焦炭M10指标的影响因素分析及改善措施

焦炭M10指标的影响因素有炉型、装煤堆比重、配煤结构、入炉煤细度、熄焦方式等。采用大型焦炉、增加装炉煤堆比重、适当提高入炉煤细度、采取干熄焦方式、高的炼焦终温及合理的配煤结构,有利于改善焦炭质量。济钢6#～9#焦炉采用降低干熄焦故障率、优化配煤结构等措施,焦炭M10指标由6.46%改善到5.99%。     

焦炭热态性能的影响因素探讨

通过试验对比,探讨了炼焦煤捣固操作、配合煤细度、结焦时间、熄焦方式以及配煤结构对焦炭热态性能的影响。结果表明,捣固炼焦在一定程度上可以提高焦炭的热性能;配合煤细度对焦炭的热性能有一定影响;适当延长结焦时间可以改善焦炭的热性能;干法熄焦可以显著改善焦炭的热性能;配煤结构及煤质特点对焦炭热性能有根本影响,在经济合理的基础上应尽量多配焦煤或肥煤以提高焦炭的热态性能。     

炼焦入炉煤细度优化试验研究

本文通过在40kg小焦炉中对炼焦人炉煤粒度的试验研究以及结合焦炉生产操作实际，分析探讨人炉煤细度及粒度组成对焦炉生产操作、焦炭质量的影响，寻找最佳细度及粒度组成。     

焦化前期工艺参数对焦炭强度的影响

采用40 kg小焦炉模拟唐钢炼焦制气厂的生产过程,研究高温焖炉时间、堆密度和配合煤的细度对焦炭强度的影响.结果表明:高温焖炉时间控制在180 min,配合煤堆密度控制在0.8 t/m3左右,配合煤的细度控制在77%左右时,焦炭的冷态强度和高温强度最佳.     

配加石油焦炼焦的试验研究

从石油焦的本体性质、粉碎细度、配入比例以及结合煤炭资源与配煤成本优化配煤结构等方面,探讨在保证焦炭质量的前提下配加石油焦炼焦的最佳参数。     

大同云岗弱黏结性煤配煤炼焦研究

在对大同云岗煤基础性质研究的基础上,基于现有配煤方案,通过添加云岗煤来替代部分瘦煤、1/3焦煤或气煤进行配煤炼焦,研究了煤的细度和配比等对焦炭冷、热态强度和反应性等的影响。结果表明：云岗煤细度增加,焦炭的冷热态强度均有增加;云岗煤替代气煤,焦炭冷态强度随着配比增加先升高后减小,但热态强度下降;替代1/3焦煤及瘦煤,焦炭冷热态强度均是随着配入量的增加而减小。在配煤时增加肥煤的配入量,配入≯3%的云岗煤可以保证焦炭的质量。多用云岗煤,将有利于降低焦炭硫分和灰分,扩大炼焦煤资源,降低配煤成本。     

配加低阶烟煤在不同堆密度下炼焦焦炭热性能研究*

选取了鞍钢化工总厂常用的4种炼焦煤和神木长焰煤为实验煤种,采用2kg室式实验焦炉分别对单种煤和配合煤在三种堆密度下炼焦,所得焦炭按GB1997-89测定其反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR).旨在寻求不同堆密度炼焦对焦炭热性能和长焰煤对捣固炼焦焦炭热性能的影响规律.结果表明:单种煤、配合煤炼焦的焦炭CRI都随着炼焦煤堆密度的增加而降低,CSR则提高;添加长焰煤炼焦对焦炭的CRI、CSR的总趋势是长焰煤配比越高则焦炭CRI越高,而CSR越低;但通过提高堆密度的方式炼焦,可以减小低阶煤对焦炭CRI和CSR的劣化.     

炼焦煤细度控制对生产影响的研究

通过调整控制不同的炼焦煤粉碎细度,进行炼焦试验,进而研究出炼焦煤细度对炼焦生产的诸多方面影响,为炼焦生产煤的细度控制提供参考。     

神木煤配煤炼焦试验研究

神木煤属于低灰低硫低价煤种,储煤量丰富,通过开展神木煤直配配煤炼焦试验和不同细度配煤试验,优化配煤结构,合理配煤,改善配合煤粘结性,可将神木煤配入量达到3%~5%。试验结果表明配入神木煤可使焦炭达到降灰和降本效果,为包钢扩大煤源使用范围和降本增效提供了技术支持。
