在复杂壳体零件中,圆柱度参数的测量有很多,而且其轴线方向各不相同,采用传统的圆柱度仪测量方法在测量局限性(只能是直孔)和效率上已不能满足零件检测要求。因此本文通过在实践中不断探索,提出采用三坐标测量机扫描测量斜孔圆柱度的方法。解决了一些常规方法无法测量的斜孔圆柱度测量,同时大大缩短了检测时间,提高了检测效率。 相似文献

Roundness inspection strategies for machine visions using non-linear programs and genetic algorithms

This study proposes the inspection strategies of computational metrology for roundness measurement and roundness feasibility analysis with respect to ANSI Y14.5M-1994 standard. The roundness measurements are formulated as constrained non-linear programs, and optimization techniques are applied to locate the optimality. Through reformulating the geometric conditions and adding further constraints to the roundness measurement problems, the analysis of roundness inspection can be made by only investigating the feasibility of the constrained non-linear programs instead of advancing to the optimality. Two approaches of computational metrology based on genetic algorithms (GAs) are proposed to explore the optimality of roundness measurements and the roundness feasibility analysis, respectively. Finally, real data generated from machine visions and simulation data generated from analytical curves are used to test the proposed GA-based roundness assessment approaches. The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithms are practical for on-line implementation to the roundness measurement and roundness feasibility analysis. Furthermore, the proposed computational strategy for the roundness feasibility analysis performs efficiently if the tolerance size is adequately specified and the process capability is stable. 相似文献

提出了一种全新的圆度误差光学自动测量方法.新方法基于单缝衍射原理,利用工件的圆度误差来改变衍射单缝的宽度,进而改变衍射条纹的间距.在测量单缝衍射中央明纹的宽度时,提出了用最小二乘法对测量到的衍射图像的光强分布进行二次曲线拟合,并由拟合得到的数学表达式,确定衍射暗条纹的精确位置.由导出的工件圆度误差与单缝衍射中央明纹宽度之间的关系,用最小二乘法对工件的圆度误差进行了评定.测量结果表明,新的圆度误差测量方法是可行的,圆度误差的相对不确定度小于1.4%,并且测量系统具有操作方便、精度高的优点,新方法也可应用于锥角、直线度误差等其它几何量的精密测量中. 相似文献

三维功率谱阵是应用越来越广泛的信号处理方法。快速高精度的FFT 和谱分析;准确而适用范围广的转速测量方法;高精度时钟系统和灵活方便.功能齐全的显示技术是其要解决的四个难点。本文从采用汇编语言、窗函数库和三角函数库、双段2048点实数一次完成FFT 运算、加校正因子和幅值修正等方面论述了提高软件实现FFT 和谱分析速度和精度的方法;首次提出了用计算机内部8253计数器进行精确测量时间的方法,并由此实现了适用范围广、误差小于1%的转速测量;采用的三维谱阵显示方法具有独特的光标显示功能。以上述方法为基础的三维功率谱,其性能指标达到了较高的水平。 相似文献

measurement for the roundness. The multi-step method is the self-calibration of the roundness capable of performing highly-advanced
precise measurement. It depends on the reason that is able to separate measurement wave from the spindle rotation component
and the form component of hemispherical master. But the mathematical models of the roundness measurement using that method
are very complicated, describing numerous parameters and processes. So, recently, the Monte Carlo technique has attracted
increasing attention as a very useful method for uncertainty estimation. This paper describes influences of the indexing angle
accuracy and the noises generated by the roundness measuring machine, on the roundness measurements, both of which were analyzed
by the Monte Carlo simulation. Furthermore, an example of hemispherical master is compared with the actual measurement data
