The adsorption and mechanism of Re(Ⅶ)on resin D318 were studied using chemical methods and IR spectrometry.At pH 5.2,the static and dynamic saturation adsorption capacities were 351.4 and 366.5 mg·g-1,respectively.The adsorption behavior obeyed the Freundlich empirical equation and the adsorption rate constant k298 was 6.37×10-4s-1.The desorption percentage was up to 99.7%when 2.0 mol·L-1KSCN was used for dynamic desorption.  相似文献

Functional materials are widely used in chemical industry in order to reduce the process cost while simultaneously increase the product quality.Considering their significant effects,systematic methods for the optimal selection and design of materials are essential.The conventional synthesis-and-test method for materials development is inefficient and costly.Additionally,the performance of the resulting materials is usually limited by the designer’s expertise.During the past few decades,computational methods have been significantly developed and they now become a very important tool for the optimal design of functional materials for various chemical processes.This article selectively focuses on two important process functional materials,namely heterogeneous catalyst and gas separation agent.Theoretical methods and representative works for computational screening and design of these materials are reviewed.  相似文献

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes with uniform diameters and automatically assembled into densely aligned bundles prepared by a bulky yield and high purity were applied as hydrogen absorbant at room temperature under moderate pressure to absorb H_2. Both the surface of nanotubes and the interstitial space among tubes are possible sites for hydrogen molecules to adhere. The hydrogen uptake capacity is 0.82% (mass)and the interstitial position is considered as a promising site for hydrogen absorption.  相似文献

Various methods for production of polysilicon have been proposed for lowering the production cost and energy consumption, and enhancing productivity, which are critical for industrial applications. The fluidized bed chemical vapor deposition (FBCVD) method is a most promising alternative to conventional ones, but the homogeneous reaction of silane in FBCVD results in unwanted formation of fines, which will affect the product quality and output. There are some other problems, such as heating degeneration due to undesired polysilicon deposition on the walls of the reactor and the heater. This article mainly reviews the technological develop-ment on FBCVD of polycrystalline silicon and the research status for solving the above problems. It also identifies a number of chal-lenges to tackle and principles should be followed in the design of a FBCVD reactor.  相似文献

Multivariate statistical process monitoring and control (MSPM&C) methods for chemical process monitoring with statistical projection techniques such as principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS) are surveyed in this paper. The four-step procedure of performing MSPM&C for chemical process, modeling of processes, detecting abnormal events or faults, identifying the variable(s) responsible for the faults and diagnosing the source cause for the abnormal behavior, is analyzed. Several main research directions of MSPM&C reported in the literature are discussed, such as multi-way principal component analysis (MPCA) for batch process, statistical monitoring and control for nonlinear process, dynamic PCA and dynamic PLS, and on-line quality control by inferential models. Industrial applications of MSPM&C to several typical chemical processes, such as chemical reactor, distillation column, polymerization process, petroleum refinery units, are summarized. A lo9adleveling method through adsorption was presented to adjust the supply quantity according to the consumption rate of natural gas with time,An experimental simulation set up was designed and used to test the load-leveling function for a real pipline system.A storage tank filled with activated carbon together with a filter constitutes the major part of the load-leveling facility,Pressure and temperature of the system,as well as the real gas output of the storage tank were recorded.It is proven that load-leveling by adsorption in technically feasible even for low pipeline pressure of natural gas supply system.  相似文献

A short presentation of chemical engineering evolution,as guided by its paradigms,is exposed.The first paradigm–unit operations–has emerged as a necessity of systematization due to the explosion of chemical industrial applications at the end of 19th century.The birth in the late 1950s of the second paradigm–transport phenomena–was the consequence of the need for a deep,scienti fic knowledge of the phenomena that explain what happens inside of unit operations.In the second part of 20th century,the importance of chemical product properties and qualities has become essentially in the market fights.Accordingly,it was required with additional and even new fundamental approaches,and product engineering was recognized as the third paradigm.Nowadays chemical industry,as a huge materials and energy consumer,and with a strong ecological impact,couldn't remain outside of sustainability requirements.The basics of the fourth paradigm–sustainable chemical engineering–are now formulated.  相似文献

Light hydrocarbons(C_1–C_4) are fundamental raw materials in the petroleum and chemical industry. Separation and purification of structurally similar paraffin/olefin/alkyne mixtures are important for the production of highpurity or even polymer-grade light hydrocarbons. However, traditional methods such as cryogenic distillation and solvent absorption are energy-intensive and environmentally unfriendly processes. Ionic liquids(ILs) as a new alternative to organic solvents have been proposed as promising green media for light hydrocarbon separation due to their unique tunable structures and physicochemical properties resulting from the variations of the cations and anions such as low volatility, high thermal stability, large liquidus range, good miscibility with light hydrocarbons, excellent molecular recognition ability and adjustable hydrophylicity/hydrophobicity. In this review, the recent progresses on the light hydrocarbon separation using ILs are summarized, and some parameters of ILs that influence the separation performance are discussed.  相似文献

设计建立了热循环吸附法(TCAP)氢同位素分离实验装置,并通过初步实验验证其分离性能。分离柱为双排圆形排列钻孔管结构,总长度约16 m,封装涂钯氧化铝1 558 g。全回流模式的初步实验结果显示,该分离实验装置可有效实现氢同位素分离,全回流模式下,分离柱热/冷循环温度为150℃/10℃,体积分数50.7%H2—49.3%D2的混合气体经30个循环后,柱底部的氘丰度达到98.8%,顶部氕丰度达到98.4%。初步实验结果表明,该分离装置可有效实现氢同位素分离。  相似文献

