采用二步法合成工艺,以壬基酚和松香及甲醛为主要原料,合成了松香改性酚醛树脂。对合成的各种反应条件进行了研究,确定了最佳合成工艺路线。首先用壬基酚和甲醛合成甲阶酚醛缩合物树脂,最佳合成工艺为:反应温度65℃,反应时间6 h;酚醛物质的量比为1∶2.4,然后在氧化锌和醋酸钙复合催化下,用聚合松香和松香混合物改性,聚合松香加入量为10%,反应温度260~270℃,实现了溶解黏度与庚烷容纳度均衡发展。  相似文献

Stiff and brittle cyanate ester (CE) resin was modified by copolymerizing it with epoxy resin (ER) and phenolic resin (PR) to improve its toughness and flexibility. The cure process of the modified CE resin was characterized by gel time curves and differential scanning calorimetry curves. The Fourier transform infrared spectra of the modified CE resin showed its chemical structure during the curing process. The mechanical properties, thermal behavior, dielectric properties, and morphology of the modified CE resins were investigated. The results showed that an increase in epoxy and phenolic resins resulted in improved flexibility while maintaining thermal stability. When the mass ratio of CE/ER/PR was 70 : 15 : 15 (w/w), flexural strength and impact strength of the modified CE resin increased from 113.6 MPa and 5.2 kJ/m2 to 134.5 MPa and 16.7 kJ/m2, respectively. 以硼酸,苯酚,甲醛为原料,碳酸钠作催化剂合成具有耐高温性能的硼酚醛树脂。通过IR,对这种热固性有机硼改性酚醛树脂的结构进行了表征。树脂的热失重分析结果表明此树脂耐热性优于普通酚醛树脂,所得产物在900℃残留物为76.38%。确定了最佳反应条件为:苯酚:甲醛:硼酸=1:2:0.3(摩尔比),缩合反应温度70-75℃,硼酯化反应温度100-104℃,在控制反血时间下脱水一次。  相似文献

采用正交试验法,探讨了不同物质的量比、反应时间以及催化剂用量对酚醛树脂性能的影响,并借助红外光谱(FTIR)对生成产物的结构进行分析,热重分析法(TCA)对其热稳定性进行表征.通过对改性后树脂的固含量和残炭率的测定分析,得到了合成树脂的优化条件:n甲醛:n苯酚=1.3:1,反应时间100min,NaoH用量为苯酚质量的1.1%.以煤焦油为改性剂时其改性,并对其固舍量、残炭率、水分及游离酚进行测定,结果表明,加入煤焦油后树脂的品质得到了提高.  相似文献

Liquid crystalline epoxy resin (LCE) modify cyanate ester/epoxy resin blend systems were studied by scanning electron microscope, polarizing optical microscope, thermogravimetric analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry, thermal mechanical analysis, and rheometers. With the addition of LCE resin, the blends showed both an enhanced curing rate and increased glass transition temperature of cured samples. The phase structures of the blends changed from homogenous to liquid crystalline phase when the content of LCE was increased. At the same time, the mechanical properties were also improved and thermal expansion coefficients were lowed down. The thermal degradation temperatures showed little differences, while the residue char yields were slightly increased with the addition of LCE. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 利用纳米粒子对镁碳砖生产用酚醛树脂粘合剂进行了改性。改性树脂常规指标符合镁碳砖结合剂的要求。FE-SEM照片可以看到球形和近球形的纳米颗粒,分散均匀且基本无团聚。制砖实验结果表明,以改性树脂为结合剂能有效地减小显气孔率,增大体积密度且明显提高砖的压缩强度。特别是以TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)和纳米炭黑改性酚醛树脂为结合剂的镁碳砖,经200℃/12h热处理后的常温压缩强度分别提高了38.5%和30.4%,达到了43.94MPa和41.35MPa。砖坯的理化性能检测表明,随处理温度的升高,压缩强度和体积密度越来越小,显气孔率越来越大,200~1100℃各指标变化显著,1100~1550℃各指标没有显著变化,但呈变差趋势。  相似文献

To obtain modified cyanate ester (CE) with good comprehensive properties and low cost, a novel phenolic resin containing diphenyl oxide (MPF) with high molecular weight was synthesized from diphenyl ether, formaldehyde, methanol and phenol by a two-step process which differed from polyphenylene oxide (PPO) in structure. The curing reaction and properties of the modified 2,2-bis(4-cyanatophenyl) propane (bisphenol-A-based cyanate ester, BADCy) by MPF were investigated. It was found that the curing temperature of the modified CE was lower than that of the unmodified CE. When the ratio of MPF and BADCy was 3:7, the cured resin exhibited low dielectric constant (3.00), low dielectric loss (0.0062) and high impact strength (12.5 kJ/m2), and its T d5% was 371 °C, being superior to CE in the comprehensive properties. When the content of MPF was above 30 %, MPF/BADCy had poor comprehensive properties. In order to improve MPF/BADCy with high content of MPF, epoxy resin (E51) was added. When the ratio of MPF, BADCy and E51 was 50:50:67, the cured resin exhibited low dielectric constant (2.96), dielectric loss (0.0078) and high impact strength (11.84 kJ/m2), and its T d5% was 365 °C. Small content of MPF or the combination of E51 and MPF were good for BADCy to improve its comprehensive properties.  相似文献

采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)改性双酚A型氰酸酯树脂(BADCy)体系的固化反应动力学,根据Arrhenius方程对固化过程动力学参数进行了求解,建立了固化反应动力学模型。结果表明,随着HTPB含量的增大,动态DSC固化反应放热峰向低温方向移动,说明HTPB可以催化固化反应并降低体系的反应温度。纯BADCy和BADCy/15%HTPB体系等温固化符合自催化反应模型。纯BADCy体系以及BADCy/15%HTPB体系的表观反应活化能分别为59.67 kJ/mol、56.91 kJ/mol。  相似文献
