以特级矾土、亚白刚玉等为骨料,氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉、碳化硅粉、铝酸钙水泥、硅粉等为基质料,按骨料与基质料质量比为70:30配料,分别外加质量分数0、1%、2%和3%的球状沥青,加水和少量减水剂共混制成Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料,经振动成型、养护、脱模和烘干后,在1500℃空气气氛中保温3h热处理。对干燥后和热处理后试样进行了常温物理性能、高温抗折强度和抗渣性能检测。结果表明:随着球状沥青加入量的增加,碳氧化导致试样结构疏松,高温抗折强度逐渐减小;适量球状沥青在热处理过程中软化后渗入试样孔隙中,可以提高试样的抗渣侵蚀性能;加入球状沥青的质量分数为1%时,浇注料的综合性能最好。 相似文献

研究了含铁沥青基炭球在CO2中的活化反应,结果表明,在900℃下含铁沥青基炭球在CO2中的活化反应速度比水蒸气中的活化反应速度慢.在活化收率相近的情况下,经CO2活化所得的沥青基球状活性炭比水蒸气活化所得的沥青基球状活性炭中孔比例高.随CO2活化时间的延长,所得沥青基球状活性炭的中孔孔径变大.高温短时间的CO2活化更有利于所得沥青基球状活性炭中孔比例的提高. 相似文献

研究了不同活化条件对沥青基球状活性炭表面物理结构的影响,并初步探索了其作为医学吸附材料对维生素B12及肌酸酐的吸附性能。结果表明:改变活化条件,可在一定范围内控制沥青基球状活性炭的孔径;在实验条件下,沥青基球状活性炭对维生素B12及肌酸酐的吸附率分别达到80%及96%。 相似文献

将粉末丁苯橡胶(PSBR)或苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)与蒙脱土(MMT)制成复合材料,用于改性老化沥青(PSBR质量分数3%,SBS质量分数5%),研究了复合材料及其改性老化沥青的结构,考察了MMT用量对复合材料改性老化沥青物理性能与高温贮存稳定性的影响.结果表明,在PSBR/MMT复合材料中,MMT与PSBR形成了插层结构;在PSBR/MMT和SBS/MMT复合材料改性老化沥青中,复合材料呈球状分布;当MMT用量过大时,部分MMT滞留在聚合物中,出现颗粒MMT;复合材料对老化沥青的物理性能改性优于单独加入MMT;PSBR/MMT复合材料可改善老化沥青的高低温性能;SBS/MMT复合材料可显著改善老化沥青的高温性能;MMT用量不同时,PSBR/MMT复合材料改性老化沥青的贮存稳定性相当;当SBS/MMT(质量比)为5/3时,复合材料改性老化沥青的贮存稳定性较佳. 相似文献

通过动态黏弹性能、结构分析和沥青基本性能测试研究了SBS和沥青之间的相容性,以及SBS用量对改性沥青的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,SBS与沥青有一定的相容性,沥青中的某些组分可进入SBS的聚丁二烯(PB)链段区域。使PB的玻璃化转变温度升高,在高剪切力作用下也可进入聚苯乙烯(PS)链段,降低了PS的玻璃化转变温度,但不会使PS物理交联点发生严重解体。当SBS质量分数为5%时,SBS在沥青中呈彼此分离的球状颗粒;当SBS质量分数达到7%或以上时,则形成连续相。随着SBS质量分数的增加。改性沥青的软化点和低温延度升高,针入度和高温贮存稳定性下降。 相似文献

以棕刚玉、碳化硅、铝酸盐水泥及超微粉等为原料制备了棕刚玉基Al2O3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料,研究了球状沥青加入量对其性能的影响,并确定了球状沥青的最佳加入量;在此基础上,进一步研究了鳞片石墨外加量对该浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着球状沥青加入量的增加,浇注料的需水量增加,体积密度减小,显气孔率升高,强度降低,抗渣侵蚀性先提高后降低;当球状沥青加入质量分数为3%时,浇注料需水量增加的幅度与强度降低的幅度并不明显,且抗渣侵蚀性最好;在球状沥青加入质量分数为3%的前提下,外加质量分数0.5%的鳞片石墨可使该浇注料的强度略有增加,抗渣侵蚀性进一步提高,但鳞片石墨质量分数超过0.5%后,反而使浇注料的需水量增大,显气孔率升高,强度降低,抗渣侵蚀性变差。现场使用效果表明,以3%质量分数的球状沥青配合0.5%质量分数的鳞片石墨作为炭素原料制备的棕刚玉基Al2O3-SiC-C铁沟浇注料,具有施工性好,易烘烤,性能优良,质量可靠的优点,在大型高炉出铁场上使用,其一次通铁量可达到19.8万t。 相似文献

通过活化添加二茂铁的沥青球,制得了比表面积在1000m2/g左右的中孔比较发达的沥青基球状活性炭。其中扎面积可达187m2/g,中孔孔容达0。304cm2/g,占总孔容的44%,中扎扎径主要分布在30A~50A及300A~500A处添加二茂铁后制得的沥青基球状活性炭与不添加二茂铁的沥青基球状活性炭相比,对VB12的吸附量有大幅度的提高。 相似文献

This paper studies and validates the potential of the performance and output efficiency for the impact-mode piezoelectric energy harvesting system by introducing the additional interfaced plate. The interfaced plate is allocated between the ball dropped and piezoelectric disc. Therefore, the ball hits the piezoelectric disc indirectly. The impact force will be altered depending on different values of ball mass and height dropped. The two parameters such as diameter and height of the interfaced plate are investigated. The output efficiency of the piezoelectric disc increases when the diameter of the interfaced plate is decreased. While the amplitude of the output voltage and power increase as the height of the interfaced plate is increased. These statements are proven and determined by the results obtained in this paper. However, the output voltage and power of the piezoelectric disc without the interfaced plate is higher than the output power of the interfaced plate that is employed on the piezoelectric disc when the free fall experiment (instantaneous impact force) is conducted. 相似文献

The structure of self-caking artificial graphite based on coal-tar pitch hardened at 225, 275, and 450°C by oxidation with atmospheric oxygen on the surface of thermally expanded graphite (TEG) flakes was studied by scanning electron microscopy. In the course of the preparation of the material after hardening, the flakes covered with pitch were tightly compressed on grinding to molding powder in a ball mill and during the extrusion of laboratory workpieces in a rigid matrix to result in a laminar structure of the test materials. It was found that the caking capacity of TEG flakes and pitch layers decreased as the temperature of oxidation was increased. The thicknesses of pitch layers and TEG flakes were estimated based on the distance between the layers of the material. 相似文献

The absorption-desorption characteristics towards hydrogen of obtained by ball milling under argon atmosphere magnesium based composites (containing respectively 95 wt% Mg and 5 wt% activated carbon (AC) derived from bean pods (BP), apricot stones (AS) and mixture of coal tar pitch and furfural (CTPF)), were investigated. Actually there is no substantial difference between the rate of hydriding and the absorption capacity for magnesium composite with AC derived from apricot stones, and for magnesium composite with AC derived from a mixture of coal tar pitch and furfural — the capacity is 6.13 wt% for the former and 5.98 wt% for the latter. More significant difference between the investigated composites was observed for the dehydriding process. The magnesium composite with synthetic carbon (from furfural and coal tar pitch) desorbs at 623 K and 0.15 MPa and the absorbed hydrogen about twice faster than magnesium composite with AC from bean pods. The activated carbon derived from a mixture of coal tar pitch and furfural has the highest specific surface area, and obviously this characteristic has important influence especially on the dehydriding kinetics of magnesium. 相似文献
