为了研究超声电机在真空环境下的驱动行为,设计了一套测试装置。通过该装置实现了对超声电机负载力矩的施加以及在真空环境下对超声电机转速、转矩的测量。试验结果表明,超声电机可以在真空环境下工作,但性能较常态环境下有所变化,其空载转速明显下降,堵转力矩有所增大。 相似文献

为了保护卫星发射阶段磁悬浮飞轮系统,设计了一种超声电机驱动的锁紧装置,实现了锁紧和解锁功能,达到保护飞轮的目的.锁紧装置包括机械结构部分和驱动控制部分.机械结构部分使用旋转型行波超声电机做驱动源,传动部分采用蜗轮蜗杆带动执行机构锁紧飞轮转子.驱动控制部分的核心为单片机和超声电机驱动电路,并进行了超声电机驱动的锁紧装置试验.试验表明:锁紧和解锁过程中电机的输入功率分别为7.6W和6.7W,电学输入参数稳定;在许用范围内电机温升4℃;锁紧装置可在沿飞轮径向产生171 N锁紧力.超声电机驱动的锁紧装置具有重量轻、占用空间小、简化了传动部分设计的优点,为磁悬浮飞轮系统的进一步小型化提供了可能. 相似文献

为了探索和快速实现多自由度超声电机的设计及应用,提出一种锥型结构的多自由度超声电机。该电机定子采用单足驱动方式,利用四分区的叠层压电陶瓷作为激励元件,分析其产生两维直线运动的驱动机理。利用有限元软件ANSYS对电机建立参数化模型,并导入到多学科优化软件Optimus中进行全局优化求解。优化结果表明,电机多个设计目标都得以实现,最后制作实验样机并成功应用在x-y平台上。 相似文献

热敏电阻传感器存在着严重的非线性静态特性和响应滞后的动态特性,当被测量的温度变化率高于传感器的响应速度时,测量结果与真值之间存在较大的误差。为了补偿这个测量误差,采用了一个由无限响应的IIR滤波器和静态非线性环节构成的非线性滤波器去减小误差。IIR滤波器的系数通过实验数据得到,它是传感器的动态逆模型;非线性静态环节采用单输入/单输出小脑神经网络(S ISO CM AC)实现,S ISO CM AC具有学习简单、收敛速度快、函数逼近精度高等优点。采用此方法改善热敏电阻的动态特性具有不依赖传感器模型的特点,并通过实验对该方法的有效性进行了验证。 相似文献

The wear characteristics of larger than 120 mm-diameter grinding balls used in large semiautogenous (SAG) mills is studied in the present paper. SEM observation on the worn ball surface reveals a severe microcutting process. Abrasion grooves can be found on the overall surface. Moreover, persistent microcracks are found on the surface. The observation on the cross section indicates extended white layers and white bands exist in the subsurface of worn balls. The white layer is not homogenous on the surface. The largest white layer is about 20 μm thick and 1.3 mm long. The wear resistance of the white layer is tested with a simulated high stress impact wear tester. It is found that the white layer is associated with delamination wear, which significantly increases the wear rate. The delamination wear mechanism is explained from the intensely deformed microstructure and microcracks inside the white layer. Based on the experimental results, a wear formula consisting of both microcutting wear and delamination wear is submitted. This formula means that high wear resistance is only achieved when the hardness and fracture toughness of grinding balls are increased simultaneously. 相似文献

Isochromatics obtained from photoelastic experiment shows the stress distributions of the full field of a structure under
load. Therefore, stress distributions of the structure can be read at a glance through isochromatics. Many experimental data
can be obtained from isochromatics which are then used in various photoelastic experimental hybrid methods for stress analysis.
Monochromatic light has however, until now been used in the photoelastic experimental hybrid method to produce black and white
isochromatics. The use of black and white isochromatics in photoelastic experimental hybrid method for black and white isochromatics
requires high fringe orders in order to obtain sufficient experimental data for photoelastic hybrid techniques. Accordingly,
this paper develops the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for color isochromatics in which a fringe order of 1 is enough
to gather the experimental data of the photoelastic experimental hybrid method. The method was applied to validate stress
concentration problems. Experimental results from this study indicated that the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for
color isochromatics is more precise than the photoelastic experimental hybrid method for black and white isochromatics. The
use of few fringe orders in photoelastic experimental hybrid method for color isochromatics can offer significant advantages
in stress analysis of real components using reflective-type photoelastic experimental method. 相似文献

