通过对现有系统建模分析技术的比较和分析,针对制造企业物流系统提出了一种集成建模分析方法GI-SIM法。该方法以概念、功能和动态建模思想为基础,以GRAI格、IDEFO和仿真技术为建模工具,满足了复杂物流系统的建模要求。最后,给出了GI-SIM法的建模步骤,并对其进行了总结和评价。 相似文献

随着计算机网络技术的发展,企业生产经营方式也走向了网络化。企业由原来的大而全走向了企业间的合作,出现了企业间的动态联盟与虚拟企业。随着这种网络化生产模式的发展,企业对建模方法及建模工具的要求也有了新的变化,出现了以前没有的企业内部跨地域的协商建模和企业之间的动态协同建模,本文针对这种情况对基于Internet/Intranet的建模方法进行了初步的探讨,将面向对象思想用于基于Internet/Intranet的建模方法。这里的面向对象思想与成组技术原理是基本一致的。 相似文献

烟气连续排放监测系统(CEMS)测试的数据作为排污收费的法定依据,但大多数已经安装的CEMS存在数据漂移超过规定、准确度低等问题。以某火电厂安装的CEMS为对象,在不同的锅炉负荷状态下测试其SO2/NOx及烟尘排放子系统,评估其相对准确度。当SO2/NOx监测子系统相对准确度超出标准要求时,要作数据修正,使烟尘测量相对准确度符合法规。为保证测量数据的准确性,CEMS应定期进行相对准确度及校准漂移的测试。 相似文献

Structural and magnetic properties of exchange spring magnets consisting of hard magnetic (FePt) and soft magnetic (Fe and Co) bilayers, prepared by ion beam sputtering method are studied via X-ray diffraction (XRD), magneto-optic Kerr effect (MOKE) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). Thin tracer layers of 57Fe were introduced in the soft layer in order to observe the Fe spin structure and interfacial diffusion by Conversion Electron Mössbauer Spectroscopy (CEMS). The observed in-plane exchange spring behavior extends also to the magnetic hard layer, whose switching field can be tuned in an unexpected manner via the top soft magnetic layer. To explain the observed phenomenon it is suggested that the increased switching field, found in the system with a Co/Fe bilayer acting as a single soft magnetic layer, is compatible with a peculiar behavior of the stiffness coefficient of the heterogeneous soft magnetic layer. According to this observation, possibilities to maximize the exchange spring effects via suitably chosen non-homogeneous soft magnetic layers are open. 相似文献

Iron and steel were treated in alkaline solutions at boiling point, and the black layers produced on their surfaces were analysed using conversion electron Mössbauer spectrometry (CEMS). The CEM spectra, measured at room temperature, consisted of distorted magnetically split peaks or broad doublet peaks due to ferrimagnetic and superparamagnetic magnetite, respectively. 针对复杂非线性结构动力学系统提出了一种基于有限元与神经网络相结合的杂交建模方法。依据该方法,首先将系统中的线性结构部分采用有限元建模,非线性或难以机理建模的结构部件采用神经网络描述。其次,再通过力和位移边界联接条件将有限元模型部分和神经网络模型部分结合从而得到整个系统的杂交模型,且杂交模型的物理结构明确,精度较高,网络规模较小。在一非线性隔振系统的杂交建模算例仿真中,用所建杂交模型对正弦及宽带随机激励进行了预测检验分析,结果良好,该杂交建模方法为主体结构为线弹性结构而又包含有强非线性器件的非线性动力学系统提供了一种有效的建模途径。 相似文献

Conversion Mössbauer Spectroscopy (CEMS) has been applied to the study of fracture surfaces of SAE 4340 steel quenched and tempered at 2002C. This steel has a mechanically and thermally unstable low volume fraction of retained austenite (5.6 %). CEMS technique is able to detect different iron phases in layers about 100 nm thick and therefore allowed us to investigate the austenite to martensite transformation induced by the fracture process. By removing surface layers by chemical etching we were able to evaluate qualitatively the content profile of the retained austenite as a function of the depth. It was found that the content of retained austenite is zero within the experimental error down to about 150 μm beneath the surface fracture. Below this level the austenite concentration begins to increase. 相似文献
