通过试验对比,探讨了炼焦煤捣固操作、配合煤细度、结焦时间、熄焦方式以及配煤结构对焦炭热态性能的影响。结果表明,捣固炼焦在一定程度上可以提高焦炭的热性能;配合煤细度对焦炭的热性能有一定影响;适当延长结焦时间可以改善焦炭的热性能;干法熄焦可以显著改善焦炭的热性能;配煤结构及煤质特点对焦炭热性能有根本影响,在经济合理的基础上应尽量多配焦煤或肥煤以提高焦炭的热态性能。 相似文献

选取了鞍钢化工总厂常用的4种炼焦煤和神木长焰煤为实验煤种,采用2kg室式实验焦炉分别对单种煤和配合煤在三种堆密度下炼焦,所得焦炭按GB1997-89测定其反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR).旨在寻求不同堆密度炼焦对焦炭热性能和长焰煤对捣固炼焦焦炭热性能的影响规律.结果表明:单种煤、配合煤炼焦的焦炭CRI都随着炼焦煤堆密度的增加而降低,CSR则提高;添加长焰煤炼焦对焦炭的CRI、CSR的总趋势是长焰煤配比越高则焦炭CRI越高,而CSR越低;但通过提高堆密度的方式炼焦,可以减小低阶煤对焦炭CRI和CSR的劣化. 相似文献