The strength of forced convection currents, as well as the remixing effect in a continuous-flow thermal diffusion column for recovery of deuterium from H-D gas mixture, can be reduced by employing the device of branch columns, instead of the device of single column, with the same total column length. The improvement in separation increases when the flow rate or the total column length increases. It is found that the improvement in recovery can reach about 50% for the numerical example given.  相似文献

The separation characteristics of hydrogen from a gas mixture were investigated by using a single and two-stage inorganic membrane. Three palladium impregnated membranes were prepared by using the sol-gel, hydrolysis, and soaking-and-vapor deposition (SVD) techniques. A two-stage gas separation system without a recycling stream was constructed to see how much the hydrogen separation factor would be increased. Numerical simulation for the separation system was conducted to predict the separation behavior for the multi-stage separation system and to determine the optimal operating conditions at which the highest separation factor is obtained. Gas separation through each prepared membrane was achieved mainly by Knudsen diffusion. The real separation factor for the H2/ N2 mixture was increased with the pressure difference and temperature for a single stage, respectively. For the twostage separation system, there was a maximum point at which the highest separation factor was obtained and the real hydrogen separation factor for H2/N2 mixture was increased about 40 % compared with a single stage separation. The numerical simulation for the single and two-stage separation system was in a good agreement with the experimental results. By numerical simulation for the three-stage separation system, which has a recycle stream and three membranes that have the same permeability and hydrogen selectivity near to the Knudsen value, it is clear that the hydrogen separation factors for H2/N2 mixture are increased from 1.8 to 3.65 and hydrogen can be concentrated up to about 80 %. The separation factors increased with increasing recycle ratio. Optimal operating conditions exist at which the maximum real separation factor for the gas mixture can be obtained for three-stage gas separation and they can be predicted successfully by numerical simulation.  相似文献

Abstract

A combined continuous and preparative system of gas-liquid chromatography was developed and used for the separation of the close-boiling components diethyl ether and dichloromethane. In this system the less-absorbed component in the mixture can be obtained continuously in an almost pure state in one section and the remaining components can be separated in the other section of the column. Several experimental conditions (e.g., column length, particle size, feed concentration, and flow rates of carrier gas and desorbent) were varied in order to evaluate their effects on the performance of the chromatographic system. From the results of the experiments, additional column length and desorbent velocity were found to be the most important factors in separating the feed mixture continuously. The optimum switching time for good separation was experimentally measured, and it was mainly affected by column temperature and column length if the feed mixture and stationary phase were fixed. Throughputs of between 5 to 10 cm3/h resulted in good purity under certain experimental conditions.  相似文献

The applicability of palladium for the separation of hydrogen isotopes (hydrogen and deuterium) is evaluated systematically by generating isotherm data and conducting column experiments in a laboratory set-up. Effect of various parameters such as concentration of the isotopic mixture, particle size, eluent flow rate, etc. is studied experimentally. A fixed-bed chromatographic model is developed and validated using the experimental data. The model is further used to predict the performance of a multi-column configuration for large-scale separation. Chromatographic separation is thus found to be a promising technique to achieve the required purity and hence it may be clubbed with the existing systems (e.g. cryogenic distillation) to obtain enhanced performance.  相似文献

用DB-1和SE-54两极不同极性的石英毛细血管色谱柱分离甲基苯基二氯硅烷(MePhSiCl2)和苯基三氯硅烷(PhSiCl3)。研究了桩型,固定相,载气种类,流速,柱温等变化对分离效果的影响,确定了最佳的分离条件。结果表明,用DB-1和SE-54毛细管柱均能使MePhSiCl2和PhSiCl3分离。用DB-1毛细管柱,H2和N2均能作载气,适宜柱长为50m;而使用SE-54柱时只能用H2作载气,10m长的柱子就足以使两者分离;用DB-1毛细管柱时,主要矛盾是分离;而用SE-54柱时,主要矛盾是分析时间。  相似文献

The problem of the membrane separation of a helium–methane mixture containing 0.1 wt % He, which imitates the composition of a helium-rich natural gas field, has been numerically analyzed. The helium and methane flux distribution along the length of a flat-sheet membrane module have been calculated. The distribution of the average mass concentration of helium in the channels is presented. The gas pumping expenditures have been estimated. The optimal working parameters of the gas mixture have been determined. Heating the mixture above 400 K does not enhance the helium–methane separation efficiency.  相似文献

Abstract

An analysis of static and moving bed perfect column chromatography is carried out for the separation of a binary mixture having constant separation factor isotherms. It is shown that the carrier requirements are identical for both methods of operation. The model does not provide information on the length of the moving bed column, but shows that the length of the static bed column can be made vanishingly small by reducing the duration of feed intervals. Furthermore, separating the feed bands only partially can - lead to a substantial reduction in the length of the static column at fixed separation rates.  相似文献

液氮温度下用分子筛Y在自行设计的单塔变压吸附装置上进行氢氘气体分离的研究,考察了流量与压力对分离效果的影响,在气体总压力0.40 MPa、总流量129.79 cm3/min与吸附床长度1.0 m时氢氘气体之间的分离因子可达到1.52。然而压力为0.013 9 MPa与0.017 5 MPa时D2与H2在分子筛Y上的平衡吸附量比值仅分别为1.18和1.17。结合平衡吸附和动态分离之间的差异,表明吸附法能够有效分离氢同位素气体的机理是基于动力学效应。  相似文献
