加废塑料配煤炼焦的产品产率和性能研究

在炼焦配合煤中添加一定的废塑料，利用自制的小焦炉炼焦，对所得的焦炭和焦油产率、焦炭粒度、焦炭Ⅰ转鼓强度和焦炭灰分等进行了分析。实验表明，在炼焦配煤中添加适当的废塑料可以使焦油产率、焦炭产率、焦炭强度和焦炭粒度等有不同程度的提高。     

利用焦化工艺处理废塑料试验研究

利用200kg焦炉试验,研究利用焦化工艺处理废塑料的产物特性。研究结果表明：2％添加剂能够部分消除添加废塑料对焦炭质量的负面影响,对焦炭耐磨强度的改善作用明显,对抗碎强度、反应性和反应后强度的改善作用在废塑料添加配比达到4％时基本消失;此外,废塑料、添加剂与首钢炼焦配煤按比例1：2：97混合共焦化能够显提高冶金焦炭和焦油的质量,提高焦炉煤气的热值,具有显的工业应用前景。

在配合煤中添加经过预处理的废塑料,利用小焦炉进行炼焦实验,对所得的焦炭的冷热态强度进行了检测。实验结果表明,利用本实验中采用的废塑料预处理方法,可有效避免常规废塑料配煤炼焦所产生的炼焦偏析问题,除聚乙烯外,配加其它废塑料炼焦后,焦炭的冷热态强度均未明显下降,甚至有所提高。

低温煤焦油沥青及焦油渣配煤炼焦实验研究

用自制1．5kg小焦炉为主要实验工具，以低温煤焦油沥青和焦油渣为改质添加剂，按不同配比与炼焦配合煤进行炼焦。实验结果表明：添加物与煤共焦化时，焦油和粗苯的产率都有不同程度提高，焦炭产率略有下降。除焦油渣外，各种沥青都使焦炭强度有所改善，尤其是低温煤焦油沥青可使焦炭各向异性成分含量有明显增加，从而使焦炭Ⅰ转鼓强度有较大幅度地提高。     

首钢废塑料处理新工艺的研究进展

首钢集团针对目前焦化工艺处理废塑料的技术现状,提出了废塑料处理新工艺,并进行了系统的理论研究与工业应用研究.研究结果表明,首钢废塑料处理新工艺打破了国际上"炼焦配煤添加废塑料与提高焦炭质量不可兼得"的观念,开发出对焦化和环境都有利的"利用焦化工艺处理废塑料新技术".这项技术,不仅在满足焦炭质量要求的前提下扩大了炼焦配煤中添加废塑料的比例(≤4%,质量分数,下同),而且在限定废塑料添加比例(≤2%)的条件下提高了焦炭质量,为科学、合理、经济地治理"白色污染"提供了理论依据和工程经验.

废塑料与煤共焦化实验研究

基于我国目前比较成熟的炼焦工艺,如果将日常生活中产生的废塑料等固体垃圾粉碎后与煤配合炼焦,不仅可以回收白色垃圾,而且可综合提高资源的利用率。本文对焦炭工业分析、粒焦反应性等进行了研究。研究表明:当废塑料与炼焦煤配比在1%时,焦炭反应性降低。     

利用废橡胶提高冶金焦化产物质量的研究

利用2kg热解装置模拟冶金工业高温焦化工艺,对煤配加废橡胶共炼焦产物特性进行研究.结果表明,共炼焦可改善煤气组成,增加H2、CH4含量,至少提高煤气热值23%,提高煤焦油收率和质量,并且废橡胶颗粒度明显影响焦炭质量.与原煤单独炼焦焦炭相比,在煤中配加1%、颗粒度为φ＜0.20 mm的废橡胶共焦化时,焦炭抗碎强度M20提高3.6%、反应后强度提高4.2%、反应性降低3.5%、硫含量不增加、降低灰分和氮含量;煤气中硫化氢浓度增加约30%.废橡胶配煤炼焦虽使硫化氢浓度有所增加,但可提高焦化产品质量.
