基于S7-300 PLC的飞剪模糊控制系统

飞剪剪切精度很大程度取决于剪刃位置控制。针对飞剪系统具有强扰动、变参数、模型不确定等特点,结合武汉钢铁集团公司CSP厂飞剪系统改造工程实际情况,根据模糊控制原理和PLC的特点,设计了基于西门子S7-300 PLC的模糊控制系统,利用模糊规则在线调整速度环的PI参数,并构造了一个阶梯型位置控制环,通过6SE70变频器实现飞剪控制。现场应用结果表明,该系统在超调量、调节时间、抗干扰等方面有较好的控制品质。     

曲柄连杆板带飞剪装置传动模式优化方法

文章以曲柄连杆板带飞剪装置传动系统为研究对象,求解曲柄连杆机构受力关系并计算飞剪齿轮箱在工作过程承受的剪切扭矩,定量讨论在单飞轮以及双飞轮两种模式下飞剪传动系统的功率流分配关系,进而量化在两种设计模式下飞剪齿轮箱的承载能力。工程实例表明:在大规格板带飞剪装置中,双飞轮模式可以减小单个飞轮质量的同时确保飞剪装置具有更高的可靠性。     

曲柄连杆式飞剪运动分析

根据理论力学原理对曲柄连杆式飞剪进行了运动分析，推导了飞剪剪刀位移、速度和加速度的理论计算公式，编写了相应的计算程序，并以某高速线材轧制线曲柄连杆式飞剪为算例进行了计算，实践证明了计算理论和方法的正确性。     

模式飞剪的APC系统

介绍了不同于回转剪的模式飞剪，给出了模式飞剪APC系统的结构，推导出模式飞剪APC系统的控制算法及位置，给定信号产生原理及算法。绘出了模式飞剪与带钢行进中的路径波形，给出了APC系统实际的定尺精度等运行结果。带钢被剪端口光滑、整齐。该APC位置控制系统在本钢带钢剪切生产线中得到了很好的应用。     

轴定位模块FM354控制直流伺服电机实现飞剪控制功能

飞剪是轧钢工程必不可少的机械设备,其控制的复杂程度一直在轧钢工程中的难点之一,特别是高速棒材项目上的飞剪的控制尤为难度高。控制飞剪的方法也很多,T400工艺板;FM354（FM453）;GE9030等等都是飞剪控制的常用方法。本文专门针对FM354控制飞剪进行探讨。

飞剪是轧钢工艺中核心设备之一,飞剪的自动控制系统是轧钢自动化中的难点之一。对飞剪的自动控制一般使用西门子T400工艺板和FM354模块。本文结合三安棒材项目的工程实际,讨论使用T400工板控制棒材飞剪的过程,以及现场飞剪调试中对遇到的一些问题的解决方法探讨。     

可编程序控制器在飞剪控制系统上的应用

河南济源钢铁公司轧钢分厂棒材生产线有 2台起停式飞剪 ,采用ＳＩＥＭＥＮＳ　Ｓ5 15 5ＵＰＬＣ和ＳＩＭＲＥＧ　 6ＲＡ2 4直流传动装置控制。该控制系统由 2个通信网络构成 ,分别为Ｌ2 ＤＰ网和Ｌ2 ＦＭＳ网 ,整个系统的功能实现和参数传递均由这两个网络完成。由于起停式飞剪要求准确控制其剪刃停位 ,以保证剪切精度 ,所以飞剪的控制除常规的电流环和速度环之外 ,还有一个位置环。该位置环包括两条检测回路 ,一条是飞剪剪刃位置检测回路 ,另一条是棒材头尾到飞剪距离的检测回路 ,分别由脉冲编码器、热金属检测器及高速计数器(ＨＳＣ)组…
