表面活性剂增敏阻抑动力学光度法测定痕量铈——孔雀绿-高碘酸钾反应体系

在KH2PO4-Na2HPO4介质中, 氯化十六烷基吡啶增敏剂存在下, 铈(Ⅳ)对高碘酸钾氧化孔雀绿的反应具有阻抑作用, 据此建立一种测定痕量铈的新方法.考察反应的最佳条件, 测定了反应动力学参数.本法在表面活性剂存在下, 其灵敏度提高9倍.线性范围为0～104 μg·L-1, 检出限为1.22×10-7 g·L-1.此法用于大米, 人发等样品中铈的测定, 结果满意.     

橙黄G-高碘酸钾动力学光度法测定痕量铑

在乙酸钠介质中 ,微量Rh 能显著催化高碘酸钾氧化橙黄G(OG)的褪色反应。研究了该指示反应的最佳反应条件和动力学参数 ,建立了一个测定痕量铑的新的催化动力学分析方法。于 2 5mL溶液中 ,方法的线性范围为 0.0 0 2 0～ 0.90 μg ,检出限为 1.6× 10 - 1 0 g/mL。本法满意地用于实际样品中铑的测定。     

偶氮胂-M催化动力学光度法测定痕量锡

基于 0 .0 8mol·L- 1 的H2 SO4 介质中 ,痕量锡催化溴酸钾氧化偶氮胂 M的褪色反应 ,建立了测定痕量锡的催化光度法。方法检出限为 0 .2 2 μg·L- 1 ,线性范围为 0 .2 2～ 8.0 μg·L- 1 。结合磷酸三丁酯色谱分离 ,用于测定环境水样、人发及岩石样品中的痕量锡。     

钴Ⅱ催化过氧化氢氧化二溴茜素紫的反应动力学及其应用

基于在 pH1 1.92的Brittom Robinson缓冲溶液中 ,钴 催化过氧化氢氧化二溴茜素紫的反应 ,建立了测定痕量钴的催化光度新方法。研究了反应条件 ,确立了动力学方程 ,测定了动力学参数 ,探讨了反应机理。方法的检出限是 1.2× 1 0 -11g/mL ,测定范围是 0.0 0～ 1.0 μg/mL ,方法用于井水、蜂蜜、维生素B12 中痕量钴的测定 ,结果满意。     

动力学褪色光度法测定痕量钛(Ⅳ)

在硫酸介质中 ,痕量钛 (Ⅳ )能催化过氧化氢氧化甲基红褪色 ,用分光光度法测定了催化反应与非催化反应速度的变化 ,从而对该反应进行研究。优化了反应条件 ,建立了褪色反应动力学光度法测定痕量钛 (Ⅳ )的新方法。该方法测定钛浓度的线性范围为 8～ 64 μg·L- 1 ,检出限为 0 .97μg·L- 1 。该方法操作简便 ,反应灵敏 ,可用于发样的测定     

催化还原褪色光度法测定煤矸石中痕量钴

在pH=4.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中, 痕量钴(Ⅱ)对次磷酸钠还原孔雀绿褪色反应具有显著的催化作用, 研究了反应的最佳条件, 并测定了一些动力学参数, 据此建立了一种测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)的新方法. 方法的检出限为7.5×10-8 g*L-1, 钴含量在0.0～50.0 μg*L-1内符合比尔定律, 表观活化能为44.28 kJ*mol-1. 本法结合N530萃取剂萃取分离, 用于测定煤矸石中痕量钴时, 结果满意.     

抑制-褪色光度法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的研究

基于稀H2 SO4 介质中痕量Cr(Ⅵ )对KBrO3 氧化 2 (5 溴 2 吡啶偶氮 ) 5 二乙氨基酚褪色反应的阻抑作用 ,建立了测定痕量Cr(Ⅵ )的动力学光度法 ,方法检出限为 0 6 2 μg/L ,线性范围为 0 6 2～ 40 μg/L。用于测定环境水样中的痕量Cr(Ⅵ ) ,结果满意     

催化动力学示波电位法测定蔬菜中痕量钒

研究了在酸性介质中 ,钒催化KBrO3 KBr 抗坏血酸体系的反应和动力学条件 ,建立了催化动力学示波电位法测定痕量钒的方法。该方法的检出限为 0 .0 1 1 5μg·ml- 1 ,线性范围为 0～ 0 .1 0 3μg·ml- 1 ,反应的活化能为 1 5 .30kJ·mol- 1 。该法加料测定回收率为 96 %～ 1 0 1 % ,操作简便、快捷 ,准确度高。用于蔬菜中钒的含量测定 ,结果令人满意。     

IrⅣ-KIO_4-二安替比林间氯苯基甲烷催化动力学光度法测定痕量铱

实验发现 ,在磷酸介质中铱 对高碘酸钾氧化二安替比林间氯苯基甲烷 (DAmCM)的显色反应有催化作用 ,研究了反应的最优化条件 ,建立了测定痕量铱 的新方法。方法的检测限为 3.84× 1 0 - 9g/mL ,铱的测定范围为 0～ 0 7μg/2 5mL。用于测定岩矿中痕量铱 ,结果满意。     

茜素红-高碘酸钾-苄基三乙基氯化铵-三乙醇胺体系催化光度法测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)

在苄基三乙基氯化铵增敏剂和三乙醇胺活化剂存在下,钴对高碘酸钾氧化茜素红的反应具有催化作用,据此建立一种测定痕量钴(Ⅱ)的新方法。考察反应的最佳条件,测定了反应动力学参数。本法在表面活性剂和活化剂存在下,其灵敏度提高9倍。线性范围为0-200μg.L-1,检出限为1.55μg.L-1。此法用于茶叶、人发等样品中钴的测定。
