编者按

<正>近年来,随着我国工业的发展,整个涂料行业在产业升级、结构调整、战略转型方面发生了根本性变化,产业的区域结构、企业的分布结构、产品的品种结构等均朝着良性的态势发展。与此同时,节能减排和环境保护经成为经济结构调整、产业升级和转型的重中之重,国家环保部已表示,"十二五"期间将对VOC排放逐步进行严格限制。涂料行业是VOC排放的重点领域之一,因此,推进行业节能减排、实施清洁生产的工作已刻不容缓。
