Development and Applications of Holonic Manufacturing Systems: A Survey   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2  
This paper surveys the literature in the holonic manufacturing systems area in an attempt to bring together the key issues in the development and applications of holonic systems. A brief introduction presents the characteristics of today’s manufacturing environment and the requirements for next generation manufacturing systems. Then, starting with considerations about the origins of the holonic concept and its first applications in manufacturing, the paper presents the advances made in applying the holonic concept to manufacturing systems area. Several considerations for the development of holonic manufacturing systems and specific holonic system requirements are discussed. As holonic concept is considered a solution for next generation manufacturing systems, there is a significant number of applications and implementations of the holonic concept in manufacturing systems domain. The most important and relevant approaches developed so far are presented. Finally, a short conclusion and future research directions in the area are provided  相似文献

Part of a larger research that employs decentralized holonic modelling techniques in manufacturing planning and control, this work proposes a holonic-based material handling system and contrasts the centralized and distributed scheduling approaches for the allocation of material handling operations to the available system resources. To justify the use of the decentralized holonic approach and assess its performance compared to conventional scheduling systems, a series of evaluation tests and a simulation study are carried out. As illustrated by the results obtained from the simulation study, the decentralized holonic approach is capable of delivering competitive feasible solutions in, practically, real-time.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The development of a hypertext-based diagnosis system requires, on one hand, adapted tools for a task oriented navigation across the documents, and on the other hand, context sensitive browsing capability of the knowledge base. This paper presents a system that possesses both properties. It is based on a formal model ontology for representing a diagnostic domain, a computational scheme to implement and use the ontology, and a human-machine interface to provide users with an efficient access to objects, methods, and relations described in the ontology. We use an example based on the diagnosis of vibrations of rotating machines throughout the paper to illustrate the approach. The example has been built and implemented according to the norm (AFNOR 1998), which defines the protocol and the evaluation procedure of vibration from signals measured and recorded on the rotating machines.  相似文献

为了解决受限域问答系统中答案抽取的问题,提出了一种基于浅层语义分析的问答系统模型。该模型以自然语言为接口,利用医院信息本体,采用浅层语义分析技术,由语义块定义规则和语义块判定规则,首先生成问句向量,然后利用SPARQL查询技术,在本体中进行查询,从而得到答案。实验表明该方法可行,对自动问答系统的设计具有借鉴意义和深入研究的价值。  相似文献

Ontologies represent domain concepts and relations in a form of semantic network. Many research works use ontologies in the information matchmaking and retrieval. This trend is further accelerated by the convergence of various information sources supported by ontologies. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-modality ontology model that integrates both the low-level image features and the high-level text information to represent image contents for image retrieval. By embedding this ontology into an image retrieval system, we are able to realize intelligent image retrieval with high precision. Moreover, benefiting from the soft-coded ontology model, this system has good flexibility and can be easily extended to the larger domains. Currently, our experiment is conducted on the animal domain canine. An ontology has been built based on the low-level features and the domain knowledge of canine. A prototype retrieval system is set up to assess the performance. We compare our experiment results with traditional text-based image search engine and prove the advantages of our approach.  相似文献

This paper describes two heterarchical architectures which use distributed intelligence for the control (operation scheduling, resource allocation and product routing) of a manufacturing cell. In these architectures intelligence is put respectively at the product and through the network of workstation computers. The cost of embedded specialized hardware required for the first option is still very high. The second option needs the utilization of Automatic Identification and Data Capture technology close to the product to permit its identification and tracking by the computer system. These technologies enable the automated identification of objects, the collection of data about them, and the storage of that data directly into computer systems. Through this network, the computer system can access or update information in databases about the products and connect with software agents that represent production orders and resources and take in common decisions through negotiation and contract-based rules. The theory of the proposed solutions is based on the holonic manufacturing and product-driven automation concepts. The implementation methodology along with experimental results is presented, emphasizing the advantages of each solution.  相似文献

The paper summarizes the logistic fundamentals of holonic production systems (HPSs). It drafts the features of HPSs essential from the logistic point of view and the requirements that have to be fulfilled for a given holonic system, and outlines the control of logistic system for an HPS. The paper also describes the logistic tasks of a common service centre, its operating domain and the advantages achievable in the course of its application. The second part of the paper deals with some optimization problems of purchasing logistics. 检索系统可以通过引入本体来弥补传统关键词检索语义匮乏的缺陷,然而,领域专家构建本体存在过程复杂、工期长、更新困难等弊端.为此,综合分析多种本体构建方法和技术,针对专利数据的特点给出一套半自动构建本体的方案,在此基础上提出基于半自动构建本体的专利信息检索系统的体系框架,描述系统原型的设计思想和检索流程,通过实验验证该系统能很好的扩充延伸检索词,明显地提高了检索效率以及查全率.  相似文献

随着新一代人工智能技术的发展,制造系统由以往的人物二元系统发展为人机物三元系统,跨域跨层的多元数据融合成为必然趋势。本体作为一种能在语义上描述数据的概念模型,被广泛应用于多元异构数据的集成、共享与重用中。在传统工业领域中,利用本体融合驱动数据融合的研究通常集中于信息和物理系统。针对人机物本体融合问题,文中提出了一种改进的表示学习模型TransHP。由于经典的表示学习的翻译模型未有效利用除三元组结构以外的其他信息,TransHP在TransH上加以改进,将本体中的元素构成类别三元组与实例三元组。首先针对类别概念构成的三元组,利用三元组的结构和属性进行联合训练;然后将得到的类别实体的向量表示作为训练实例向量的输入,与实例的结构信息进行联合训练,同时以置信度作为关系强度加入计算,以解决关系三元组稀疏性造成的实体在语义空间无序分布的问题。文中构建以工业领域热轧生产流程为例的人机物本体,并将其作为小样本进行测试,实验结果表明,与TransH模型相比,在人机物本体中,TransHP模型推理出实体间的关系更丰富,准确率更高。TransHP模型实现了人机物本体的融合,解决了人机物信息交互的问题,为协同...  相似文献
