Public bidding is the international current practice to contract construction project. But the decision on the bidding often is made according to the qualitative evaluation based on the subjective opinion of specialists.Therefore, the fuzzy mathematics principle was applied and a synthetic evaluation model was established to provide an effective method for the development of quantitative bidding decision in this paper.  相似文献

A new method is presented to improve guidance precision. This method is based on bistatic synthetic aperture radar. The illuminator works in side looking mode, providing the synthetic aperture and the receiver is disposed on the seeker which operates in the forward looking mode. The receiving antenna is composed of four sub-antennas and so four synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images are to be generated. Target is positioned in SAR images by image matching. The bearing and elevation of image element of target are measured by the principle of monopulse angular measurement. Theory of the proposed method is derived and simulation on bearing measurement is done. Simulation shows that the method is valid and if SNR of target's image is above 30 dB, the angular measuring difference is within the confines of 0.04 degree.  相似文献

Quality degradation occurs during transmission of video streaming over the error-prone network. By jointly using redundant slice, reference frame selection, and intra/inters mode decision, a content and end-to-end rate-distortion based error resilience method is proposed. Firstly, the intra/inter mode decision is implemented using macro-block(MB) refresh, and then redundant picture and reference frame selection are utilized together to realize the redundant coding. The estimated error propagation distortion and bit consumption of refresh MB are used for the mode and reference frame decision of refresh MB. Secondly, by analyzing the statistical property in the successive frames, the error propagation distortion and bit consumption are formulated as a function of temporal distance. Encoding parameters of the current frame is determined by the estimated error propagation distortion and bit consumption. Thirdly, by comparing the rate-distortion cost of different combinations, proper selection of error resilience method is performed before the encoding process of the current frame. Finally, the MB mode and bit distribution of the primary picture are analyzed for the derivation of the texture information. The motion information is subsequently incorporated for the calculation of video content complexity to implement the content based redundant coding. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves significant performance gains over the LA-RDO and HRP method when video is transmitted over error-prone channel.  相似文献

Recently, soft decision modulations become the highlight of parallel combinatory spread spectrum (PCSS) system. Existing soft decision BPSK and APK modulations are given and compared in the thesis. In order to apply soft decision QPSK modulation based on PCSS system, the correlation of superposition PN sequences is discussed. A weighted summation algorithm is adopted in QPSK demodulation to recover the whole orthogonal correlation of the superposition sequences; meanwhile the bit error rate of weighting soft decision QPSK modulation is simulated. The simulation results show that the bit error rate performance of proposed soft decision QPSK modulation based on PCSS system is better than that of hard decision modulation. The method proposed can be widely adopted in engineering application.  相似文献

A new prioritization method in the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which improves the group fuzzy preference programming (GFPP) method, is proposed. The fuzzy random theory is applied in the new prioritization method. By modifying the principle of decision making implied in the GFPP method, the improved group fuzzy preference programming (IGFPP) method is formulated as a fuzzy linear programming problem to maximize the average degree of the group satisfaction with all possible group priority vectors. The IGFPP method inherits the advantages of the GFPP method, and solves the weighting trouble existed in the GFPP method. Numerical tests indicate that the IGFPP method performs more effectively than the GFPP method in the case of very contradictive comparison judgments from decision makers.  相似文献

One-Way Traffic synthetic assessing can not only determine the assessment method, hut can also provide an opportunity for further study of road systems. Comparing three Road Traffic Planning methods, which are Value Analysis method, Simple Array method and Step Analysis method, this paper concludes that Simple Array method has one prominent merit, avoiding the complicated relationship of various factors and simplifying the complex problem. Therefore Simple Array method is firstly presented in this paper to be the assessing measure to assess the One-Way Traffic Planning project. Although this assessing method cannot wholly give way to man‘s will, through consistently testing on qualitative factors and with the decision-making results of a multiprogram, this method is still an effeetive method. Using an example of Harbin One-Way Traffic planning, with seven assessing indexes including economic benefit index, Simple Array method is applied to synthetically assessing the program. This fully reflects the general function of One-Way Traffic planning program and objectively evaluates the program. It also proves that, as the method of One-Way Traffic synthetic assessing, Simple Array method is rational and practical.  相似文献

