氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林和低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效和安全性观察

目的:探究氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林和低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果以及安全性。方法:选择在本院接受医治的不稳定型心绞痛患者120例,平均分为两组,每组60例。试验组使用氯吡格雷、阿司匹林、低分子肝素治疗;对照组则使用阿司匹林、低分子肝素治疗。密切观察两组患者经药物治疗后的临床效果、监测指标、体内凝血标志等情况。结果:对照组不稳定型心绞痛发作次数、硝酸酯类抗心绞痛药物使用剂量明显高于试验组;对照组总有效率为60.00%,明显低于试验组的91.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用氯吡格雷同时联合应用阿司匹林以及低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛具有很好的临床效果,较为安全有效,可以在临床实践中广泛使用。

This paper lists a large quantity of translation examples of trade mark words, aiming at a study and analysis of the translation of trade mark words from the views of equivalence principle and cultural difference, and expecting to improve the translation of trade mark words.

双语地图在城市宣传与对外交流中发挥的作用越来越大,其中地图注记的翻译是地图是否实用的关键。本文以中英文版《武汉市中心城区图》为例,探讨了双语地图中英文注释的设计方法。在参考国家相关规定的基础上,总结了注记翻译中“专名音译,通名意译”的一般原则,并针对属性词、单位名、地名和专题信息等不同种类的地图注记翻译进行了研究。

Software increasingly determines what can be designed, constructed and even how design occurs. Here, Alexander R Galloway and Eugene Thacker present a series of investigations with the collaborative Radical Software Group (RSG). Their practice examines the nature of software code as a form of language. Addressing theoretical issues regarding meaning and representation, they argue for thinking more abstractly and generatively about language, and propose a new, or liberated, computer language in which the representational determinations implicit to any software are geared towards innovation in communication and design. By rewriting the software that allows for the transmission and translation of knowledge across previously discrete fields of production, programming allows for new and productive cross-pollination. C-E Translation of Public Signs in Xi'an under the Guidance of Skopostheorie

Public signs are widely used in our lives, and increasingly play a significant role with the boom of international tourism. Xi'an, as a major tour destination of China, needs more accurate public signs. Skopostheorie offers a new perspective for translation and translating. In Skopostheorie, translation is seen as translational action with purposes. The TT which doesn't achieve the function and purpose is not an adequate translation. In this thesis, C-E translation of public signs under the guidance of Skopostheorie in Xi'an is discussed.