复合型超声波电机是一种新型摩擦驱动器,具有低转速大转矩、可用于直接驱动、断电时具有高自锁力矩、高转角分辨率、小型轻量、响应速度快、运行平稳等特点。基于这些特点探索了复合型超声波电机在数控机床的转角坐标中的应用,为解决超声波电机在精密定位控制中的强非线性影响,提出了一种新型的脉冲法精密定位方法,介绍了定位方法的原理及其相应系统的设计、总体结构和实现过程,并对控制参数的选择进行了探讨和实验研究。实验结果表明,采用该方法对任意转角的重复定位精度在0.010之内,表明了这一方法的有效性和高精度。 相似文献

提出一种主要由伺服电机、径向磁化盘状永磁铁、"F"形导磁体及悬浮物构成的可控磁路式并联型永磁悬浮系统。系统中,并联悬浮物是置于导磁体正下方两个不同重量的铁球,伺服电机驱动盘状永磁铁旋转,改变通过悬浮物的有效磁通量,进而控制悬浮力大小,实现两铁球的稳定悬浮。根据系统结构及可控磁路式并联型永磁悬浮原理将系统模型简化,并建立系统的数学模型,分析使系统稳定悬浮的可能性,计算使系统稳定悬浮的PD控制器反馈增益范围。实验结果表明:在控制器参数满足计算范围条件下,当给系统一较小阶跃外扰时,在实时控制系统作用下,系统在很短的响应时间内可达到新的稳定悬浮状态;相同的外扰可导致左右球异向的位移响应结果,左球移动方向与外扰相同,而右球相反。 相似文献

The current match method of electric powertrain still makes use of longitudinal dynamics, which can’t realize maximum capacity for on-board energy storage unit and can’t reach lowest equivalent fuel consumption as well. Another match method focuses on improving available space considering reasonable layout of vehicle to enlarge rated energy capacity for on-board energy storage unit, which can keep the longitudinal dynamics performance almost unchanged but can’t reach lowest fuel consumption. Considering the characteristics of driving motor, method of electric powertrain matching utilizing conventional longitudinal dynamics for driving system and cut-and-try method for energy storage system is proposed for passenger cars converted from traditional ones. Through combining the utilization of vehicle space which contributes to the on-board energy amount, vehicle longitudinal performance requirements, vehicle equivalent fuel consumption level, passive safety requirements and maximum driving range requirement together, a comprehensive optimal match method of electric powertrain for battery-powered electric vehicle is raised. In simulation, the vehicle model and match method is built in Matlab/simulink, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Urban Dynamometer Driving Schedule (UDDS) is chosen as a test condition. The simulation results show that 2.62% of regenerative energy and 2% of energy storage efficiency are increased relative to the traditional method. The research conclusions provide theoretical and practical solutions for electric powertrain matching for modern battery-powered electric vehicles especially for those converted from traditional ones, and further enhance dynamics of electric vehicles. 相似文献

为了实现检测角膜的表面形貌,设计了基于Placido盘的角膜地形图仪投射照明系统。首先,根据人眼的明视觉光谱光视效率、CCD元件光谱响应曲线以及仪器对面光源照度与发光均匀性的要求,进行了LED背光源设计。其次,根据角膜地形图仪检测原理,比较了球形和椭球形Placido盘的利弊,在背光源照明下分析了这两种面型Placido盘的光照情况。分析显示,椭球形Placido盘的最大辐照度优于球形盘。采用反向逆推法建立数学模型,利用Matlab软件求解确定了盘上黑白条纹环的分布。最后,根据上述设计参数进行了Placido盘加工,搭建了投影照明实验装置,并利用标准模型眼对所获得的投射照明系统进行检测。实验结果表明:在主波长为625nm的AlGalnP红色LED面光源照明的情况下,采用所设计的24环椭球型Placido盘成像到CCD上的黑白条纹环满足等间隔均匀分布的要求,检测精度可达到0.05m~(-1),较好地满足了角膜地形图仪对投射照明系统的高对比度、高精度的要求。 相似文献