A novel rcgularization-based approach is presented for super-resolution reconstruction in order to achieve good tradeoff between noise removal and edge preservation. The method is developed by using L1 norm as data fidelity term and anisotropic fourth-order diffusion model as a regularization item to constrain the smoothness of the reconstructed images. To evaluate and prove the performance of the proposed method, series of experiments and comparisons with some existing methods including bi-cubic interpolation method and bilateral total variation method are carried out. Numerical results on synthetic data show that the PSNR improvement of the proposed method is approximately 1.0906 dB on average compared to bilateral total variation method, and the results on real videos indicate that the proposed algorithm is also effective in terms of removing visual artifacts and preserving edges in restored images.  相似文献

The new geometrical constraints, based on the geometrical analysing of synthetic method, are developed to estimate fundamental matrix (F matrix). Applying the new constraints, the four parameters of fundamental matrix could be estimated firstly, and these four parameters are the coordinates of the two epipoles. The other four parameters of the fundamental matrix could be solved by solving the linear equations with the other new constraint secondly, and these parameters represent the homography between the two pencils of epipolar lines. The synthetic data and the real data are used to test the new method. And the method is of the advantages of obvious geometrical meaning, and high stability of the epipoles of the fundamental matrix.  相似文献

The reconstruction of free-form surface is a fundamental problem in digital manufacture.This article presents a novel solution to reconstructing free-form surface from an intensity image under the Lambertian reflection model,that is a method called shape from shading (SFS).Our approach is based on the two-dimensional cellular automata (CA),and fully uses the local information of both image and the reconstructed surface.After several iterations,the free-form surface corresponding to the input image is obtained.The encouraging results on both synthetic and real-world images are provided in this paper,and the perfor- mance of our algorithm is analyzed on synthetic images using mean and standard deviation of depth (Z) errors.  相似文献

The meshing characteristic of asymmetric involute spur gear was studied, the equations of the geometric shape of the asymmetric gear for both sides were deduced, and the equations of contact ratio and the key points of contact were also obtained.Meanwhile, an involute slope modification method considering the effects of static transmission errors was proposed based on the meshing properties. The characteristic of the involute slope modification was analyzed by changing different modification parameters.The mesh stiffness and synthetic mesh stiffness of unmodified and modified asymmetric spur gears were investigated. Furthermore,the spectrums of synthetic mesh stiffness under different modification parameters were compared. Research results showed that the modification parameters influence the meshing performance of gear pairs, and the proposed modification method was feasible to improve the transmission performance of gear pairs with appropriate modification parameters.  相似文献

本文对正角度变位传动行星轮系,取中心轮、行星轮和内齿圈的变位系数、中心轮齿数、轮系齿宽和模数等六个参数为一组设计变量,以轮系体积最小为目标.用内点惩罚函数法解数学模型,进行了优化设计。并且在一次优化后,对齿数、模数园正和标准化,再进行第二次优化,最终得出最优化的结果。该优化方法的处理,对解决正角变位传动行星轮系的优化问题,有一定价值。  相似文献

为了对斜齿锥齿轮进行精确建模与加工仿真,在对球面渐开线和斜齿锥齿轮齿面生成原理进行研究的基础上,推导了斜齿锥齿轮基圆锥面上的螺旋线方程和球面渐开线对称面的位置,提出了一种基于三维造型软件UG和CATIA的斜齿锥齿轮精确建模方法.利用UG和CATIA的相关功能建立了一个左旋斜齿锥齿轮的三维模型并对其进行了加工仿真.仿真结果表明,设计的建模方法理论正确、简便可行,为斜齿锥齿轮的有限元分析、加工仿真和自动编程等提供了依据.  相似文献
