基于CAN总线的嵌入式汽车电子测试系统   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为满足汽车厂商对于汽车电子产品的测试需求,提出了基于CAN总线和嵌入式技术的汽车电子检测系统的实现方法。以USB车载音频娱乐系统的测试仪器为例对该方法进行了具体解释,首先给出了硬件设计的基本结构,重点描述了CAN总线控制器和驱动器的电路设计;其次说明了软件设计的分层结构,采用Wince作为仪器的操作系统,具体分析了CAN总线驱动程序在Wince中的实现;最后描述了上层应用程序的具体流程。USB部件测试仪器已成功应用于现场生产中,并取得了良好效果,实践表明,该测试方法是一种有效的解决方案,可以满足汽车厂商的测试需求。  相似文献

The rather explosive historical progress being made in large-scale integration of semiconductor elements is moving faster than the two or three years lead time needed in the automotive industry to move a new idea into production. By presenting a forecast of what can be done soon at a developmental level, both at the automotive electronic-control level and at the LSI microcomputer single-chip development level, the writer hopes that the next generation of automotive electronics in the early 1980's can be started with a clear picture of the calculated risk-taking involved. This paper considers the upstream flow of product attribute forecast information often used to drive the technology planning process. It is noted that, while downstream customers are willing to pay for improvements in key product attributes, they do not always provide accurate and timely product attribute forecasts to upstream suppliers. As a result of this increasing distortion of product attribute demand as information flows upstream, upstream suppliers often either fail to develop technology that will be needed in the marketplace or develop technology that ultimately is unused. This is shown to be a strategic, technology planning analog to the tactical, order decision problem of order quantity bullwhip observed in the field of supply chain management. As such, we define the technology planning problem under consideration here as "product attribute bullwhip." Based on solutions employed to address order quantity bullwhip in supply chain management, we propose a methodology to reduce product attribute bullwhip by comparing product attribute information obtained directly from the end user with that which flows upstream through the supply chain. To illustrate this effect, we apply the proposed methodology to an example from the wireless communication industry by comparing trends in the perceived value of cellular telephone handset face area with trends in the perceived value of face area observed at the component level of the supply chain.  相似文献

Techniques to improve the accuracy of the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) solutions employing sinusoidal excitations are developed. The FDTD computational domain is considered as a sampled system and analyzed with respect to the aliasing error using the Nyquist sampling theorem. After a careful examination of how the high-frequency components in the excitation cause sinusoidal steady-state errors in the FDTD solutions, the use of smoothing windows and digital low-pass filters is suggested to reduce the error. This paper is concerned with the problem of predicting the range of a future sample when the underlying distribution is a two-parameter exponential distribution. A Bayesian prediction distribution of the range will be derived under the assumption that the old sample is a censored type II and the sample size of the future sample is a random variable. A two-component mixed Poisson distribution useful in modeling and analyzing of certain quality and reliability data is studied in this paper. Its statistical properties, physical interpretations, and some practical issues are discussed. The model generalizes a previously proposed model which describes a perfect process subject to random shocks. This paper introduces a framework that tackles the costs in area and energy consumed by methodologies like spatial or temporal redundancy with a different approach: given an algorithm, we find a transformation in which part of the computation involved is transformed into memory accesses. The precomputed data stored in memory can be protected then by applying traditional and well established ECC algorithms to provide fault tolerant hardware designs. At the same time, the transformation increases the performance of the system by reducing its execution time, which is then used by customized software-based fault tolerant techniques to protect the system without any degradation when compared to its original form. Application of this technique to key algorithms in a MP3 player, combined with a fault injection campaign, show that this approach increases fault tolerance up to 92%, without any performance degradation.  相似文献

Polarimetric measurements contain errors owing to random thermal energy in the receiver and system phase noise. These errors can be reduced using estimation techniques that account for general properties of the Mueller matrix. In this paper, we show how Kalman (1960) filter techniques improve and speed up the estimation of a target's Mueller matrix when the noncoherent measurement technique is used. Measurements obtained with a 95-GHz polarimeter demonstrate that fewer independent samples of the backscattered fields are needed to obtain an accurate estimate if Kalman filtering is used than if a pseudo inversion process is used  相似文献
