired characteristic in any proposed tool condition monitoring system so as to detect or avoid failures in machine tools. Many modern rotating machines have a servodriver which may, without sensors, acquire a current signal which is directly related to the cutting forces and then be correlated to the cutting tool conditions. Most of the reported systems are designed to work only in one machining process; yet the novelty of this paper is the fact of presenting a hardware signal processing unit implemented in a single field-programmable gate array (FPGA) for acquisition, conditioning, and basic signal monitoring in several machining processes. The system has been proven in industrial processes as well as in laboratories with satisfactory results in both cases. This model is reconfigurable and scalable so that it may be adapted to diverse conditions as an economical stand-alone unit since it does not require either computers nor microprocessors.  相似文献

为了解决个性化定制与大规模生产的矛盾,应用 CPS 技术和模块化制造单元,建立了完整的可重构制造系统,实现大规模个性化定制产品生产流程的高效协同。在研究了面向大规模个性化定制可重构系统特性的基础上,构建了基于 CPS 的可重构制造系统架构,研究了可重构系统的关键核心技术。建立的系统可以将生产制造的复杂行为转换为实际数据信息,通过重构分析、智能决策和动态优化调整模块化制造单元,使整个生产环节的制造资源处于有序可控状态。通过在互联工厂展开应用落地验证,结果表明了该系统的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

围绕汽车变速器产品族装配线制造系统的柔性与重构问题,应用面向生产线重构的产品族装配工艺规划与重构装配线设计集成方法,提出可重构装配线的“主干线”设计思想。在对产品族基于功能实体识别的工艺规划基础上设计出“主干线”的柔性结构及系统的可重构实现机理。最后应用多智能制造思想构建了重构装配线的智能体系结构。该方法为提高实际装配线制造系统的柔性提供了有效技术手段。  相似文献

We present a reconfigurable system to detect and indicate online and in real time, the cutting tool conditions in high-speed face milling. It consists of a data acquisition system (DAS) and a hardware signal processing (HSP) unit. The DAS acquires and digitalizes the cutting vibration signals generated from machining tests performed under different tool conditions and cutting parameters. The HSP unit processes the digitalized vibration signals using reconfigurable IIR band-pass digital filter and statistical techniques, designed and implemented into a single field-programmable gate array (FPGA) and coefficients read-only memories. The system operation is divided into learning and monitoring modes. The tool condition is indicated by an alarm signal, one LED indicator, and a message shown on four-digit seven-segment displays. In all experiments, the system correctly detected the tool condition. The proposed system is fast, compact, reliable, and economical, and no modification of the machine-tool structure is required.  相似文献

针对轮辋产品在材质、规格、编网参数、窝孔尺寸及窝孔组数等方面的系列化,市场对轮辋产品的个性化需求,进行产品族的成组特性分析,提出多级重构、无级重构和有级重构等新概念,综合应用调整、更换、集成及创新等重构策略,按照三级重构机理科学划分模块、创新总体结构,成功研制基于轮辋产品族的可重构自动加工机床.该可重构机床已投放市场并正常生产,其加工产品精度高、质量稳定.实践证明,该可重构机床可适应不同材质、不同规格的轮辋混流加工,重构快捷、成本低,设备和模块得到充分利用,可快速而经济地响应市场需求变化.该机床的成功研制验证可重构策略和可重构方案的可行性,必将有力促进可重构技术的深入研究和应用.  相似文献

Tool condition monitoring is a major problem that must be handled in order to detect and prevent failures in machine tools. Most modern rotating machines have a servo driver whence it is possible to acquire without sensors a current signal which is associated with cutting forces and cutting tool condition. This paper presents a hardware signal processing unit implemented in a field programmable gate array to acquire and condition signals from several machining processes. The system has been tested in both industrial and laboratory processes, producing satisfactory results. The design is reconfigurable in situ, since a few internal registers are programmed dynamically without recompilation which allows the same unit to be applied in different processes; the content of this memory is a set of filter coefficients. This implementation guarantees an inexpensive stand-alone unit since it does not require computers or microprocessors to process signals from different machinery as preparation for further processing.  相似文献
