过程免疫时间曲线是分析敏感用户工业过程对电压暂降免疫力的重要工具。针对实际生产中过程参数监测困难、用户监测意愿低导致过程免疫时间曲线难以刻画的问题,文中提出监测数据缺失或不足时典型工业过程的过程免疫时间曲线模型构建方法。首先,基于典型工业过程结构,利用敏感设备电压暂降免疫时间常数计算过程免疫时间;然后,由经验公式和二次Lagrange插值分别得到无监测数据和少量监测数据情况下过程免疫时间曲线;最后,通过对某天然气压气站大功率电驱离心式压缩机系统的分析,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

The need for detection of rotor faults at an earlier stage, so that maintenance can be planned ahead, has pushed the development of monitoring methods with increasing sensitivity and noise immunity. An important issue in such an effort is the modeling of the induction machine including rotor bar and end-ring faults, with a minimum of computational complexity. A new and simpler method is employed in the simulation and analysis of an induction motor with rotor asymmetries. Simulation, finite-element analysis, and experimental results are presented to support the proposed approach.  相似文献

分析了电动汽车换电监控系统的现状与存在的问题。结合实际换电运行流程,设计了一种改进的电动汽车换电智能监控系统。该监控系统设计了新型的换电电量计量方法,解决了换电电量计量与计费困难的问题。设计了电池箱优选策略,实现了全自动换电命令下发、换电过程管理、换电决策和换电执行过程全景反演等的应用,解决了换电监控系统智能化程度不足的问题。设计了换电监控系统的系统组成、架构设计、功能定义和新型换电流程,并从软件设计、组网实现、数据结构、换电电量计量与计费、全自动换电策略等方面的工作完成了系统的最终实现。实际工程应用结果表明,该系统可显著降低换电电量计量与计费功能的实现复杂度和成本,提高电动汽车换电监控系统的智能化水平,降低换电站建设和运营成本。  相似文献

This paper describes a fuzzy decision support system (DSS) for the control of a detergent production process. The application has been carried out at a real‐world, large‐scale industrial production plant in the Netherlands, where a large variety of powder‐based detergents for industrial users are produced in a spray drying process. The system consists of several fuzzy rule bases that model the control actions of experienced process operators in response to different quality deviations of the product. A hierarchical architecture of the fuzzy system is introduced to cope with the complexity. A fuzzy supervisor is used to deal with process constraints and to activate the applicable rule bases when control actions are needed. In this way, a system is obtained that enables the control of the process within stricter quality bounds than those applied by human operators alone. During in‐production evaluation, the average improvement in the quality parameters for all product classes was above 30 percent. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Condition monitoring of induction motors is a process that may be used to great advantage in mining and other industrial applications. The early detection of motor winding deterioration prior to a complete failure provides an opportunity for maintenance to be performed on a scheduled routine without the loss of production time. Presented in this paper is a theoretical and experimental analysis of a voltage mismatch technique that may be used in operating situations to monitor the health of induction motor windings. It extends previous work in this area by demonstrating the robust nature of the monitoring process not only under conditions of power supply unbalance but also in situations where motor construction imperfections exist and mechanical loads are unpredictable. A suggested procedure for application of this condition monitoring process in industrial situations is also included.  相似文献

周围环境的温湿度信息对于生产和生活都存在重要的影响,本文针对现有的温湿度监测系统布设线缆的复杂和高成本,结合无线传感器网络技术,提出了一种新的基于ZigBee技术的温湿度监测系统实现的方案。本方案利用网络覆盖容量大的簇状网络组网,在ZigBee协议栈的基础上进行应用开发,硬件使用JN5139模块,给出了系统实现的软件流程图及相关程序代码,最后在超级终端实现了温湿度的实时监测,结果表明,ZigBee技术以其低功耗、低成本、网络容量大的特点,在实现实时温湿度监测方面有很大的优势。  相似文献

配电网状态监测系统建设是构建泛在电力物联网的重要内容,准确预测通信网络带宽对明确业务需求、优化资源配置具有重要意义。针对当前配用电基于排队论的通信带宽预测方法在混合业务并存时带宽计算过程复杂的局限性,提出了一种基于G/M/1/N队列模型的通信带宽预测方法。从状态监测系统架构和数据业务特点出发,分析混合数据业务到达时间间隔的统计描述以及基本传输速率,并给出了满足服务质量(quality of service,QoS)要求的系统带宽最优化化求解方法。以典型配电网状态监测应用为例,讨论了业务带宽、服务质量和带宽利用率之间的量化评价过程;验证了配电网状态监测网络信息流的“小数据”特征,为低功耗广域物联网通信技术在配电网状态监测中的应用提供了理论支撑。  相似文献

The dependence of residual stress on the process parameters for aluminum metallization has been studied using a rotating beam sensor. This shows increasing tensile stress with both the target power and ambient pressure used during the sputter deposition of the aluminum layer. The bulk resistivity of the deposited aluminum has been measured using a Van der Pauw technique on test structures fabricated alongside the sensors and this shows different trends with respect to the target power and ambient pressure. This indicates that the stress in an interconnect feature is dominated by extrinsic components, which result from the mismatch in thermal expansion coefficient between the constituent layers, rather than the defects formed during the sputter deposition of the metallization. This indicates the suitability of the stress sensor technique to the monitoring of interconnect features in a production line environment.  相似文献

Proper detection and diagnosis of failing system components is crucial to efficient mining operations. However, the harsh mining environment offers special challenges to these types of actions. The atmosphere is damp, dirty, and potentially explosive, and equipment is located in confined areas far from shop facilities. These conditions, coupled with the increasing cost of downtime and complexity of mining equipment, have forced researchers and operators to investigate alternatives for improving equipment maintainability. This paper surveys monitoring and diagnosis technologies that offer opportunities for improving equipment availability in mining. Expert systems, model-based approaches, and neural nets are each discussed in the context of fault detection and diagnosis.
