电磁流量计是根据法拉第电磁感应定律测量流量的电子仪表。它的输出信号和被测流量具有线性、精确度较高的特点,可测量电导率不小于5μs·cm-1的酸、碱、盐溶液、水、污水、腐蚀性液体、泥浆、矿浆以及纸浆等流体流量的特地。因其测量的特点,电磁流量计在地浸采铀工艺生产过程中得到了广泛应用,但是在使用过程中电磁流量计经常出现各种故障影响其正常工作。通过检测电磁流量计的各组成部件和电路板,分析电磁流量计常见故障,提出了相应的解决措施,可以有效排除电磁流量计的故障,降低电磁流量计的故障率。 相似文献

针对石油测井用连铸机电磁流量计在测量混合流体时存在较大误差的问题,开展用于石油测井的连铸机电磁流量计误差研究。分析连铸机与连铸机电磁流量计结构原理,设计连铸机电磁流量计误差补偿算法。校准组分流体中连铸机电磁流量计参数,得到改变组分后流量计的校准数据,引入最小二乘法拟合连铸机电磁流量计特征曲线,输出信号的组分补偿系数,应用到连铸机电磁流量计特征曲线补偿中,实现特征曲线实时补偿。实验结果表明,所提方法测量误差绝对值与附加误差能够始终保持在2%以下,证明该方法能够有效降低测量误差和附加误差,测量效果较好。 相似文献

The vortex flowmeter is used to measure the flow of fluids especially where the requirements include wide rangeability and the use of flowmeters with no moving part. It is common knowledge that process conditions affect the operation of a vortex flowmeter, and a customary approach is to introduce flow conditioners so that the measurement output from a vortex flowmeter conforms to specified standards. Some recent studies have shown how to apply signal analysis to the signal from vortex flowmeters to enhance performance, but the signal which has been typically analysed is the pulse train. In this paper,we advocate a new approach which involves detailed analysis of the unconditioned signal from the sensor prior to conventional signal conditioning. The results obtained from this approach open opportunities for the development of alternative signal conditioners and transmitters which not only enhance the quality of the measurement output from a vortex flowmeter but also make it possible to use the flowmeter for monitoring the condition of the plant. 相似文献

For measuring or dosing purposes in gas/solid two-phase flows (non-pressurized and pressurized systems) a mass flux measurement device based on the Coriolis principle has been developed. The Coriolis flowmeter developed is applicable for on-line measurements of the mass flux, showing a fast response time to load variations and measuring accuracies of ±1% of the actual measured value. The Coriolis flowmeter was successfully tested in pilot and industrial plants. Different granular materials, such as coal dust, quartz sand, feldspar, plastic granulates and foodstuffs have been measured already. In practice, the Coriolis flowmeter has shown reliable operation in various applications in process engineering. The integration of the Coriolis flowmeter into advanced control systems for feeding or dosing purposes opens new possibilities for on-line control and exact dosing of gas/solid two-phase flows. 相似文献

This paper investigates theoretically the magnitudes of zero offsets and zero drifts originating from magnetic flux linkage between the coils of the electromagnet and the loop formed by the electrode cables in an electromagnetic flowmeter for dielectric liquids. The dependence of such zero offsets on liquid properties, frequency of operation, etc. is explained. The paper gives the results of measurements of the effective electrical conductivity and permittivity of dielectric liquids BP180 and Castrol OX-9 (and mixtures of these) in the frequency range 1 Hz–1 kHz. These are used to predict the zero offsets expected in metering these liquids using phase sensitive detection with the flowmeter tube described in Part 1 of the paper. Precautions needed in flowmeter design to minimise instrument zero offsets and zero drifts are explained. The electromagnetic flowmeter theory was developed at Cranfield and the determination of the electrical properties of the dielectric liquids was carried out at QinetiQ. 相似文献

The need for calibration of electromagnetic flowmeters adds considerably to the cost of these instruments especially in the larger sizes. This paper discusses a proposed technique for calibration of large electromagnetic flowmeters which avoids the need for a calibration flow rig. The technique consists essentially of filling the flowmeter tube with water, operating the electromagnet as it would be operated in normal flowmeter operation and measuring the axial component of the eddy current electric field in the water over each electrode. This allows the calibration factor for a flat velocity profile to be determined. 相似文献

The design and operating principle of an autonomous thermistor gas microflowmeter are described. The instrument can operate in constant-power and constant-temperature modes and yields output signals in the ohmic, frequency, and current forms. The autonomous operation of the flowmeter is ensured by the temperature stabilization of the controlled medium at a specified level. The results of the experimental studies of the instrument’s characteristics are presented, and the methods for their improvement are shown. Its accuracy is estimated at a level of ~0.5% at a gas flow rate of 60–70 mg/s, and the time constant is ~3 s. Owing to its hermetically sealed housing, the flowmeter can be used in a vacuum chamber. 相似文献

In this paper, on an experimental facility, the measurement characteristics of a diameter 50 mm dual triangulate bluff body vortex flowmeter in steady flow and oscillatory flow were investigated. Then, the Hilbert Huang Transformation (HHT) method was used to assess the anti-interference performances and the vortex street stability in oscillatory flow for the dual triangulate bluff body vortex flowmeter and a single bluff body vortex flowmeter. Offline simulation was carried out on the anti-interference performances of the dual triangulate bluff body vortex flowmeter signal noise in oscillatory flow by the method of the EMD-scales filter. The major findings are: (a) in most case, the EMD-scales filter may be as good at de-noising effect for the dual bluff body vortex flowmeter in oscillatory flow than that for the single bluff body vortex flowmeter in oscillatory flow. The vortex street stability in oscillatory flow for the dual bluff body is similar to that for the single bluff body. (b) In some special case, the EMD-scales filter is unable to play a better de-nosing role for the dual bluff body vortex flowmeter in oscillatory flow. The invalid condition of the EMD-scales filter for the dual bluff body vortex flowmeter in oscillatory flow is different to that of the single bluff body vortex flowmeter and it was advanced in this paper.
