在氯化物催渗气体氮碳共渗基础上,把共渗温度分为两段控制,同时研究了保温时间,渗用量等工艺参数对共渗件性能和变形的影响。结果表明,与常规氮碳共渗工艺比较,该新工艺表层硬度提高约30%,渗层深度增加1-3倍,变形量小,耐磨性也有很大提高。  相似文献

采用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、X射线衍射仪和俄歇能谱仪等手段研究了稀土及稀土加入量、共渗时间对渗层厚度、硬度及渗层组成的影响。研究结果表明,稀土对离子氮碳共渗过程有明显的催渗作用,尤其是一些难渗氮的奥氏体不锈钢。在给定条件下,稀土的催渗效果有一最佳含量。稀土对渗层相组成也有影响。  相似文献

试验了氯化铵、海绵钛复合催渗剂对3Cr2W8V钢气体氮碳共渗的影响,并探讨了其作用机理。试验结果表明,此复合催渗剂可显著缩短3Cr2W8V钢气体氮碳共渗的时间,提高渗层厚度和硬度,能得到质量良好的渗层。  相似文献

在渗剂中不加稀土和加入不同量稀土的条件下,对3Cr2W8V钢进行了硫碳氮共渗试验。用金相法和显微硬度法测定了硫碳氮共渗动力学曲线。利用二次离子质谱仪和X射线光电子能谱仪,对稀土在试样表面分布与存在状态进行了研究。结果表明,适量稀土对硫碳氮共渗具有明显的催渗作用;稀土能渗入钢中,渗入试样表面的稀土以氧化物和固溶态的形式存在;稀土通过促进碳氮硫原子在表面的吸附及破坏表面氮化层,清洁界面,加速硫碳氮共渗  相似文献

研究了一种自保护碳氮共渗膏剂,探讨了该膏剂的自保护机理、碳热变化和碳扩散距离,测定了碳氮共渗层的成分、相组成、显微组织及性能。试验表明,经该膏剂碳氮共渗处理试样的表面硬度、耐磨性及渗速均优于气体碳氮共渗,该工艺适用于工件的局部碳氮共渗。  相似文献

介绍了球铁凸轮轴水冷铜金属型铸造工艺,为了满足球铁凸轮轴的要求(QT700-2,铁素体≤5%),适当加入合金元素Cu、Sn,其中Cu控制在1.0%~1.4%,Sn在0.03%~0.05%.球化处理时,减少Mg、RE的加入量,同时对铸件进行正火处理.经批量生产验证,该工艺稳定,效率高,可以满足球铁凸轮轴的生产要求.  相似文献

An as-cast bainite ductile iron with excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance was fabricated by alloying and centrifugal casting method, and the alloyed chemical composition was optimized by using the thermodynamic software Thermo-Calc. By using optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction, the microstructure of the as-fabricated bainite ductile cast iron was characterized pertinent to the elements distribution in matrix and features of ferrite and retained austenite. The results of mechanical properties test show that the hardness and compressive strength of this alloyed ductile iron are 52 HRC and 2,200 MPa, respectively. The ascast bainite ductile iron possesses highly abrasive wear resistance and the reason can be ascribed to the solid solution of the elements Si, Ni, Cu, and Mn in the austenite and the formation of carbides of elements Cr and Mo. The strength of bainite ductile iron is increased by the acicular bainitic ferrite in the matrix.  相似文献

A chemico-thermal treatment process, coat-nitrocarburizing, has been developed for use on iron and steel. The process consists of treating the workpiece with a coat that forms on the surface from the gaseous products of sublimation and decomposition of a triazine polymer reagent in a closed volume. The process can be used over a wide range of temperatures, either below the eutectoid transformation temperature in the Fe-N-C system for low-temperature nitrocarburizing, or above this temperature for hightemperature nitrocarburizing in different applications. The process is very simple, easily controlled, and is economic. In addition, it is a nonpolluting process, unlike conventional chemico-thermal treatment processes that discharge harmful gases into the atmosphere.  相似文献

研究了不同的冷却速度、稀土加入量、碳量、硅量、Si/C、Mn/S及孕育处理等工艺时薄壁球墨铸铁球墨数量和白口深度的影响。结果表明,随着冷却速率增加,薄壁球墨铸铁石墨小球越多,但容易产生白口。冷速较大时,加入稀土元素进行孕育和控制碳当量,可以有效的消除薄壁球墨铸铁的白口现象,当Si/C大于0.80、Mn/S大于20时薄壁件白口倾向较小。  相似文献

To study the effect of rare earth (RE) addition on low temperature plasma nitrocarburizing of martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel, 17-4PH stainless steel was plasma nitrocarburized at 460 °C for different times with RE addition. The modified layers were tested by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction, microhardness tester and pin-on-disc tribometer. The experimental results show that the layer depth of plasma RE nitrocarburized layer can be increased up to 56% compared with plasma nitrocarburizing without RE addition. Incorporation of RE element is beneficial to the formation of nitrogen and carbon expanded martensite (α′N). The surface microhardness of plasma RE nitrocarburized layer can be increased to 1286 HV and higher up to 80 HV than that obtained from the conventional treated one. The friction coefficient of martensitic stainless steel can be dramatically decreased by low temperature plasma nitrocarburizing with RE addition, and the friction coefficient of the modified specimens decrease gradually with increasing process time in the present test condition.  相似文献
