BPD-MA光动力作用对膀胱癌细胞凋亡及bcl-2蛋白表达的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的:研究激光活化BPD-MA光动力诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及其可能机制。方法:应用流式细胞仪分析BPD-MA光动力作用后细胞凋亡及免疫组化染色检测凋亡相关蛋白bcl-2蛋白表达水平。结果:激光活化BPD-MA光动力实验组人膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87凋亡发生率达26.11±2.59%,与对照组相比,差异非常显著性(P<0.01);光动力作用后膀胱癌细胞线粒体相关调控蛋白bcl-2表达显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:激光活化BPD-MA光动力作用具有诱导人膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87凋亡的生物效应,而线粒体相关调控蛋白bcl-2表达水平的降低可能是激光活化BPD-MA光动力诱导人膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87凋亡的重要机制之一。  相似文献

为了研究光动力抑癌作用机制,采用流式细胞仪和TUNEL法检测激光光敏化BPD-MA后人膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87细胞凋亡的发生状况.激光光敏化BPD-MA后人膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87组细胞凋亡发生率明显增高,许多细胞核呈棕黄色,高倍镜下可见细胞核内有大量棕褐色颗粒,与阳性对照中凋亡细胞核的特征相符合,而对照组此种细胞少见.TUNEL阴性对照中细胞核均呈蓝色.结果表明,激光激活BPD-MA光动力作用明显诱导人膀胱癌细胞株BIU-87细胞发生凋亡,这可能是其抑癌作用机制之一.  相似文献

CdS/CdTe叠层太阳电池的制备及其性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
CdS/CdTe太阳电池是薄膜太阳电池研究工作的一个重要方向.为了提高开路电压Voc、改善电池的光谱响应,进而提高电池的转换效率,在此提出CdS/CdTe叠层太阳电池结构.文中,叠层电池的顶电池由CdS/CdTe超薄层构成;底电池由CdS/CdTe薄膜层构成.经分析测试,实验制备的CdS/CdTe叠层太阳电池具有明显的叠层结构,开路电压最高达到了852mV,短路电流密度最大为13mA/cm2,填充因子最高为55.2%,这种叠层电池的效率达到了8.16%(0.071cm2).研究表明相对于传统的单层CdS/CdTe太阳电池,CdS/CdTe叠层电池的制备对研究如何提高CdS/CdTe太阳电池的光伏性能有一定的参考价值.  相似文献

介绍了一种基于MEMS技术的高效细胞电融合芯片的设计。采用微加工技术将芯片的细胞电融合小室制作成微电极阵列以实现细胞的大量融合,提高细胞的融合效率。还在芯片各个区域设计出不同的融合电极结构,并在相同的融合条件下比较了电极结构不同时融合效率的差异,以便找出一种细胞融合效率更好的电极结构。  相似文献

Here, design of the first pathogen‐mimicking metal oxide nanoparticles with the ability to enter cancer cells and to selectively target and activate the TLR9 pathway, and with optical and MR imaging capabilities, is reported. The immobilization of ssDNA (CpG ODN 2006) on MnO nanoparticles is performed via the phosphoramidite route using a multifunctional polymer. The multifunctional polymer used for the nanoparticle surface modification not only affords a protective organic biocompatible shell but also provides an efficient and convenient means for loading immunostimulatory oligonucleotides. Since fluorescent molecules are amenable to photodetection, a chromophore (Rhodamine) is introduced into the polymer chain to trace the nanoparticles in Caki‐1 (human kidney cancer) cells. The ssDNA coupled nanoparticles are used to target Toll‐like receptors 9 (TLR9) receptors inside the cells and to activate the classical TLR cascade. The presence of TLR9 is demonstrated independently in the Caki‐1 cell line by western blotting and immunostaining techniques. The magnetic properties of the MnO core make functionalized MnO nanoparticles potential diagnostic agents for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) thereby enabling multimodal detection by a combination of MR and optical imaging methods. The trimodal nanoparticles allow the imaging of cellular trafficking by different means and simultaneously are an effective drug carrier system.  相似文献

The first realization of a new type of silicon solar cell intended for operation at very high concentration, with all the contacts at its front face, is presented. Although the efficiencies achieved are not outstanding, the feasibility of the structure is proven by the fabrication of several thousands of cells with similar performance. Modeling has evidenced the main routes for improvement. Efficiencies close to 25% for a range of efficiencies from 80 to 560 suns are predicted as achievable for cells with state‐of‐the‐art technology and appropriate layout. This article is based on the observation of a Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) five-transistor Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) cell (5T SRAM cell) for very high density and low power applications. This cell retains its data with leakage current and positive feedback without refresh cycle. This 5T SRAM cell uses one word-line and one bit-line and extra read-line control. The new cell size is 21.66% smaller than a conventional six-transistor SRAM cell using the same design rules with no performance degradation. Simulation and analytical results show purposed cell has correct operation during read/write and also the delay of new cell is 70.15% smaller than a six-transistor SRAM cell. The new 5T SRAM cell contains 72.10% less leakage current with respect to the 6T SRAM memory cell using cadence 45?nm technology.  相似文献

设计了一种低电压工作的开关电流甲乙类存储单元,该电路采用的工作电压为±1V,最大采样信号频率可达12.9MHz,具有结构简单、容易设计等优点。文中给出了采用该存储单元设计的一个周期延迟电路和一个双线性积分器实例,其中设计的双线性积分器可以实现双频采样。使用TSMC0.18μm工艺参数和HSPICE进行电路仿真,结果表明所设计的电路失配误差小、没有瞬态虚假信号,其输出波形非常理想,设计结果达到了预期目的。  相似文献

锌减轻顺铂诱发肝损伤的超微结构研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本实验用大鼠对顺铂诱发的肝素性作用及锌对肝细胞是否有保护舴作用进行了实验超微病理学研究。结果显示单纯给大鼠腹腔内注射顺铂7mg/kg,可致肝细胞的严重损伤,但加用醋酸锌后,可明显减轻由顺铂诱发的损伤作用。表明锌能有效地保护肝细胞,是肝细胞很好的保护剂。  相似文献
